Using the reservation system over the internet was easy and convenient especially no fee attached. When arriving to complete the paperwork I was greeted very professionally. The only thing I didnt like was they dont give discounts to military disabled veterans, only to active military and senior citizens age 68 or older. I would think they would appreciate people who have served our great USA. I did find out, this company is own out of California, so that is probably why they dont see it the way I do.

Lynda and her staff could not have been any more helpful and polite!!! From “Hello”, on both visits to the office, the experience was fabulous. When I visited to inquire, see unit, and reserve, Lynda was awesome! When I returned today to fill out paperwork and take possession of the unit, the experience was equally as awesome! I am super pleased with their level of customer service!!! There are very few businesses left who truly treat you as well as Lynda and her staff have treated me! I would recommend all day, everyday!!

This place is very nice and clean! The lady at the front desk is a sweet heart and makes u feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door! Service was very professional and it was a quick process! Id recommend five star Denison over any other storage around, not to mention prices are great!

The lady I spoke with yesterday was very nice however the lady this morning was very rude. Tried to put me in an rv smaller then what I reserved for my rv because someone was already parked in my spot. Then I got put into a bigger spot and was told the day prior it was a month to month but when I arrived I was told I had to pay 3 months in advance.

Customer Service was fantastic. Units are a little pricey compared to other local facilities.

I went to the Ez mail store. Small store but never busy and very helpful.

Great sized spaces available, easy to check in. Prices very fair. Facility is clean, and secure. Staff was incredibly nice, which was much appreciated after packing a 26ft truck, and driving for 7 hours to unload it at their facility. Will definitely use them for future needs.

Staff is very friendly will continue to do business here.

So glad they have a ups location to offer inside for use I dont have to travel far but they seem to me they need to post also in front of the building a ups sign so customers will know they are there

This is a great place to go if you need to mail something. The staff there is very knowledgeable and Ive never run into any problems trying to mail anything.Theyve got just about anything you might need to ship something. Their prices are great and are pretty much right in line with online shipping. Definitely my favorite place if I need to mail something.

Love these people. Their systems are up to date with reminders and pay via website. The unit property is well maintained and clean. If you go in the office they are Always cheerful and very helpful. Great place to send packages, too.

I have used them for copying and faxing. They are polite but not very friendly. And not real helpful. If I am going further into town I go somewhere else.
