This has been one of the worst storage units I’ve ever used. From the first day I got my until all the way till the last day. When I came looking for a storage they only had the biggest ones available so that’s what I had to purchase, that’s fine, but also the storage unit did have bed frames and trash and more furniture inside of it that I had to take to the trash. A few months pass & fast forward to the process of moving out, this facility had charged my card and it was never authorized by the card holder, the workers never even informed me of charging the card at all. Workers stated that you are NOT allowed to throw any trash in their dumpster, despite the dumpsters always being full with trash and furniture all around it. During the process of getting my money refunded the office ladies STATED that they would be “waiting a few days” to refund my money because they didn’t want to refund it yet, they decided to keep some of my money so I did not receive a full refund! These ladies that work up here have been very unhelpful and disrespectful, coming out while I am loading my items on to a trailer trying to give us a hard time every day. Worst storage unit I’ve ever had to deal with!!

Very nice and friendly owners also you use a PIN number to get in and out so its safe keeping for your stuff you could use your own lock or they may provide one its up to you I believe, really nice inside the storage unit, they keep them well kept up. If I can give them a 10 I would.

Dropped my Uhaul off here after leaving a terrible Uhaul place in Gainesville TX named 51 storage. And Sandra was great 👍🏽. Such a kind human being. If I ever need a Uhaul or Storage Ill definitely be back.

Two nice ladies and very competent checked us out after a long Houston to here ride. Truck was very good.

Service in office was great..when I got to my destination a lock had been left on the door of the trailer. No key was given to me..called the office she told me to try and figure out how to get it off that a previous renter had took the key..luckily I had 5 guys around to get it off

Great place to rent a uhaul! Lady there was so sweet and took care of all our needs. I will definately return here when I need another.

Always nice to us, but the enclosed we got, one of the tires caught on fire as my hubby was driving down the freeway. He is safe and do are our things, but it has put us behind in our move....

I needed a space immediately, the ladies took great care to make all happen for the good and I’m sure they will do the same for you guys.
