Friendly, knowledgable service.

This pace aint nothing but a RIP off and theifs never have I ever gotten a service so bad I get no service I pay for and dont even get nothing but roaming Im literally just wasting money on I dont know what? I should have stayed with boost? This place should NOT have been able to have business or stores I wouldnt be surprised if someone went to a court and have a petition to get your stores closed!!!

Never in my life have i experience such bad phone service! My hot spot doesnt want to work on my roku! Im suppose to get free amazon prime and im not! I tried Calling customer service and they told me they are experiencing technical difficulties, call back in 2 hrs and just hung up on me! I went into the store to get my hot spot problem fixed twice! And it still doesnt work! Metro sucks! Also i never get good service.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would! The service is terrible, people are unhelpful, combative, disrespectful and rude. Not to mention they will not hesitate to lie to a customer just to make a sale! If I were their corprate office manager I would have closed this location a very long time ago! Go to Dallas, DO NOT STOP AT THIS ONE! And if you do, prepare to fight about something and get EVERYTHING in writing. And dont bother asking for a manager, he cannot be bothered to come take care of his customers or even speak with them by phone! Worst customer service experience EVER!

The girls here have always been so nice, the owner is very helpful as well and brought a phone that I wanted when he said he he would. They always help me with issues on my phone, and show me what I need.

Great store switched from AT&T , girls helped me get the Stylo 4 I wanted and even threw in a case and screen protector for just 25!! Walked out paying less than $100 cant beat that

Denison morton st location is awful.They couldnt print me a receipt when i signed up. Then they assigned my online account with a password. They tell me the password should be on the paperwork that I never got.Phone and phone service is a million times better than at&t.Customer service in store couldnt be worse.

Rude Girls, Sells what they want not what customers asks, Also they sold me a used phone which already had a google account on it and when i went back and showed they smartly removed it and said theres no such account on the phone. Will never visit this store again
