This business deserves every bit of the 5 stars. Great customer service. Before becoming a customer, I called in to ask a few questions. Their receptionist, Dailan, answered every awkward question I had professionally. When I arrived for my appointment, their lobby was exceptionally clean and the owner took time from maintenance to chit chat. When they were ready for me in the back, a tech named Summer did my waxing. I had a Brazilian (the whole shabangbang down stairs). Yes, it was uncomfortable but everyone was extremely professional and Summer talked me through it. This was my first time. 1 week later, Im still stubble free. Super happy with service and results. I will be visiting again!This place is located in the Juban Shopping center. I have included pictures from the exterior so you can see were you need to walk into, the lobby, products, and some of their pricing. I was honestly afraid of getting a Brazilian wax however they made me feel at home. I would highly recommend them to everyone even being its your first time. They are very respectful and understanding people. They are also non judgmental and I love that. These lovely people will make you feel as comfortable as possible. They are very nice people and I hope you get a chance to meet them as I did. They made my day a whole lot better and I feel like a whole new person. I walked in there scheduled for a Brazilian wax and walked out with a complimentary Eye brow wax as well. I look and feel great. Pamper yourself ladies and gents, you deserve it and this is a very good way to start. Ask for Summer and you will get the best services hand down. Thats a promise I can put my money on. 💅

The wax they use is so easy on the skin. When I get my brows done, the redness is gone by the time I make it back to my car. The ladies are SO nice and you also get a free wax your first visit!! Ill never go anywhere else for waxing 🖤

Got a fist time Brazilian wax at European wax center on Juban crossing. Mackenzie was an amazing waxer. Made me feel super comfortable and she was precessional 10/10 experience.

Had the best experience at this location! My waxer Shelton is the best! I enjoyed my wax with him! Hes so nice and I enjoyed it. I can not complain! Even the other staff members were very welcoming and talked to me!

Had appointment with my daughter and they took her back and I waited and waited while I had to listen to the bikini waxing problems of another CLIENT WHO DID MOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT and then my daughter was finish. So her brows looked good and I am headed to Ulta for better customer service.

Even though I have one more visit on my package I will NEVER come back. There was a misunderstanding about an appointment time and the person that called me was very unprofessional, rude and snarky about it. I work in the retail industry and would never speak to a customer like that just because of a misunderstanding or miscommunication.
