This store has been having the best sales lately. Great selection of good smelling anti bacterial hand sanitizer. I dont need anymore, but buy some every time I go to this store. $3.99 sale on lotions. $10 three wick candles. Cant beat that.

Awesome place got everything you need

We went a few days before Christmas and it was so busy. They spray your hands with sanitizer before you enter. They were very organized, considering the mad rush of people.

There is a 50/50 shot of them having what I want.

The staff was VERY ACCOMMODATING, and I thoroughly enjoyed this in-store experience. I normally order on-line, because I live in MAURICEVILLE, TX, and very seldom, like NEVER, venture to a city that has a Bath & Body Works location.

What can I say love this place but its a bit crowded on a regular. And alot of the time the scents I want are not available. Hate having to go online when its so close to home but it happens alot unfortunately...

This Bath & Body often has items other surrounding stores dont have. The employees are really friendly. I am to the point that the Denham Springs location is the only one I care shop at.

Went in looking for Rosewater & Ivy products to be told its not carried anymore maybe seasonal. Very disappointing second one I like the rosewater scenet before and it was also discontinued.

NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THIS WONDERFUL PLACE. ITS A PLACE I GO OVERBOARD.

The store that I should stay far, far away from. B&BW is one of my favorite stores. There are so many things I enjoy and the sales associates are always really nice. The only drawback is theyve retired almost all of my favorite scents. But I guess thats the make you try something different. They should really bring back the retired scents.

I have been a very loyal customer but recently have had a bad experience with customer service. In addition, am hoping stealing is not a company policy. I was owed $64.50 in change; however, was only given $64. I had to ask for my change and was then informed they didn’t have any. Not my problem..this is theft!! I wonder how many customers have had this same experience and how much is made in totality off of the customers in this same situation. Advertised all over the store that at they cellophane wrap all items upon request, but ran out even though the store had been open for 20 minutes.

Awesome service and products

This is a good location. The staff were helpful and friendly and Im extremely picky about scent. My three kids each got a basket and went shopping. The staff didnt mind but maybe because I made my kiddos put everything back where they found it. I look forward to going here for a mommy break!

Excellent customer service was given to me by the lady that helped me find the black cherry hand soap and coconut hand soap. The lady at the check out was awesome too!!! These ladies are helpful, but not pushy. I was greeted right away, asked if I needed help finding anything, and allowed to peacefully look around. As soon as I needed help I got it. Great service, wonderful smelling products, and clean organized store. What more could I want? Highly recommended!!! Will keep going back.

There is ALWAYS a sale! It must cost them a few pennies to make their products because its hard to see how they are making a profit. I love to smell their products but there isnt a product that Ive found that gives my skin a sooo soft feel more so than anything from Dollar General.

I am not. Big shopper, went to JUBAN crossing. MOST OF THE STAFF WERE SUPPER HELPFUL. 2 were useless. I was looking for a sent in the extra stock drawers and 2 came up to me, one after another. Not offering to help me find, but to hover over me and tell me that I should look in the display first. yea already did that. I continued until I located what I needed. they could have restocked instead of hovering. Guy walk to the same spot lookin for same items. New person helped him out....dug out of same drawers....

Came in the store 3 minutes before closing after leaving the movie tavern to purchase a candle for my home , was not greeted I heard someone and asked are you closed she replied will be in 3 minutes . So I said okay just need a candle the cashier rudely said better be within three minutes . I brushed it off then I heard her Make another comment about closing on time so I said damn that’s rude and she laughed . I mean damn I understand about leaving on time but what happened to customer service . I’ll never go there again !!!!!
