Took my vehicle in twice because they misdiagnosed it the first time and I was experiencing the same exact problems. They straight up lied to me and tried to tell me they worked on a completely different area of my vehicle. Unacceptable. Will never return. I lost all my trust and respect for anybody here after the way I was treated and lied to.

Nick is awesome I’m sure the other guys are as well but I have really only been speaking with Nick. He took video of my AC problem and showed it to me which I really liked it shows how honest they are. They have never been pushy with trying to add more services that you didn’t ask for. Prices seem reasonable to me as well.

As busy as this place is, I was needing something checked on… Nick told me to stop by. Without hesitation, Brian checked out my car and gave it the TLC it needed. This is why I keep coming back. I will never go back to this shop I was lied to immediately My repairs were very expensive 265 before any work is done at all I was told at least part of that would be applied towards the repair bill however it was not the problem is partially fixed pretty much just do remove replace apart collect your money and thats the end of that I felt pressured to get this vehicle into a shop to get the brakes working well haste makes waste and Im just wasted a lot of money and not happy with the results I was at this shop one time years ago I could not remember why I never returned this has jogged my memory there are other shops out there that will not totally rake you over the Kohls they are hard to find however I dont think the vehicle was test-driven at all were surely mechanic would have noticed some other problems that should be addressed concerning the brakes I will never take a vehicle to this place again its just not worth it I still need to fix the vehicle and rebuild my bank account I should have known better there were red flags I just didnt pay attention to them

They over tighten ever brake bolt. I broke off one bracket bolt, and one calliper stud bolt. Be careful they will say that this needs replacing . By the way I was going to replace a lug nut stud Again , should have never had to break out a breaker bar to loosen BRAKE BOLTS.

The Staff here are very efficient and professional, and DO NOT try to hard sell you on anything. I really appreciated that.I would definitely recommend them for your car care needs.

I came in to use a coupon and to check this place out after being disillusioned with a former place I got oil changes from. Dont be put off by it being behind an old gas station, the place is a full functioning mechanic and oil change facility. Nick at the front desk is super pleasant and helpful and the waiting room is being refurbished to have a coffee bar and large television soon. I am pleasantly surprised and glad I stopped in the use my coupon... excellent coupon by the way - oil change, tire rotation, balance and alignment all for $99. Ill be coming back!!

I was there the last weekend of Feb, 2021. I had finished doing a Sub-Frame Swap, with new lower control arms, and tie rod ends, new sway bar bushings, and new wheel bearings on the front. I did this job myself. I had the shops help with removing/pressing bearings and hub assemblies for me. And payed for that service. I had told them when I come back to the shop with the car and everythings put back together. Id like them to check my work/tighten down all the bolts I touched on the front end. Just to make sure it was safe. And to give me a 4 wheel alignment with rotation and balance. They did not give me a rotation and balance like I had asked. Instead they just balanced the tires. They acted so put out that I was there, and needed the work done on my car like yesterday. They put me off for as long as they could. And then they did a rush job on my car. And in doing so the bolts I told them to make sure were tightened down all the way.. Werent. The driver side bottom brake caliper bracket bolt had backed itself out. Just weeks after the job had been done.  Messing up my brake caliper, rotor and pads. I could have been seriously injured from there neglect. It cost me a lot of money! Not just on the new brake parts for the front, but for all the ubers I had to take everyday till I could replace the damage that was done. For what its worth, I would like a Refund! None of the employees there seemed to know exactly what they were doing. The owner was there that day with her dog. I had called up there recently talking to Nick about the matter. I thought Nick and I were cool. Apparently not. He refused to give me any of his bosses information. What cowards! They dont even want to own up to the mistakes theyve made. Or hear the outcry from their loyal customers. Ive been going to expert car cares in Florida for 4-5 years now. And this is thee first and last time they will ever mess up my car like that again! Do not go to this location! Would not recommend. Will cost you more money in the long run. They dont care about you, or your safety they just want your money.

Destroyed my rear end costing me $1300. I asked them to put on the pinion nut after I rebuilt it, thats all. They called me back and told me they did more work which lead to it grinding, and also didnt put the pinion nut on right. Gears were worn and needed a whole rebuild. Went another time before that to get tires mounted and 2 were mounted backwards, after going back and fixing it they didnt balance them again.

I’ve had issues in the past at other mechanic shops where because I came in alone they would try to high ball me and over charge me for things that I did not need. That was not the case here. Tom and his crew have worked on my vehicle twice and both times they were fantastic! Very knowledgeable and honest. I will continue to bring my vehicles here in the future whenever need be. Exellent service .

I only wanted a tire rotation and a brake fluid flush and the service writer snicks in the estimate an oil change also which I did not need. I even told the guy that I do my own oil changes on the car before signing the estimate, so the con- artist service writer covers the estimate with a paper and distracted me by talking to me while I was signing it so I would not see the oil change charge. Logically you cannot get a refund on an oil change already done and logically I wont go back to this con-artists shop.

I made an online appointment and never got a call to confirm like I was supposed to; I even called and made an appointment that still wasnt found when I arrived. That being said, the employee was helpful at the shop and got my car serviced quickly. He did not mention the discount coupon from the website and I had to mention it before he honored it. I would go here again if they had a good promotion going, otherwise Id stick to my usual shop in Orlando.

About a year ago, I went in with a persistent misfire issue that had been going on for nearly two years. Multiple mechanics, changing plugs and coils, doing just about everything you could reasonably think of, and it never stayed fixed for more than a month, at MOST. But the team at Expert Auto had the tenacity to stick with it until we figured out the issue and got it resolved...and unlike everywhere else, a year later, I am STILL running fine. Im very happy to have done business with Tom, Steve, and EAC. Good guys.

Limped In with our overheating truck yesterday on our way out of town. We were pulling our camper and it was obvious we were “on vacation “. Mechanic said it was the clutch fan- definitely not the thermostat. Quoted us $565 to get fixed there the next day. I guess what they didn’t know was that we weren’t too far from my moms, so we left. We bought the part on our own and took it to another mechanic... $300 total with labor. Well guess what- it was the thermostat after all. So not only will this place rip you off, they obviously don’t know what they’re doing either. Or maybe they knew damn well what they were doing. Either way, I’d advise avoiding this place at all costs.

These ppl are awesome!! Ive brought my Audi here multiple times and they have ALWAYS been excellent to me. And they never complain about it being an audi nor do they ever charge me a lot. They always talk to me about whats going on and help me since I like to do my own service. Theyre totally cool.

I’m the type of person who has no idea about cars and who feels like every time they go to a mechanic im probably gonna get ripped off. This place is seriously one of the best mechanic shops I’ve been to in Deltona! The staff is incredible and the job gets done incredibly fast. I came in a few weeks ago to get one of my tires replaced and this was the only mechanic in the area that had the specific tire size for my car. I will definitely be back!

I got a nail in my tire and quickly had to find a place to get it patched, luckily I came across this place! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and they only charged me $10, would highly recommend this place!

I made an online appointment the day before. I called the next day and they claim they never received the appt information. They lied about applying the diagnosis labor to the repair labor cost. They told me 1 hr labor, didn’t provide a written estimate before making the repairs as required by Florida law and charged me $100 for a $40 part., $100 for one hour labor AND $50 to diagnose the check engine light. The air flow sensor took 30 seconds to replace. I waited there 4 hours!! They will reimburse me for my time/labor. Will be suing these crooks! Stay far away from these crooks! They broke several laws and refuse to admit it. They are mandated to display a sign with the toll free number to Dept of agriculture and advising customers that they have a right to inspect and ask to have old parts returned to them. The owners response is another attempt to avoid liability. I demanded a full refund, they offered me 10% off!! What an insult! The site manager fraudulently FORGED my signature on the estimate falsely stating that I waived my right to a written repair estimate. I will NOT return to this shop until the owner offers a written apology, provides a full refund, reimburses me for my time, inconvenience, frustration and damages. I expect nothing less than $2,500. I have full video of the office with NO evidence of signage as required by FSS. I even had to provide the regional manager a copy of the required SIGN and the Florida statutes. I have the discussion with the area manager Jason on video and will be posting it for everyone to hear. This man whispered so that other customers in the waiting room wouldn’t hear the unlawful treatment of a customer. I will be filing complaints with the Dept of Agriculture in addition to the BBB complaint already filed!

Very dishonest. I went with a coupon to do a wheel alignment for $69.99 the guy told me we cant do that for some reason. So i said fine. I told him go with the $79.99 and then he came back and told me we got to charge you $119.00 to do the aligment because your aligment is way off. I told him no. I went to tires plus in Orange City for $79.99 they did my aligment and it got 1 yrs warranty. The people at Expect Car Care seen very dishonest, they look like the people who will rip you off in repair. I cant believe Triple AAA do business with them. I will also let Triple AAA know they are dishonest.

Needed to borrow a funnel for oil, the gas station in front didnt have one. These guys let me borrow one. Thats five stars as far as Im concerned! Thanks.

I dont know where to start... I brought my young daughter with me because it shouldnt have taken longer than 1.5 hours... But after watching 3 hours of the TV show intervention I had to explain to my daughter why people were sticking needles in their arms, rolling up dollar bills and snorting powder up their nose, etc... Besides that, they broke my wheel stud and tried to get me out the door without telling me. Not so lucky for me I seen it and called them out on it. After an extra hour of waiting for them to change a wheel stud, I told them to forget about it, and let me get out of there. The only other place that I have been where i have had such horrible service is tires plus. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS JOKE OF A SHOP AGAIN.

The manager Tom, was friendly and helpful. The mechanic who attended to me was not. I took a chance and had my tires installed here. Not certain I will go back.

Went in for a front end wheel alignment on my 2000 Chevy Tahoe. My business was based on there alignment special they had. They were unable to do a complete alignment because they said I had a bad driver side inner and outer tie rod and would cost me $420.00 in repairs which I did not consent to. But still charged me for the uncompleted alignment work. A month later Firestone I replaced all 4 tires on the Tahoe and they saw no problem with the tie rods and was able to give me a complete front end alignment. I find it so sad that they would lie about repairs that never existed. I will never ever do business with any Expert Car Care chain ever again.

Great mechanics. Been going there for over ten years.

Long story short (see attached photo for full backstory): this garage performed an oil change, left the oil drain plug loose, overfilled the crankcase with oil, overcharged, then recommended that the engine should be cleaned and degreased to check for oil leaks because it looks like oil is blowing everywhere and the technician cant tell where it is coming from. I shared these concerns with the owner/manager nearly three weeks ago but have yet to receive a reply. I understand mistakes can happen, but based on this experience and the lack of consideration given by the owner/manager to my concerns, I am writing this review in hopes that more care and consideration is given by this facility to their customers and their vehicles in the future. I will, however, not be returning.

My father got his a/c, compressor, dryer, ect done here and 2 month later it was out of coolant. They charged it with dye but said we would have to pay for them to diagnose and go fix the leak. Clearly the leak is something they were responsible for. 1700 dollars and stuck.

Like some of the other people that reviewed them, I broke down on I-4. I managed to limp my vehicle in to them. They managed to get me in quickly without an appointment and get my vehicle diagnosed and back on the road. I would highly recommend them.

Outstanding service and quality! I received 3 quotes for brake repair for my 2002 Lexus ES300. Both stated I needed rotors, pads and calipers front and rear at a cost of almost $2,000! I contacted Expert Auto Care through their website and requested a quote for the above repairs. The store manager, Tom responded immediately wish a quote for best case and worst case scenarios. In his quote he stated that in his vast experience he had never seen a vehicle that required all calipers to be replace at the same time unless there were extraordinary circumstances. He offered to do the inspection for free when everyone else wanted a minimum of $75 whether the repairs were done or not. Tom also offered me a 10% discount for my military service in the Marine Corp.Tom and his team inspected the braking system and informed me that there was significant rust on the calipers, but he felt certain that they could be properly cleaned and would not need to be replaced. He assured me that my repairs would likely be closer to the best case scenario but would call if anything changed prior to beginning the repairs. True to his word, Tom called to let me know that 2 of the calipers needed repaired and informed me that it would add $30 to my best case repair scenario. Given that my total repair cost was still more than $1200 less than the other quotes I received I was ecstatic with the news!Tom promised they would do everything possible to ensure the repairs were completed the same day. Tom kept his word and stayed for an additional hour after the shop closed to ensure he delivered my repaired car as promised! I have never been more pleased with an auto repair shop than I am with Expert Car Care! ( And Tom) I highly recommend them to anyone looking for first rate service, honesty and good value!

3,000 paid for them to rip me off. My father went to check on the cars status for me while I was at work and they sent the front desk girl out to run errands in my car! Then after getting it back - I filled out the gas tank and guess what, it wouldnt start! Had to get it towed back over after multiple jump starts and a battery charge wouldnt get it running and the guy claimed he reached in and turned it right on. Yea, right!

Amazing experience, they really understand what customer service means, they were polite,attentive and i didnt feel didn’t sense any pressure to get any work done that i didnt need. I took my car in because it was misfiring and after they ran some engine diagnostics i had the pleasure of speaking with james who had no problems explaining to me why my car was misfiring. Thank you James for giving me the absolute best experience ive ever had at any repair shop, and getting me in and out so quickly as expected this to be an all day process! I will definitely be back for any and all automotive needs!

This place is a rip off! I broke down on I4 with a broken timing belt. I had my car towed here which was a big mistake. They estimated $650?!! The advertise $169.99 on their website. Im having someone tow my car elsewhere, these guys can shove it.
