Absolutely zero customer service skills from the older gentleman in the liquor store both on phone and in person. He shouldnt quote laws and rules that are not correct or even true. He thinks hes the controller and hes ruining your business. I shop there almost daily and will walk out if hes there. Not the only one that feels this way.

Check your receipt! Our local Kroger, Columbus Pike, Delaware, Ohio, frequently - no almost constantly - makes pricing mistakes. And those mistakes are NEVER in the customers favor!The most recent mistake occurred this past weekend. I purchased a prime rib that was sale priced at $21 from $37. The staff responsible for programming the sale price didnt include the prime rib until we caught it.Additionally, customer mask wearing is not always enforced. Proceed at your own risk.

I do love this Kroger’s staff and store...however the hours listed here are way off. Now that we need to practice social distancing, this Kroger has chosen to limit hours, closing at 9 pm instead of 10. (They used to be open past midnight just a year or two ago). Late store hours are a good time to pick up essentials because of the lack of crowds. Just something to think about, if you want this customer to believe you actually care about my well being.

Rudest liquor store employees Ive ever experienced. Girl with the side of her head shaved and an older man are rude every time I go in. I hear the same thing from everyone in Delaware that shops there.

Theres a good selection of products at this Kroger and if I was rating solely on that, then Id probably give 4 stars. Certain types of foods like ones youd find in an international market are not as available here as theyd maybe be at another Kroger like the one on Houk rd, at least from my experience. You may be surprised to find that this store doesnt supply an item that you commonly purchase at a different Kroger or grocery store in general. However, they have some products you might have trouble finding elsewhere too. If youre somebody who prefers organic food then this store might potentially be a disappointment at times. The only example I can think of off the top of my head is they had little or no selection of organic potatoes for a long time. Im not sure if thats still the case or not. Ive never ran into any issues with non-food items. Ive found what I needed. Food and necessities selection aside, one reason I give three stars is because the staff are not as friendly as Id like. Some of the employees at this store are actually really great and helpful but its very inconsistent, especially at the service desk or where money services are catered. Ive actually overheard one of the employees who works behind the desk griping about one of their co-workers to another employee too. Lastly, this store can smell bad. Like very bad. Lately when I walk around the first or second isle where a majority of canned foods are stocked, it smells like actual human feces. Its rather disgusting.

I stopped in to Kroger on March 20 approximately 3:45 pm , even with all the madness this past week the store was clean , organized and the employees were very friendly . The gentleman in the meat Dept was very friendly and helpful (sry I didnt get his name and a guy stocking shelves Jimmy Higgins was super nice , polite and helpful as well . Great job at this location with all the madness , keep up the great work .

This Kroger has a good selection of food, but the customer service really needs work. They never ask if you need help, and are very unwelcoming while your there. Today I went to a different Kroger and they were all so nice! Why cant this Kroger be the same?

The cashier here was so friendly and helpful. A gentleman stocking The meat dept. Took The time to show me where an item was and was very kind. The store was pretty organized and had a good selection. The produce was really good! Had a successful and pleasant experience at this particular Kroger.

This is an older & smaller Kroger than most. It looks a little tired but the shelves are better stocked than most and it is easier to find things than in the bigger stores. The on-site liquor store is convenient.

My Kroger store (Columbus Pike) is excellent. They help me get products from the top shelves. Im short. The pharmacy staff gets my prescriptions right. They even go to bat if something needs refilled.

The absolute best staff around. Eric is always so helpful. Houk rd. Kroger is out of EVERYTHING always, unlike this location. We live closer to Houk rd, but make the trip to this smaller store.

Love to get groceries from here. It is close and they have a good selection.The pharmacist and assistants are so thorough and very helpful. Too bad, so many people yell at them and never apologize. Not the best kroger. They are very over reactive when it comes to purchasing cold and flu medications. They also have a tendency to make you feel like they think youre stealing because they follow you and watch you like a hawk. I understand we live in crazy times but at the end of the day not everybody is a thief or a drug addict.

I have always shopped at this store. Recently I went in to get a few things and the store was a bit dirty. They also didn’t have a lot of the items I was looking for. I usually check expiration dates on all of the food I’m purchasing but this time I was in a rush. When I got home two of the three yogurts I bought were expired from about two weeks ago, still out on shelves for someone to buy, which unfortunately I did. Granted they only cost 2$, money is money and this is upsetting to any customer using their hard earned money for groceries only to get home and realize some of them are expired. And the meat selection here is one of the poorest selections I have ever seen. When I go shopping for groceries I want to pick them all up at one store, not have to go to one and get a couple things and then another for the rest of the stuff the first store didn’t have. I hold the store fully responsible for this. We’ve decided to switch to Meijer, they have a way better produce and meat section and a cleaner/friendlier store although their prices may be a bit higher. Hopefully this store gets things figured out.

Top notch. I am out of state and popped in for food for family reunion items and they personally helped me get what I needed. Awesome and blew Wal-Mart away

The folks here are very helpful. There are mobility carts. The staff will help with things on high shelves. They will unload the cart for you and help taking it too the car. 100 score for this store.

Store has items stocked which is great but I feel like everytime I go in they never have an actual checkout lane open. So a cart full of groceries and the only lanes open are little self checkouts

I LOVE Kroger. Anytime we are traveling and have the opportunity to stop at a Kroger I do.Today I was on a mission. I forgot my curling iron, moose and protien bars.The curling iron was on sale, $6.00 off!The hair mouse was a $1.00 off the protien bars (Quest brand) were 3/$5.00 a savings of $3.36.We have stopped at this location many times and have always found it clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

The staff is what keeps me coming back week after week!!! Every employee is so friendly, nice and never put out when I ask for help!! I can see that all the departments take pride in their work and that means everything. The Pharmace is amazing the staff is bar none the best!!! I just love my Columbus Pike Krogers in Delaware ❤️

State liquor store on premises. Also, Doug in Seafood is always so helpful. Alexander and the ladies in the deli are so cheery. Plus they have Jeff, the best cashier in central Ohio!

Thank you for such a clean and organized liquer store. And great service. I dropped a bottle of Bloody Mary mix on my way out the door (completely my fault) and not only did they replace the mix but, also everything it spilled on in the bag. Great service thank you so much :)

I live over by houk rd Kroger and I will drive to any other Kroger to get my groceries. This store is always stocked with everything not like the houk rd . The only reason I gave it 4 stars was it is a little cramped in the store but they do have everything I always buy

Employees are nice but the floor of this building is just depressing looking. Like its a FLOOR so its not a big deal but it honestly makes the entire place seem sort of trashy because.. well the floor is just the ugliest flooring Ive ever seen for a building? It looks like some warehouse floor that they never decided to tile over because they wanted to cheap out maybe?

Tough to find a burger joint that accommodates vegans too. Service was not bad which apparently is a reoccurring problem there.

I guess 9:30 at night isnt the best time to shop. I was greeted by one of the employees asking if I was finding everything ok. My response was I cant get to nothing. They had boxes and pallets blocking the way until all the meats and cold stuff along the back wall. He apologized and I found a way in some way to get my chicken and bacon. LOL

They have the best employees here, everyone is so helpful and caring.

Not stocked well at all. Minimal gluten free items esp aft store rearranged. Not even GF hot dog buns.So so quality of produce.Even sale items not on shelf. No offer of rain cks.Getting sick and tired of both Delaware krogers not properly stocked for the demographic and employees have no knowledge of what they have.Enough already no excuses.

If you stick to Kroger house brands you can save a lot of money. So far I havent been at all dissatisfied with their product.

Open until 1am, but they turn off half the lights in the aisles at 10pm. I had to get my phone out and use the flashlight so I could see anything. I asked an employee if that makes any sense to them and they said no. Ill take my business to Walmart where the lights are on. No manager was available to speak with.. I was told they all leave at 10pm.

Store very crowded and people were just standing around. I went into the liquor store and was treated poorly. I doubt I come back. I will shop at Meijer.
