I bought this item on Amazon from Prime Electronics but it was suspected as defective. Called Prime Electronics left a message and Kevin returned my call the same day. He was very helpful and sent a new replacement unit the same day. The replacement unit was installed and working properly. Many thanks to Kevin and Vim!!! Ive enjoyed working with Prime Electronics. They stand behind everything they sell. They have really hard to find PC Components, networking equipment, etc. It seems like if they dont have it, they can get it.
