Often times consumers go above and beyond to express a negative experience. But it’s rare we do the same when we’ve experience exceptional service! This review is extremely necessary as I believe Kevin is deserving of all praise and recognition. Recently my brother and I visited PC Richards in Deer Park. I must say, it’s the very first time we’ve shop at PC Richards particularly for “ dent and scratch” We were service by Kevin who was extremely, knowledgeable, patient and genuine. He confidently answered every inquiry. He wasn’t pushy or persistent. We purchased 4 appliances from Kevin. He made the process smooth and easy, stress free and pleasant. He kept us smiling and laughing. It’s been a while since we’ve experience this type of service and I’m happy it was with Kevin. He has earned himself loyal customers and a life long of referrals from us. We’ll be back Kevin .. we’re gonna spend all our money with you! You make it all worth it.

Salesman and purchase experience was great, delivery was very disappointing. Range was on back order for over a month and it finally arrives with a huge dent on the side. Only choice was to send back and wait an undetermined amount of time for a replacement or just accept as is. For this I should have paid half price from the scratch and dent center. Really disappointed that this was the end result of my experience with PC Richard.

Many of my home appliances were bought at this story.Had to replace a failing air conditioner. 25,000 BTU wall unit.They had a unit that would fit in the sleeve already there.Set up a Wednesday delivery. Took off from work. But no delivery.When I called , I was told the delivery was changed to Thursday. I was never asked if that worked for me. All I got was Sorry , do you still want it Thursday?So I had to waste another vacation day.Complained to a manager. Said his employees need to work on their communication skills. And took 50 off the price for my troubles. Not enough in my book.Just beware when dealing with this store.

Our fridge just went out today. Walked in the store and within 5 minutes or less we were greated by Walter. We were looking for a specific model which was on clearance. He showed us a few other models that were slightly cheaper. So we went with his suggestion. He set up a delivery date out only 4 to 5 days out so we didnt have to wait too long. Excellent experience!

One of my favorite stores for appliances, I meant one of the best employee, his name is Vish, he is very knowledgeable of what he sell and very passionate, I would recommend that if you there to ask for Vish, I guarantee you will be satisfied

Went to look at Appliances. Never had a bad experience at any PC Richards, but sometime the sales folks linger too long and too close and I spend more time avoiding them then finding what I want. The kid here was helpful without being a pain, and spent a lot of time going over options. I know he was hunting for a commission, but he did it respectfully and we got a very good deal. Dont remember his name, but he was wearing a salmon shirt and could use a haircut. Still, a nice kid and would go there again in future.

Kevin at the Deer Park location was super helpful during our visit. He did not rush us and was exceptionally patient while we made our decision (we took a while and asked many questions). We ended up purchasing a washer, dryer and refrigerator from him. We will definitely return for our next purchase.

We visited this location for the scratch and dent sales area to find a refrigerator. Kevin Finnery was our salesperson and he was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was familiar with all the appliances and the reasons they were in that area. Kevin helped us out by letting us know which refrigerators to avoid and we found a great one. It is brand new with a slight dent and all the parts still wrapped up. We got it for a great price with an extended warranty. I have loved PC Richards for a long time and will always go there first. I recently bought three appliances at PC Richard in Deer Park. Having a very pleasant and highly competent sales rep made all the difference for my latest purchase. I highly recommend asking for Kevin he was so easy to work with and truly bent over backward to find exactly what I needed at a great price. He even helped me request a part for a prior purchase (a missing a conversion kit) when the original salesman only suggested that I try calling the manufacturer. 5/1 Walter was very helpful with servicing our needs and completing the sale!5/12 Update: I purchased a washer and dryer were delivered and installed on May 4. During delivery the washer (was a floor model) received an additional dent that was not there at the store and one of my tiles were chipped in their process. By May 8 the brand new dryer displayed an error code. I called customer service and was advised that it needed a part and service. They would order the part and then schedule a service. My issue is this is a brand new unit why would it already need a part and servicing? I contacted my Salesperson and was essentially advised that I should go through the warranty since I purchased one. Again this machine has not been in my home a week and it has issues. Currently, waiting on customer service management to contact me back. Not what I expected after spending nearly $2,300 on appliances at PC Richard & Son.

We had purchased a fridge less than a year ago and about a week ago the freezer malfunctioned. It was making noise and all the food we had in there thawed. We ended up having to throw out hundreds of dollars of food, as well as store medication at a neighbors house. Thats where Dave came in to save the day. Dave was able to work with us and our budget and get us a brand new fridge and fix our disaster of a situation. He was kind, patient, and very transparent. He walked us through many different models, made sure it would fit properly in the space needed and met all our requirements. We cant thank him enough and will most certainly be recommending any and everyone to go see him for their appliance needs.

Excellent service. Went to this outlet store after our Home Depot fridge order had been delayed for 3 months. Scott was able to get us a great price on a floor model fridge that we picked up a couple of days later. Works great! We also decided to cancel our Home Depot order for our washer and dryer, and order from PC Richards instead. Scott was able to find us the machines we wanted at a great price, and in stock!! He was very knowledgeable and really went above and beyond. We were very happy with our visit to this location and thank Scott for getting us our appliances within a week!! (We had been waiting months for a new fridge and washer/dryer from Home Depot). Would highly recommend visiting this store.

Initial service was great then it steadily declines with every interaction I have with the store.-the manager was helpful in finding me a sales associate in the clearance center. Highly recommend!In regards to the delivery, it was not a smooth process. The delivery time was initially 10:30 - 1.30 and no one showed up then. When calling, they said oh it’s 2- 4. While, we have a text message confirmation with the other time. Very strange. When they arrived at 3, the delivery men were not trained - they ended up tripping my breaker in the basement and had no idea why the new unit wasn’t working or my old one when they tried to plug it in. They wanted to turn the whole main line off, which would of caused a huge surge. They also wanted to install a vent that would of left the dryer to come out an additional inch, and not be lined up with the washing machine the way it was from the start.Long story short, they left without installing the dryer or the steam kit which left us to have an electrician come by to finish the job.Service at the store was 5 stars but delivery is 2 stars because it was more aggravation with having to have someone come by when PC Richards was unable to complete the job.We are getting a new dryer, which we purchased again from the store. Speaking to John on the phone gave me a bad taste in my mouth because he was rude, matter of fact and pompous on the phone. In the end, he said “do you want to speak to a manager? I’ll get one” - but then hung up the phone.The store rating has steadily declined with every interaction with them thus far. I am awaiting my delivery in 2 weeks and will revise the review as needed based upon that.

I went into the Deer Park store to purchase a dishwasher. I had to ask for assistance. A salesman named ED came over. He was very rude and condensing to my wife and myself. We looked online first and according to the website there were several dishwashers in stock. Ed told us “we have nothing in stock except for clearance models but they are in rough shape.” When we told Ed the website states there are models in stock. His response was “I don’t control the website.” He tried to explain to us in a demeaning way that there is a shortage of appliances. I told him Best Buy has manyModels in stock. His response was “then you should go to Best Buy.” We then complained to someone who said he was a manager and his response was “Ed has worked here a long time and sometimes he speaks to people inappropriately”. I gave this review one star because I couldn’t give it zero stars.

The deals arent that great unless you shop the clearance area and really search. Its also hard to get sales people to help when you shop in that area. Prepare to be ignored for a while.

This is a great store. I have been shopping here for many years but there service department stinks. I waited a month to replace an igniter to be replaced in my wall oven. Two men came over with the wrong ignitor did nothing and charged me a service fee
