I love Smashburger but the last two times I’ve ordered from this location, it’s been wrong. I ordered through UberEats and when I called the store, they wanted me to contact my driver, who didn’t answer. The guy I spoke with on the phone couldn’t even use proper grammar and wasn’t helpful at all. So basically the cooks cannot read simple instructions for a burger that’s supposed to be only cheese and mustard. The burger wasn’t even cooked in the middle 🤢 Never again.

Quality of food was great.Cashier was helpful and competant.Atmosphere was clean and open.No annoying loud background music to compete with talking with my friends.Fresh ingrediants.Restrooms were cleanEverything from walking in to leaving was pleasant.Example of how food places should bewhen operating efficiently.Utencils for my shake were spot free silverware.So glad we chose to go here for Lunch.Only criticism I can give is the burger size was but cant really complain because it was the right amount of food to be satisfied not miserable.

Saltiest burger Ive ever had, my wife had the regular size which looks like something you get for a child, I had the big size which looks like a normal size, both were so greasy and salty, not to mention loaded with mustard. They dont even ask if you want mustard, the pub burger doesnt say it comes with it either. For the price theyre just not worth it, theyre tiny. If youre looking for a good burger, Dennys burgers are still the best and biggest in Houston for the same price.

Burgers came out fast on the salty side but I love salt ... my mother on the other hand couldnt even finish it after 2 bites ... the fries were good and so were the shakes !

Nice burgers

Just got 2 doubles one with jalapenos through doordash. This place is amazing yes burgers are kinda small but filling and flavorful. A little pricey but was worth it. Smash fries are also amazing.

While I do like the food from Smash Burger this location has repeatedly shown how horribly managed it is. Just tonight, we pulled up at 9:25pm to order a quick to-go and per usual, the staff has not only put up chairs (which is fine really) but they have itentionally turned off all customer lights and open signage. The restaurant does not close until 10pm. This is always done a FULL HOUR BEFORE CLOSE when the average visit only lasts 25-30 minutes. If there was ever a message that your customers dont matter and you have no respect for the hours your owners set, this is it. The photo below was taken at 9:27pm today after we decided it just wasnt worth the attitude and scorn we have received in the past. During previous visits, we have witnessed unsanitary cleaning and staff inappropriate PDA at this location. From the opening of this location I have tried to make excuses about inexperience and lack of new hire training, but now its obvious that the management is the root of the issues, but I am done with this place.

Good hamburger but a little pricey.

The only reason I went here is because pita pit was closed. Dont waste your time here. Terrible food and even worse customer service. They also crammed a bunch of tables on one side of the restaurant and call that social distancing. When one whole side of the restaurant is closed and everyone is bunched up together on the other side THAT IS NOT SOCIAL DISTANCING!! Sigh. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to eat.

I had tried Smash Burger in Denver, Colorado...and I didnt like it...no flavor. My co-worker invited me out today to the one Pasadena/Deer Park?? Let me tell you...100% better. The flavor was there, the meat was fresh, the fries were on point. Definitely going back. But not to the one in Denver😂

The bean burger was not good... everything we got from there was super salty. I asked for a classic bean burger with Swiss instead of American cheese. The burger came with American cheese and nothing else. I get it with the water thing going on right now, not being able to put any veggies on it, but it was still bad and with the wrong cheese. They didn’t even tell us that it was going to come like that. It was 20 minutes from us, so we weren’t going to go all the way back. We already had to go back because they forgot our onion strings. I don’t suggest this place for nice burger. Everything was greasy and super salty.

The black bean burgers was good. We order online at the good was ready in less than 15 minutes. However, the food was luke warm at best and we live about 5 minutes away, maybe 10 in traffic (There was no traffic that day). If greasy food is not for you, then stay away. I know its a burger joint, but the grease leaked through the bag on to my girlfriends pants. Mind you, it was only a 5 minute drive. The restaurant looked clean and staff was certainly friendly and helpful. Id go back, but only to fine in and fire to that fact its extremely close. Still beats a day food burger any day.

Great tasting and fresh subs. I like the Engineer, a turkey based sub. They also have a tuna sub that tastes good. The staff is also friendly. Place has firefighting clothes hung up, highlighting the theme.Helpful?

This place is awesome. Their burgers are always hot and delicious, sides always fresh. And they have great coupons that they give out every time youre there. Honestly, puts other burger places at their price point (and many above) to shame.Edit: What happened to my coupons, Smash Burger!?! Oh well. The burgers are still awesome.

Our first time eating at Smashburger.Impressed! As we entered this restaurant we were greeted right away by a young man cleaning one part of the restaurant, close to closing time, but we were greeted with a smile. The same guy walked to help us place our order. After that he brought our food to the table. Later, he came to see if we were ok. As we were leaving- I told him we loved the food, it was our first time trying it.He took our trays from us. Thanked us and told us to have a great night.(The food was flavorable, cooked to perfection, hot, fresh... great customer service). Well be back soon!!!

My family loves smashburger! We visit often, and some of our favorite items are the spicy cowboy, buffalo grilled chicken, fried pickles, and smash fries. Great app that sends discounts and deals often. Jake, at the Deer Park, location is always friendly and takes care of us! Thanks Smashburger!

Honestly one of the best burgers ever and the fries are delicious. The burgers are a little small and the fries didnt have quite as much seasoning as oil, but other than that the food was fantastic.My only real complaint is that the store needs to be cleaned more regularly and the table and chairs need to be replaced. There werent enough people working to keep the dining area clean and most of the tables were really dirty. A lot of tables and chairs are either wobbly or being propped up with piles of napkins.Still, the food is delicious and the ingredients taste much fresher than other burger places. Definitely worth the drive to Deer Park, but I wish they would put one in Clear Lake!

Couldnt wait to try this place. Only location in the area.Atmosphere is nice and bright.Service is fast and welcoming.Burgers are on the small size. Even the big one is probably no bigger than 1/3 lb. Not much of a difference between a smash style burger and a typical cook to order fast casual burger.

Smash Burger is great. Get the double bacon burger. I like the avocado bacon burger there as well.

My favorite restaurant!!!! Lamb korma is everything. Incredible for take out, but even better dining in. The service is always incredible and everyone who works here is the best.

Used to love the place. Went last night. Poor, slow service. Customers waiting to order while workers standing around while one guy attended the register, served and took orders. Both our burgers were wrong. Both our shakes were wrong. Burgers were cold and dry. Only the tots were hot and fresh. Overall very dissappointing.

It was good. I had an avocado bacon club with grilled chicken. Also smash fried and a reg. Drink. It came up to 12 after tax and honestly the sandwich was good but small. I would only go there with a coupon on for a special.

Today was my 1st visit here. Oh man where should I start. The cowboy burger was just perfect. Food came in fast. Overall, Ill definitely be back.

The sandwiches here are very flavorful, definitely a cut above typical fast food restaurants. Service is good too, it doesnt take long to get your food, even though they cook it to order.

Its not a place for people who prefer chicken. They have bread and butter pickles, not dill. The smash fries are good if youre not there for a burger.

Not 5 stars because they took some of the fresh ingredients (i.e. spinach, cucumbers, etc) off the menu. Those extras were what I liked most about Smashburger.

This is my number one burger place. Ive never had the regular burger yet because Im stuck on their turkey burger. But Im sure its gotta be excellent if the turkey burger has me in a trance.

First time there. The burger was different and love the add it menu. Ordered the shake it was awesome. Bit over priced but for the difference in taste and style of fries it was an even out. The service was a tad slow but the meal equally cancelled the service so over all I would recommend it if you are tired of the regular burger joints this will satisfy your craving.

The quarter pound burger was just the right size. My avacado was excellent. Sweet potato fries excellent raspberry tea tasted like raspberry tea. Clean. Friendly staff.

I went in on a Sunday about 35 minutes before they closed and the service was not the best. we were ordering to go, but even if we wanted to dine in, it’s not like we showed up 5 min before closing for them to rush so much. I ordered fried pickles and they were really bad, the quality of the food reflected the little time that was invested in preparing it. It was evident that employees were more than annoyed about having to serve guests “during business hours”

Burger is good but not great. Price was high for food and drink ordered. When you pay more than 10 bucks for basic burger , fries, and a drink, it costs too much

My girlfriend and I ordered the double meat with triple cheese. The burgers are very small and she complained of a weird taste that made her burger inedible. The fries were ok and the onions rings were the smallest Id ever seen. This was our 2nd time to eat here. The only reason we gave it a chance was they sent coupons. We paid $14 on what wouldve been a $24 double kids meal. I will say that the 2 stars are for the service. The young lady had good customer service. I will stick to whataburger

I ordered a spinach, cucumber and goat cheese salad without meat. My salad came with chicken on it. I asked for another salad and they took it back and took the chicken off and brought it back to me. I asked them to remake the salad and they could not understand why i wanted a new salad. They were not happy about this. I was sure they just reserved me the same salad. I was disappointed.

Change the fries back to shoestring please! I was so disappointed to go there today and get regular fries. I LOVED the old smash fries. The meal is just so-so without them.

The worst Smashburger Ive had. Probably the last. Unlike Sashburgers thats Ive enjoyed over the last few years, the meat wasnt glistening with fresh oil and charred goodness. The patty was dry, thin, and definitely not cooked to order. I thought the cornerstone of this company was fresh, hot, and tasty burgers. Apparently, their goals have changed. The bun and fries were ok, but they arent the stars of the show.

Got a cobb salad with grilled chicken and avacado... Everything was very fresh and very delicious. The cost was $11 for a salad, and you dont get much of the fixins (bacon, avacado, chicken, etc). However it was very tasty, so Im giving 4/5.
