I went for curtains and the selection was very limited. The shower caddy I bought was missing parts and had to be returned. I have had better luck at other stores in this chain.

This was repackaged (I’m assuming a return), and put on clearance. I could never have imagined that someone who works at the store would attempt to sell such a thing. I mean it was clearly repackaged, so someone had to have knowingly done so. And then I bought it...obviously returning, but I’m upset I even have to bother. I called the store to say so amd was told “so sorry, mam.” No attempt to remedy the situation. I will have to go out of my way to return this beast, and that does not make me happy. It should never been sold!!!!

Gave it only a 4 star because it appears the store maybe closing? Not much variety. However the employees were amazing. A few went above and beyond to help my Mom locate something and the cashier was really friendly too!

I bought babies cooker online store. When i received it wasnt new and it missed a detail.I decided to return the product back.So web site says I can do it at any store for convenience.I went to store and they told me i cant return it to store because its babies product (the dont have baby department).Second they told me it was used they cant help me.Ive spend 20 minutes explaining that it was sent used...Ohhh,so disappointed 👎🏼

This store in Deadham is a bid small but in good location nearby 95 interstate. It carries good products but some items are a bit too pricey.

It is the best, I love to shop there. Everything is easy to find. They have a great customer service.

Not doing their part to keep people safe during the pandemic. Ordered some exchange soda stream containers online where I was told curbside pickup would be possible. When I arrived to the store, however, I was told I had to come inside to complete the exchange so the store could get my credit card. Odd excuse given that Id already paid for the product. Disappointing as Ive done a curbside exchange at another BB&B location in New York no problem.

The manager went way out of a way to help me it doesnt secure the items I was looking for stores change dramatically its a lot cleaner and a lot better I will go back to your several times

I like bed bath and beyond as a whole. I can usually find what I need and then some. However, this location was not a good time. There was one young man who was helpful and polite. One girl who was quite obvious that she was put out by my getting stuff from where she was trying to stock even my excuse me im sorry was met with an eyeroll. The girl who rang up my purchases was ok if not bored and no smile or greeting which was better than the girl at the pick up counter who acted as if i was going to contaminate her. All in all the young employees there need some adult guidance in customer service.

Bad customer service, your cashier saw me waiting in line and didnt help me but then helped someone behind me who came by later.

I snuck in 5 minutes before closing to pickup a couple of orders I placed online an hour prior, got them both easily, and was out of there right at closing time. Everybody was friendly and helpful, even at the end of a Saturday work shift.

Got some last-minute kitchen needs for our Thanksgiving dinner, thanks to very helpful staff! Check-out was a bit slow, though...

We are working on college dorm items. Its great that BB&B has printouts of the lists for local colleges and universities in the store. We found our childs out of state school list on line.It is also great that you are able to use up to 3 of the storys coupons. We just purchased an additional 4 items and used 3- 20% off coupons. That is so helpful for the pocketbook after the tuition bill.

This store is smaller than normal. 4 star just because every time I go in cannot find what I usually find on other BBB. Employees courtesy is good up to now.

Went in to browse and wait for an appointment that I had at a nearby shop. I ended up finding a few bargains of course. The cashier was super friendly. She helped me use my discount coupon in my email.

Still overpriced as before. But thats what I have to pay for convenience.

I like store for their wide selections, and helpful and knowegeable associates and managers.They are so eager to help and courteous. I highly recommend shopping at this store.

Always love walking into this place to see what I can find. They had a good sale right after Christmas and New years. Theres never really long lines here that Ive hit because they always used to service desk doubt check out.

A lot of selections for kitchen and bathroom

Looking for an unusual item the website said they carried. No idea where in the store it would be found. Immediately asked a stocking employee. He found two possible locations. Took me to one ... Not there. He asked another employee and together they checked the stock room. Unbelievably nice move, then a third employee suggested another location, he took me there and bingo there it is and in two different styles. Thats great, over the top service. Thanks.

Depleted inventory which resulted in limited selections..waited at the register until the four cashiers noticed I was there two of them gossiping about an employee.. awful

I returned a purchase I made a couple of weeks earlier.

Everything is great in this store. The prices are fair, and they have a nice variety of things they sell for you and your home. They also have an amazing spread of natural cleaning supplies

The employees there are always very nice and informed on the products the store carries and if its not on the shelves they will find it at another location to be held for you.

The store was very organized, and it was clean. Staff was helpful too. They sell everything you need for your home, like pillows, garbage cans, mirrors, smart home devices, and more! Great experience overall, we got everything we were looking for.

Its Bed Bath and Beyond. Pretty much everything there is more expensive than most other places you could buy it. They have lots of coupons, though. The selection is pretty robust compared to a Target or Walmart as well. For me, that makes not too much difference. Target already has more options than I want.The staff was friendly when we went though.

We found what were looking for a really good vacuum (DYSON) and they have one left, but unfortunately they cant sell it, to us with coupon in store and it has to be purchased online 🙄 we had found one .... Yay! at best buy, just couple of blocks away and I dont have to wait, no need to use coupon.

I was disappointed when I tried to buythe Art & Cook kitchen tool set in copper and was told that it only available on line. ( not available on lineEither). It was on the Bridal registry, but I had to buy something else.

I love this bed bath and beyond location. Staff is very friendly, the location is convenient for when im leaving the movies (or just legacy place in general), going for wholesale shopping or if im headed towards the Dedham plaza for a quick stop there.More often than not, I find a lot of things I didnt know I needed till I saw them there :P

Looking for a particular changed to to total satisfaction thanks to Will on the floor who was sweet enough to allow me to buy the item from the display. Lunesta, at the customer service desk trying to find the proper SKU to charge me the right price. I also surprised finding one of my former student, Erick, behind the cashier so pleasant. The store manager needs to be pleased with a crew of young hardworking young individuals. The store in Dedham is superb👌
