Absolutely horrendous experience. They sold me a washer dryer that was in stock and ready for delivery, only to find out the day of the delivery that the washer/dryer were discontinued and could not be shipped (no inventory). Then on the reorder, the wrong delivery address was entered...2+ weeks later, they are still trying to schedule delivery. Unacceptable. Loved best buy before this experience. Likely not to shop there ever again. Appliances OR ELECTRONICS. They have lost this long term loyal customer to bad customer service!
