Very cool experience. You watch them make it and its an interesting process with the nitrogen. The guys manning the counter were super friendly. I had the Biscoff Voyage and it was really good. The best way to describe it is that its somewhere between soft serve and hard ice cream. Definitely a good experience, will go back again when in Dearborn.

Super cool ambiance and experience for an ice cream place. Large selection to choose from. But you are charged by the weight of what you build ..do be careful or its a pretty pricey ice cream

A very cool concept for a custom ice cream treat! When we visited, there was only 1 flavor available but the staff made us aware when we arrived and apologized for the inconvenience. There was a good selection of mix-in items and toppings available and the employees made the visit fun for the kids. Recommend for a stop off youre in the area looking for dessert!

Very nice clean place to eat your ice cream, great customer service from young man even tho he was rocked with so much customers and he was working ALONE.Great place just very low staffed, felt bad for the young man running doing 4 different jobs at once with a long line of people.

The ambience is amazing, Great decor and great atmosphere. They provide an amazing presentation when making the ice cream. There is a selection of many flavours And specialties. At first I thought it was a bit pricey however when you taste the ice cream you will be able to tell by the quality, flavour, and how much effort was made into making that one cup of delicious ice cream. Highly recommend the Oreo and Ferrero Roche.

We went on a Saturday night; it was packed and so busy! But soooooo much credit to the guy who was working the mixers/liquid nitrogen. I didnt catch his name, but he was incredible. He kept the dozens of ice cream cups organized by customer, was very kind and upbeat, and never let the busy evening get him down. The ice cream is great, but its worth going back just for his service!

Milkster is very good, I would recommend to go there. Very clean and the best costumer service. The workers there are very sweet and thoughtful.

This place is everything! It has the best ice cream, they have a variety of delicious flavors, a perfect location and best of all, an amazing staff. They were so playful and sweet to my toddlers, they even had a full-on magic show for them, my kids absolutely loved it! They’re extremely clean, nothing like other ice cream shops we’ve been too. They all had their masks on and practiced safety measures to make everyone feel safe and comfortable. We’re very impressed! We can’t wait to go back!

My smores bowl turned out great. Mixed reviews from the kids on theirs, but they both said they would go again. The mixing process is also fun to watch.

Really good ice cream but it takes too long to make. If anyone is in front of you, be prepared for a really long wait. Id rather just go to Cold Stone Creamery. Its faster and cheaper.There was a slight aftertaste in mine i never could figure out. I did just sweet cream and Heath.Go once for the novelty of it at least. My wife already told me were going back to take our son.

We enjoyed the experience of watching the nitrogen being added. We tried 4 of their recipes and we each really liked what we got. It was $30 for our 4 small cups,but worth it!

Cool how the ice cream is frozen with the nitrogen but the one kid in there was making ice cream, washing the ice cream scoop and mixing bowl equipment with his hands with no soap and attending to the cash register with no gloves or mask on or washing his hands in btwn.

Absolutely terrible experience. Had cheap red solo cups as if I were at a frat party with the boys, the kids working behind the counter couldn’t be bothered to tell me which fillings were what, which they didn’t have any sort of menu to list off so I don’t know how he could be so pressed when I asked him what is what. They were out of most ice creams including vegan totally killing the reason for one of my friends going, but she ended up being lucky as the unholy mix that he basically forced us to get was like I was eating ice cream made of mop water. One of my friends got a syringe for an additional $1.25 (which was not listed anywhere until checkout) and somehow our other orders were charged for syringes even though we didn’t get? $17 for a cup of subpar ice cream, save some time and money and go to Dairy Queen or Shatila in DearbornUpdate, just noticed after I left my 1 star review 4 or 5 reviews were posted rating it 5 stars, which is fine and well but couldn’t help but notice that each account was brand new with only the one review on it, each one systematically pointing out what I described as bad, to be good. Business doesn’t care about customer service looks like they just care about their reviews and bringing you in that one time to run your pockets would steer clear from at all costs

Amazing twist on an ice cream shop! The shop is laid out so you personally add the ingredients and flavor of cream to your cup, then watch as they use liquid nitrogen to freeze it into ice cream. The ingredients tasted fresh, the process was awesome to watch, and the price very reasonable.

I was going to try, but when I opened the door, there were people at the counter not wearing masks, and neither was the customer at the counter. Beware!The employees were laughing and engaging with this customer who I can assume was a friend. This doesn’t exemplify “taking covid precautions seriously” to me. As an immune compromised person, I would rather go somewhere safe. :)

Also tried the new S’Mores mix with chocolate and vanilla base and Nutella. Topped with crushed graham crackers. Wow! Definitely new favorite combo until Sabina and team surprises us with a new mix. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, as soon I walked in they explained the whole process. The options were endless once I filled up my cup and gave them to mix it, it was a show and my son loved it. The ice cream was amazing. The shop has an extremely modern look. I will be returning.

Just stopped in today with both my boys and we loved it! From the step by step milkster process to the new dragon breath puffs!! The texture of the ice cream was so creamy, milky, and delicious.. like nothing I have tasted! They feature their own recipes for creating unique ice cream flavors or simply creating your own! The staff was so helpful and amazing, we loved it and will definitely be returning again!

I typically dont care much for ice cream, but I crave Milksters. Its SO GOOD. Ridiculously creamy and so fun to make. The store layout is a little confusing at first, but the staff are so friendly and theyll help you understand it. Its so worth it!

And five stars for knowing my name at my second visit 👏. 1 star because of the high price for the product 💰 upwards of $8 for a single serving. I dont buy $5 to $10 single person coffees or ice cream so for me, $8 is a weekly treat, maybe monthly, and that saddens me because Ice cream is my weakness. I love it! and I do love Milkster so Milkster will have to be on occasion. I have had Milkster coconut at a different location and eggnog at this location twice now and both were over the top delicious. I dont think this location makes coconut tho which is a disappointment to me. To Milkster: coupons or frequent purchase punch cards welcome!!

Nitrogen ice creams are the real ice cream. Adds so much flavor to it by removing small ice crystal s which adds up the flavor. One more important thing to remember in this shop its weigh and pay.

Incredibly friendly staff and excellent ice cream. I highly recommend you stop by to try it out!I picked out a mixture of cookie dough, chocolate chips, and Oreos to pair with a sweet cream base, but they have several recipes you can follow if you cant decide what you want.
