Last one left on the Detroit side after the Michigan Avenue location closed down. So if driving to Somerset Collection is not an option, go to Bellacinos on Ford Rd and eat some icecream at the Haagen Dazs counter. Theres a reason these are the best icecreams period. And while my favs are the Belgian Double Chocolate Chip and the Irish Cream Brownie are my two favorite flavors, you cant go wrong with any, or the dazzlers, shakes, frappes or vegan options!

The worst customer service. Always shouting at each others and at customers too.. specially the guy with the glasses, hes not respectful.

The ice cream is wonderful! I had pineapple & coconut, my husband got the Irish cream brownie shake and neither of us were disappointed. The one bummer was that I didnt realize I needed to have the cashier scan the app on my phone in order to start collecting points. If I had kept my receipt I could have entered the barcode on the receipt. It would have been nice if the cashier had mentioned it, but hey, theres always next time. But just so you know, if you download the app, have them scan it when you make your order OR keep your receipt to enter the barcode so that first purchase can be counted and you can earn your mini cone or cup.

Good ice cream, but the three sample policy is pretty tacky.

What happened??? Just walked in and there is a sign that says they are closed. Doesnt say if its permanent or what. Im sooooo sad right now.

Unfriendly staffs disappointed us. Wish others do not get the same treatment which we got.
