This isnt the first, second, or even third time this location has given me raw bacon. Every time I order I specifically ask for the bacon well done for this very reason & They always have to remake it. I Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is unacceptable & is a food safety hazard! & When you ask them to remake it they get an attitude knowing they wouldnt eat what they serve. I hope the health department sees this & does something about this because Im not the only one & they shouldnt even want to serve stuff like this to the public.

Idk where all these good reviews are coming from. I just got home from this Dunkin and went to take a sip of my drink when I realized it felt light. I opened it and they’d given it to me half full. I’ve gotten iced drinks from here before and it was fine but I guess they thought they didn’t have to fill up hot drinks all the way because you can’t see through the cup. Shameful

Really great location! Friendly staff that go out of their way. Had to come in and try the new Ghost Busters themed Slime from Baskin Robbins. Really good! If you get some on you, you get to yell, Ive been slimed! 😄 👻 Sorry for the half eaten ice cream pic, it was so good I dove right in! 😅 Thanks Hussain and Fatimah 💚 Oh and btw the new Dunkin Sunrise batch coffee is really good, Im pretty picky about coffee and this impressed me. This mocha frappe and very berry strawberry shake...Yummy for my tummy...And a must have...Please dont forget the bacon croissant...My grade for taste A+

If I could rate lower I would. I’m so disgusted that body shaming is something tolerated at this establishment. Firing an 18 year old because of a skin condition when she had to put up with countless rude comments about her body and weight is disgusting. Whoever is in management has no self respect or any respect for their employees. Do better. Simply disgusting

New Dunkin Donuts just opened up a few days ago, the donuts were fresh and tasted amazing and its also very modern and clean inside as well. Good customer service and the employees are very quick! This is by far the best Dunkin Donuts Ive been to well done 👏They also have a Baskin Robbins inside as well 😋

Hours displayed on the door says that they open at 5am. I was in the drive thru at about 6:15am and the employee forgot one of my items. I parked and tried to go inside but the door was locked and the drive thru line was too long

The coffee is good, I noticed since they don’t open early. It’s because they’re always short staffed and I feel kind of bad.

Super friendly location! They ran out of the flavour we wanted for our shakes, so they compensated us with some timbits while we waited for another flavour to be made. We really appreciated that.

I ask for roll ups and this is what they gave me, no only they burn it, its not made properly and they took forever in making it, very dissatisfied

The customer service was really good until I asked to speak to a manager about some thing because I wanted a cold drink not a hot drink and when I asked for a manager this girl came up to me and said that she was the manager and when I asked her if I could get my drink remade because it was an honest mistake she said no because she “knows what she heard “ and said that I said a cold drink when I asked for her name she gave me an obvious fake name so after that one of her coworkers came up to me and actually told me her name was amaya. Do better when you hire ppl.

Great place the manager or lady at counter was very nice and friendly. We drank coffee and had great breakfast sandwich. She even gave us a free donut. The rare place even open in morning to grab breakfast. 👍

The drive thru line is such a joke, expect to wait 20-30 minutes just to be able to order... and the employees won’t even apologize for making you wait so long every time.

This is my coffee spot, its in a good location for me and the coffee is what you expect from a dunkins. My only complaint is the hours are a little wonky, as they are not always open at 5

Nice workers, but I am new @ the whole ordering coffee so I asked if they can make me one that I might like acted like I was crazy for asking but they recommended a latte, it was just plain coffee, and no sugar, next time I will do my research before going thats for sure, they arent there to help a customer out.

Just stopped by, the food and drinks were amazing. All of the employees were wearing gloves and masks. It’s rare to find a restaurant and employees so clean and professional!

Drive-through is very bad takes me hours just to get coffee I think this my last time you’re not even busy and it takes an hour for the drive-through and all they keep saying is I’m sorry for the wait where the girls are outside playing and they don’t even open on time in the morning

Wonderful place really, many opportunities here for work too.. This isnt like your run down tim Hortons or super expensive Starbucks. This here I a thriving legend that will be noticed very soon. They have mobile app also to order from. Unlike other drive-thrus, this here will always make sure your order is right and that everything is to your standards. Honestly the workers are so nice il always come back. Thank you for everything ❤

The best customer service, best drinks, and fastest service of any Dunkin’ . You can order ice cream from the Baskin in the drive thru, it always tastes unreal. I would definitely come back again and again, they never let me down.

I have very high standards when it comes to Dunkin. I grew up in Boston and there is a Dunkin’ on every block practically. I have been disappointed in the quality and service of Dunkin in Michigan after going to multiple locations. This has by far been the best quality and service I’ve experienced, comparable to New England Dunkin. The dark roast iced coffee was strong and not watered down, and the employee made sure to double check that I wanted only one pump of caramel. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve specified this and they don’t listen and put 3 pumps. 5 stars for quality and service. Thank you.
