I avoid this place at all costs, but sometimes ya gotta bite the bullet for the sake of convenience, i just wanted a shirt after all.While this walmart is never stocked properly, i figured they had to have a pretty decent shirt at least, and I didnt actually think it could get any worse.But, it looks like someone was set to prove me wrong, because whats worse than things not being stocked? Being stocked with the wrong type of kind of item of course-- You need a car battery? Heres a few double as, thank you for your patronage! It kind of felt like that to me.I went in looking for an extra shirt, only to find the mens section overstocked with womens and childrens shirts. I had a hard time figuring out if a shirt was a womens large or a mens small. Some shirts werent plainly obvious they were a womans cut until you looked at the waist, or pondered if a medium can really be that small!If this was just folks second-guessing their choices and just dropping it off in the mens section, i think itd be a little less prevalent than this, this was racks of clothes, to the point i was looking around to make absolutely sure i wasnt in the ladies section. I wasnt, according to the mens sign hanging from the ceiling above me, and the ladies sign hanging in the distance.I have nothing against folks who really wanna wear shirts with plunging necklines or crop tops, but its really hard figuring out what sizes these shirts are going by!Needless to say, I left more angry than frustrated when i realized the open back crop top was a womens medium and not a mens.

Great customer service but people are in line for about hr to be served. They need more staff in the money dpt bc that woman is often left there by herself or with a new employee that cant move quickly like her. This regular woman employee is doing a fantastic job bc I had her twice this month, she is very knowledgeable, she knows whats up.Thank you

Purchased the seafood for a crab boil. Everything was so good.

Used money services at Walmart. The employee was very friendly and my transaction was ready before I got my wallet back in my purse!! We love Wal-Mart. Just about anything a person needs or wants can be found there! Now the store is getting ready for Christmas and the holiday spirit can be felt!

Worst customer service, was waiting to get help at the paint depat. No one there, talked to the associate and the calls 2 times for customer needs help by the paint dept and no one showed up for 20 minutes. Then talked to the manager and she said( the associate looking to get the keys to open the spray paint case)They thing the can lie on anytime they won’t

I went early in the morning. I find that it is the best time to go. The shelves were stocked and the store was clean. I have a slight disability which makes it difficult to walk. All of the carts were charged. I didnt have to look or wait. Best time to shop is before 12:00 or earlier.

I wish they stocked the store better. The shelves are literally empty most times.

Store was not clean, very disorganized. I generally go to different Walmart stores when traveling in various states and this was one of the worst Ive seen. Empty and half drunk bottles and even half eaten food scattered on the shelves, no carts in the store and told by an employee I needed to go get one from the parking lot for myself (same happened to a young lady with children when I was leaving and it was raining so I gave her my cart and carried my bags to my car). Would not recommend this store to anyone.

Im so disapointed in the Dearborn store, it was filthy, from the Ilses, to the nasty registers at self pay, there were no sanitizing spray or paper towel to wipe the carts off, there is never carts inside, you have to go outside to hunt down a cart, then use your own wipes to disinfect them, the self pay registers were nasty, once again I would have to use my own wipes to wipe them down. I have been in a lot of walmarts, but never seen one in the suburbs like this, the Walmarts in the suburbs are clean, you dont have to search for a cart, and they have sanititizer available, this store is a disgrace, the isle were a disaster, the employees are rude, the store manager of this store should feel ashamed that the store has become such a eyesore, and a filthy unsanitized disgrace. To my black sister and brothers, if you have to travel a ways to go to a decent clean store, please dont shop here.

Every time I need to go buy spray paint I have to wait 15-25 minutes for an employee to come unlock the glass cabinet. I ask between 3-5 employees in the meantime about them opening it and they either say they’ll call someone or that they don’t know where the person who can open it is, that they should be in the area somewhere. Why would I have to wait that long, it should be more convenient for the customer than having to ask multiple employees and waiting 20 mins. This happened MULTIPLE TIME until I started going to Home Depot, right next to the Walmart for my paint😒.

There were more carts sprawled across the lot than there were cars, or even people. It was definitely a sight to see. Was surprised to even see a random pallet jack in the lot too. Thats a new one for me.

I love this place...and easy freeway access.

They need to tidy up the front of the store where the clothes are on the tables. It looked a mess. The kids and baby section had the best folded clothes on the table.

Merchandise all over the floor! Shelves empty! Couldnt even find the item we were looking for even after an employee told us what aisle it was in. Saw a customer coming from the next aisle with it. On a positive note check out was quick

This Walmart is awesome everything is fully loaded everything was in place one closed out of order the lines wasnt long I mean the lines was open each register even walk ups and everything bathroom was clean I was able to get my scooter through every aisle I like this Walmart

Everyone who works here looks and acts depressed and dejected. If they were paid a decent wage theyd probably care more. The store layout is garbage. The attitudes are garbage. And the electronics department is an actual dump site.

Store is a mess, couldn’t find either of the things I had come to get. They shut down at least half the store at 7, but it sounded like they might be closing the whole store. I couldn’t tell because their announcement system sounds like a bag of marbles. The whole experience made me realize I don’t ever want to shop at Walmart again if I don’t have to.

Do most of our shopping at Walmart stores. They always have what we need. All of the stores stock the same items we need weekly in our Expediting van.

No cash registers open.... had to check out large order on my own. The lady making sure I didnt steal anything could have been on the register. Just saying!!!

Almost can fine 🙂 everything younger. I was looking for some jars of Dr. Sammit skin whitening cream , finally found it in a red and white box 📦 but it was empty. Then went to the bathroom 🚻 😒 🙄 left my cart outside 😑 the door came back in four minutes my car was gone without a trace . Watch out , people stealing.

This is not my usual go to Walmart, and there is no way I would ever let it be. The parking lot was full of carts when there were only 5 available in the store. No one was making sure that the few carts that were there was wiped down. There wasnt a greeter at the door. I needed assistance, so I had to hunt down someone to help me. I am disabled and looking for an Amigo. The shelves were bare in a lot of places and quite a few Great Value items that are available at the Warren and Sterling Heights stores were not sold at this particular store. Some of the shelves were empty while the additional items sat in boxes up on the top shelf ready to restock the lower shelves. There were several signs that did not correspond with the actual items on the shelves. Checking out was a hassle. The card reader was not working in the open check out station I used. We had to suspend the order and the cashier had to check me out at a different station. The was one pleasantry on this trip. The girl working behind the deli counter was pleasant and helpful.

I found 2 Halloween costumes for my boys at a reasonable price at the last minute

The Pharmacy is full of awesome people BUT the clothing n food section is always trashed. The store is always full of large families that take up so much room u cant even walk by. Some of the kids r running wild driving the disabled cart around store or just playing hide n seek. The food area has empty shelves everywhere. Hard to find everything u need. Always have to go somewhere else to get what I need.

Horrible customer service. Waited for over 20 minutes for spray paint just for a RUDE REPRESENTATIVE to tell me she wasnt going to get the key. Situation blew up and nothing was done about it. The manager Dustin did not handle the situation accordingly because she shouldve been reprimanded on the spot especially after Ibwas walking out and could still hear her running her mouth. This is why I will no longer shop here.

The employees are straight garbage that dont care about helping whatsoever and the ENTIRE time I was shopping those secret shoppers were following me around everywhere I went to the point i turned around and literally confronted them for harassing me during my visit and to become better at being secret shoppers cuz they were extremely obvious. Decent grocery selection. And the isles are usually fairly tidy. The lines are long. But they move pretty fast given the length. But I gave the four stars because the hours of operation constantly unexpectedly change. Since covid some days it’s 8pm and some days it’s 10 or 11. I don’t like that.

My experience there was a little scary as we notice the associates following us around the store looking as if though they were monitoring us to see whether or not we were going to steal in a merchandise. I felt just a bit uncomfortable there.

One of the worst Walmarts in tbe country in my opinion, they have a horrible staff. The store always seems so dirty and unkept, they can truly do so much better.

Filthy. Messy, screaming, running children, loudspeaker too noisy, stock spilling out of the shelves onto the floor..my service dog in training was nervous!! I was glad I also had my trained service dogs. I had two anxiety attacks. I do not recommend. They had no stock either

I tried to find size 5 solid tennis shoes black for my daughter for school. But it was frustrating that they dont have anymore in stock on shoes ile. They need to have more over night and order some more in Ive gone through frustration leaving 9 store looking for solid black tennis shoes for my daughter to school. And the shoes selves being empty. Nothing but bigger size shoes.

-2 stars. Went to look for a nasal cleansing system. The shelves in the pharmacy area were rifled through and ransacked. Pure pandemonium. Not sure if this was lack of care on part of the business, or cruddy shoplifters (probably a little bit of both spread on this poop sandwich). Security alarm triggered on every other person leaving; not entirely positive whether it was malfunctioning... or extremely accurate. Would not go here unless I have a hankering for role play as a survivor in a dystopian horror film. Again -3 stars.

Hate this place. Hate coming here. Always a mess. Always bad everything. As much as they try to do their best, its always at their worst. Never clean, always disorganized and not well kept. Only reason I came here was because my fiancé needed a work shirt urgently and the size was only here. Terrible assistance, they talk more then help at self checkout.

I always shop at this location and never have any issues; however, this first was a little different. The store was surprisingly, dirty and unorganized. The associates I encountered were rude (1 even told us he was on break & dont ask him anything because he wont get paid to answer it....smh!) I always believe in 2nd chances so, my family has decided to give them 1 MORE SHOT! We will ABSOLUTELY write an updated review once said visit has occurred. Until then..... YOUVE GOT TO DO BETTER WALMART ASSOCIATES!

While i understand it is a discount store i also understand the stresses of parenting, and i do not think that anyone can be a perfect parent all of the time but when i watched a 4 year old boy bite his mother until she bled and the dad yelled at the mother for not letting him have candy they hadnt paid for and frankly he clearly had not deserved i was disgusted, however the lady at the register did something i never expected especially in detroit the man acted as if he was going to beat her outside so when the man walked away she immediately asked if she needed help she said please so the cashier quickly came up with the excuse her computer froze walked over to the service desk and got them to call the police. She then went to her line and stalled until police came. Come to find out he had been holding her captive for almost 2 months and that womans quick thinking probably saved that womans life. I look for her everytime i shop now to tell her how amazing she is

Disgusting, unmaintained, no stock. Reminds me of the old saying bull in a china store but this case in a Walmart. After rummaging for what I needed thru the mounds approaching the registers, 30+ registers 3 opened with lines wrapping into the aisles.

I was able to find all I needed...and more, the problem was that there was only one cashier register and self checkouts open. The lines were ridiculously long. They did open one additional checkout.

This walmart never has anything in order or the products I need. It is very unorganized I only go here because its the most convenient for me. I honestly dont think thats even worth it anymore. Customer service is horrible 90% of the time.

The clerk was nasty .There werent any prices listed on the display for the TV. She told men to download the app.We standing right there together.with every price she had to scan, she act like she didnt want to be there or do her job. What happened to being thankful for having a job smh.

The pharmacy gets 5 stars, but the rest of the store Id give 2. Not organized, very small aisles, unprofessional staff. We got our vaccines done at the pharmacy and they were amazing! No problem there.

I am from Texas and even though this was an extra large Walmart it was the filthiest store I have ever been in and SO many items just tossed any where and everywhere. No excuses for this.

Its Walmart they externalize their costs. Their products are cheap and they dont pay their employees a living wage because they are subsidized by government programs here in the US and lack of labor laws in the countries where their products are produced.

What has happen to this store some aisles are so junky messed up water on the floor shelves empty had to wait for a buggy outside before entering while in line a woman customer had a disagreement with a store worker everyone started looking around its just ridiculous nasttiness inside then outside this store should be taken care of better l dont come here alot cause lm not in the area this store is a disgrace clean it up have meeting with the staff have few people to being in all buggies at night when store closes clean clean clean stock shelves have a manager at that customer service desk so anything that needs to be adressed is what myself and others witness today was total foolishness and ignorant mess👎👎👎

The prices on some of the items could be a little bit lower. It could be a little bit more cleaner and more register could be opened, when you are busy. You shouldnt have to wait for the last resort, to get other registers opened.

Its pretty much like every Walmart around, generally over populated and lines are extremely long.

I only give it 3 stars because I did not appreciate the 2 employees at the door asking everyone if they have been vaccinated or not. It’s not there business. If you want me to wear a mask, then ask me.

Walmart has always been my choice and Supermarket because they always have what I want and the price is good. Theyre starting to downsize their hand craft area, like yarn which does not please me. Start bringing more yarn in because you have better pricing and youre bringing more women in so they can buy their yarn as well as groceries there.

See I came in here for my covid vaccine today and they were truly professional. Also Im a giant wuss with needles so the doctor made sure to do it while I wasnt paying attention. Aside from that I dont shop here but I do get my medicines at this pharmacy. Who Ill gladly give 10/10 to.

3rd time going to this location. The shelves are so empty. Everything looks picked over. I seen a group of employees laughing and having fun in the hbc area. Didnt think much of it. When i came back after going thru kids clothing and the toy i went back to see if i could find Tylenol. They were still gathered. Hopefully i learned my lesson to not go to this location. Southgate is out of the way but i always find what i am going in for.
