The employees I encountered were friendly and helpful with a smile. They did not hesitate to go the extra mile to assist you. The store was clean and easy to navigate. The check-out service was so prompt and intuitive. I was even advised on how I could save a few pennies. All smiles with my experience shopping here.

Took my kids to this target today. Had them remove labels and tags from products. I read online that if you ripped it off cleanly it wasn’t shoplifting... however security still stopped me and treated me with disrespect. would not come again.

Both times I have been to this Target, there has been some kind of salesperson who bothers me while I am shopping and tries to get me to sign up for a new phone plan or something. I am aghast that a store like Target is fine with their shoppers being bothered like that and dont think I will ever be coming back to this location.

What a great shopping experience. From the moment I walked in to exiting. I was greeted and told to have a nice day. The cashier Nick was especially pleasant. I was only with him for a few minutes but in that time he was kind, thoughtful with my purchases and had a really great sense of humor. Better than average for a Target store.

When i was emailed that my order was ready, I sent my pick up person and our Daughter. When he went in they told hum they had no name or record of an order in my name! I coped the scan and order number for him. They didnt even check. I had to call guest services and inquire!! That when she says its ready. Smh i told her the same. She says well send him back in!

I love and live in Target but I NEVER shopThe Dearborn store so I was in the area and needed to pick up a few things no checkout lines were open only self checkout which was fine. What was not fine is who they had running self check out...Angel. Angel did not speak when I asked for assistance even when I said Thank you there was absolutely no response just plain rude! If you work in a place like Target attitude is everything guess I won’t be shopping here yet again! It cost nothing to speak or respond...Angel may be in the wrong line of work.

Hi. I shopped at Target Store on Ford Road in Dearborn on Tuesday, Spet. 1, 2020 and was I surprised. It looked like the store got smaller, but it was that merchandise was set out in spots that used to be empty. A lot of items were in different area and if I had been interested in exploring I would have found items to purchase, but i was not. I got what I came for and left. Store was too stuffed for my teste.

Reba and Sandra were awesome. Reba helped me find exactly what candy i was looking (my daughter is so happy) and sandra was a great cashier! I think she may had been there while technically on vacation.

The Target in Dearborn, Michigan is one of my family and I’s favorite store to shop in. My family and I love this place so much. The prices are very good. From clothes to cleaning supplies to food, we always find what we need. All of the staff are so kind and genuinely helpful. I recommend anyone to shop at this amazing place.

I love this target, they always have what I need. The only issue is that their bathrooms are always so filthy. I’ve never seen a more nasty bathroom honestly.

Very convenient but they need to put the parking spots for pick-up next to the store because they were both occupied by parked cars. Also, please make it clearer if I have to go in the store or not. How am I suppose to contact the store and let them know I was there?

A very clean and organized location, guest service is better than most locations; however this location is usually busy,very diverse customer base, recently installed self checkouts: this is a pro because they had a lot of wasted space with hardly ever used registers and usually long checkout lines, but self checkouts are not cash friendly you have to deal with a team member to pay with cash.

Store associate helped me find a pair of jeans quickly that I needed for a concert. Although area was a bit messy, she found the perfect pair while re-folding and tidying up area. We were vising from out of town.

I had a good 1st experience with the new drive-up pick-up service. My order was brought out to me in less than five minutes. Will definitely use again!

It’s in a convenient location. Has everything I usually need, very consistent. It’s organized and kept clean. They finally put in a self check! Only downside is you have to hand the cash to an employee, which kind of slows it down. You can pay with a card to avoid waiting for an employee to handle the transaction.

Fast friendly service

I normally dont write reviews but an associate here really went above and beyond to help me. I was looking to buy a new pair of dress pants recently and the Target was nearly closed. She helped me look for the right size and I was able to find everything very quickly. (Unfortunately Im not a size 30 anymore...But thats not her fault!)

First off the store was a complete mess items where not placed properly on shelves. They had staff stocking shelves in narrow isles and made it impossible to go down. I got all my items and when I went to cash out they had zero cashiers and you had to use self checkout. Upon scanning my items I was told by the lady who was supervising the process that one of my items she was sure had been discontinued as she had issues with it on Saturday (this was a Monday). She then took the item and spoke with a manager which took almost 10 minutes to decide what to do. I bought a video game and needed to get to take it out of the security box. She asked to see my receipt to which I showed her. She then said I didn’t pay for the item which I knew I had and said I was trying to shoplift. As she went to report it to her store manager I found the item was the first thing in the receipt. Clearly she didn’t take the care to make sure that her accusations were true before accusing me of a crime. Won’t ever be going back to that location again not sure if I’ll go back to any target again!

Great place! It is big, clean, and organized. Their prices are reasonable.They have a good quality of skin, hair and nail care. The staff are courteous and friendly.

I found the items I was looking for. not some others, though.This location is good in general. However, it does not have fresh produce, compared to many other Target stores. I suppose maybe they dont have the space to allow for it. Thats too bad.Target should also have a financial services desk (e.g., money orders, bill payments)Their magazine/book section should also have graphic novels from Marvel and DC.

Worst Customer Service I have ever seen.Paid penalty of more than 60$ because of the wrong information provided by the customer service.Even when i asked about closing my account and ready to pay the full amount, they mentioned 46$ instead of 51.41$ and for that 5$ they made me paid 35$ late fee which I was not even aware at the time of payment.

This is literally the worst target I have ever been to. I’ve been twice now and each time I have had to make a second trip to a further one to get what I need. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Art Van stores are not accepting purchases using the Art Van credit thru Synchrony Bank. Not a bank decision but an Art Van decision. 30% of the delivery drivers called off work. No guarantee on your purchased merchandise. Advised by store manager to pick up yourself. Chaos.

The pickup was easy, but the item I picked up was the size of a credit card. They put it in a HUGE THICK plastic bag, which I think is just one of Targets normal plastic bags, with handles. I was so horrified. I asked them to take it out and reuse the bag. They took it out, and hopefully did reuse the bag. This really matters to me. We are wallowing in plastic, and although its nice to have a pretty bag, I dont NEED it, and it is an incredible waste of plastic. Please reconsider how you bag items!! NO MORE PLASTIC, and if you HAVE to use plastic bags, please use small and lightweight ones!!That was the most memorable portion of my pickup order!!

Today must have been a off day.... I love Target.... But Ive never seen this store in soo much disarray... Walking in the door the carpet was filthy... Items werent neat when you first came into the store.... Restrooms needed attention... The shoe area looked like a bomb went off ... Especially in youth shoes... I was overwhelmed.... And irritated with the lack of order... Im expecting my next visit to be much better... Ive never seen this store this bad

Target has Everything!

Great store prices a little you know of a class for me but they have very good quality products and Target home products I love their furniture section seasonal, purses and handbags soft lines my children love their popcorn. The team members are always helpful as well as guest services.

Ive actually never called a corporate office about any store Ive ever shopped at except this one. I literally felt as if I entered a Family Dollar store. If you have ever shopped at a Target in either Ann Arbor or Canton.. the extreme disparities in the quality of goods sold to this particular customer demographic is obvious. I think the items sold at this Target are either from a few years back or from some old bargain basement.

This store needs to close down. Lunch time is always packed and lines move slow. If youre on your lunch break trying to pick up a few things, you can forget about it. Ive often left my items on a vacant register due to time constraints.Their price match policy is different at this store than other locations. I tried to price match but Customer Service said that they limit the match to only one item! Just today, I had 3 of the identical items and they wouldnt apply the discounted price to the others. I looked online for their official policy and it stated We reserve the right to limit quantities of price matches per identical item per guest for local and/or online competitor matches. however, no defined limit. This location has determined its limit is one. I was only saving $5 per item, its not like I was scamming the company for hundreds of dollars off a HDTV.This place is dirty, unorganized and not worth my time. Ill take my business to another store. Go a few miles up Southfield Freeway to the Allen Park location, MUCH nicer location!

I usually dont have a problem at this store. But lately, its been too pricey (come on, Forman mills and w almart is across the street, u have competition) the workers are looking more messy and nasty (picture a 300 pound woman in a tank top ringing u up and dang near cussing you out) and other workers are trying to use their discounts as a scam opportunity (she was on the phone, while on the clock, and I heard it all).

I come to this Target because its close to my house, but I do feel like it could be a bit more organized and the checkout staff can be more friendly. The gift card area is ALWAYS a mess and when checking out some of the staff tend to hold their own conversations with each other instead of interacting with the customers. Gossiping about other staff or their personal business.
