Staff is really nice but Extremely understaffed. I ordered a tea with honey. After waiting 30 mins I asked for the tea packets and made my own tea at home.

Improved variety of drinks. Didnt have any fruit for the refresher or peach green tea but i assume this is a popular item. Great ambiance in this area.

Check your drinks before you leave I usually leave a good review but Im fed up. I order a venti but always get a grande in the venti cup it seems. I get no whip no foam but yet my cup is always 3/4 from full. These are 2 different days. I pay almost 7 bucks for my drink can you please fill the dam thing.

Worst Starbucks ever. My kids used to go study there after school, but never again. They came home talking about moon cycles and this and that about how the earth revolves around the sun, and let me tell ya, I was FIRED UP. I need some advice on how to reason with my son. How do I tell my son that the EARTH is flat, and nothing is flatter than the cookies I get from this location?

This was my second time visiting and honestly the last time. The wait is extremely long and definitely not worth it. I waited 35 minutes for my drink, very frustrating.

This Starbucks used to be the best when it was in the plaza but ever since they moved to their new building it is terrible. One time I went and waited in the 45 minute drive thru line and when I got to the front, the cashier and barista were just talking, on their phones, with their masks down. Customer service is nonexistent. There should be NO reason a drive thru line takes 1 hour+. Even when you wait in this long, the drinks are not made good. I ordered on the app and waited a good 25 minutes before going inside the store because I knew they were so slow on fulfilling orders. When I went inside, I waited another 25 minutes for a barista to even look at me. They don’t understand ppl come here in between work or in a rush and completely disregard customers time. This Starbucks is only 2 minutes away from my house, but I will now travel to the Michigan Ave or Livonia Starbucks. I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes, but at least receive decent customer service and even quicker service. They have major improvements to do because everyone I have talked to said they avoid going to this Starbucks for these very reasons.

The workers are slow and don’t make the drinks correctly! My venti Frappuccino should not be white in color. While I was waiting on my order someone came back in advising that there was no coffee in their coffee, that it was just milk Smh they are not adding the correct amount of ingredients and the Manager needs to be held accountable. I will be contacting Corporate, I need my Starbucks for work and this location is not following correct protocol

This is my favorite Starbucks location. Baristas are super friendly, Im here so often the baristas remember my order 😳 my drinks are always made with love. Drive thru usually moves pretty quickly even if the line is long.

Almost had 10 accidents because of their drive thru which is right at the crossroads of Ford Rd and Beach Daly. Whether its the franchisee or the city someone is going to get the blame.

Decent enough Starbucks but I have to dock major points for how impossible it is to get in and out of here due to how tiny of a lot this is and how much drive thru traffic this Sbux gets

Absolutely my favorite Starbucks location ever! They consistently have my favorite drink- nitro cold brew with cold foam- while not all locations have a nitro machine working or at all. The employees are so kind here! Once I saw an employee JUMP OUT THE WINDOW of the drive thru because the customer dropped their cash as they were paying for their drinks. That is such dedication! Would recommend this location to everyone, I insist!!

The cashiers were too busy talking to one another and to other patrons. Didnt call out my order as soon as it dropped. My whipped cream had melted into my drink by time I got it.

Messed up the order. I ordered coffee with caramel and took off to realize that I got plain black coffee. It was bad experience

I’ve tried to give this Starbucks the benefit of the doubt but not anymore. The staff is rude, I truly believe they need to close the store and have seminar and relearn how to make coffee. EVERY time I get an iced coffee with light cream, it’s always cream with light coffee. They’re always out of things. Once I Ordered a drink and they said they’re all out so I picked three more things and they were all out of those too. I was really looking forward to this location since it’s seconds away from my house. I won’t be back.

First off this was my first and last time going here. I was in the drive thru line for over 10 mins. I was following other cars and there was no sign posted. When it became my turn to merge in line an employee came out yelling at me to get out of line and go to the end. I have never seen anything like that. Other cars were moving and merging to 1 line in front of me and somehow now I was not allowed too.

My wife and I love this Starbucks. We purposely will pass other locations to drive to this one. Everyone here is always so pleasant, their staff is outstanding and very friendly. This is hands down the best Starbucks weve ever been too.

Placed a mobile order that was estimated for 7-9 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes from the time of order and still had to wait another 20 minutes for my drink. The entire store was filled with people waiting for their orders. Ive been a loyal Starbucks customer for 11 years and never experienced this.

A Smaller Starbucks but the staff is amazing! Ambience is nice, small seating area. Staff is always quick warning my croissant and their green tea frap is always delicious. Not to much matcha, just right.

Service is slow, drinks are made subpar, no friendly faces or friendly customer service and there’s technical issues almost each time I visit. Will never come again.

I had went to three different Starbucks and no one had the nitro cold brew and I had a coupon for a free one , she went above and beyond to satisfy my pumpkin iced coffee craving ! Order coffee with cream and pumpkin sauce. Took off only to realize I had just a plain black coffee with no time to go back which really irritated me becuase I used my stars on this coffee.

The place is in Target. It sometimes had better coffee options that the one across the street. I like this location because it helps make for one stop shopping on many occasions. The staff are what we are accustomed to which is to say very good.

Their caramel macchiato was okay but I’ve tasted better. But one of the baristas was rude. When I stood at the register to place my order, the barista was on her phone and didn’t even pay attention to me when I was in her face and then later she looks up and says “how may i help u” in the driest way possible like I’m forcing her to do her job or something.I only rated it 2 stars because the place was actually nice.

The americano was so light that it looked like a cup of coffee using 1/4 of the ground beans. I really would like to have this location put more care as I have worked at Starbucks before and cannot understand how an americano with an extra shot could be so light. I personally had a bad experience every time I have went to this location and cannot speak for others. This is my personal opinion based on the multiple attempts in Hopes that it was just bad luck but cannot keep spending money on such poor quality when I can choose another location that does not disappoint me so much.

I came here not too long ago where I was a bit disappointed with how my drinks get made. Every time I come here I notice that my drink gets prepared a bit sloppy which I know the employees can do better as the Starbucks on Central Parkway always have top quality shakes/drinks etc. because for the price I pay for my drinks, its expected to be perfect.

The guy at the front cashing me out on 5/10 was rude. Normally everyone is nice. He said rudely we are out of banana nut bread what else do you need and rudely stated go down and get your coffee. Glad they sent this rating on my phone or I wouldve just not returned

Ive given this Starbucks so many attempts. My orders are always subpar at best. For what Starbucks charges I expect my order to be right and tight...PERIOD...and honestly just do not care if they are busy or not. They are always out of something or do not know how to make something. Other customers are always rude or seem upset about their order....or something is wrong.Even when I remind them of a request...just seems to never happen...I only come to this location because there isnt much other choice...There you have it.

My husband and I love this Starbucks, everyone is so nice here. We are always greeted with such great customer service from Mac, Lauren, Dan, Brianna, Moe, Lina, Rana, Amy, Ariel, and Alaweya. Just to name a few. Thank you for your excellent service!

This place is my second favorite Starbucks! Whenever Im in the mood for a cranberry bliss bar or a snowman cake pop this is where I come. The employees are super friendly and attractive so if youre in the mood for a good drink and something nice to look at this is the place!

This Starbucks is nice enough, but the employees are not friendly. You should have seen the cashiers disgusted look when I asked about tipping on my card (Id already run it and was waiting to sign) and she realized I had no cash for a tip.

Service was slow. Demeanor of staff was not happy. Nobody took my name for my order. Calling out of orders was being mumbled and not clear. 20 minutes to get a coffee headed into rush hour not how I wanted to start my day.

Always fast and friendly. I never have a problem with this place and there are a few baristas who seem friendlier than I will ever be in my life. There is only one dude who seems like he hates his life but I never see him anymore...lightish/curly hair maybe? I dont know but the few guys I see in there now are extremely nice so maybe the rude guy got fired.My drink is always perfect and they dont seem to get annoyed that I come in there multiple times a day (haha).

I was in there today 25 of nov around 130 a women took my order with brown hair... my girlfriend got a snowbliss cofee i sad i have it to unless you have pepsi..she said i do...i said i take a pepsi....i got a snowbliss and said what is this!!! She said Thats what i orderd...i said no i changed my mind when i ask if i you had pepsi and u said yes i can get a pepsi..my girl was there as a witness!!! She said if u want pepsi instead i can insist you on a another order!!!! I said thats what i did order when u said we have pepsi..i donot need another order....so she was wrong!! Will not amit to it when i have a whitness to my order and i just threw it away....spent like 21 dollars there u think i get a small pepsi for being a unhappy customer but no ...she thinks she is never wrong ..well she is ...women working at 130 on nov 25th with brown hair...very bad customer service with a phoney smile ..more of a ha ha smile...really!!!!! when u know i wanted pepsi with a sandwich. She even thought twice as it was givin to me for she knew i did not want it hoping i take it....well i did in the garbage it went ..not paying for a pepsi after i paid for that like 8.50 drink i did not want..really....give the custormer his cheap fountain pop and say im sorry for a misunderstanding......amit to your mistakes insead of lying !!! Two people heard. I wanted pepsi to you one!!!!
