First off, everything they sell is cheap. which is acceptable where they are located.what the real issue is, is that they are in the Oregon and close at 10. I can’t count how many times I’ve wanted too walk in that store, even at a decent time around 11 and they are closed.So many people are out there trying to buy stuff because they’ve been drinking and want to have a good time. They’ve kicked out at least a dozen people at 10, because they wanted to close. How the heck are you going to be located there and close at 10. You hurt yourselves and I hate this store because of that. Do not go her and do to total x in west Dayton on Dixie.

Me and my wife were walking to the store.It’s are first time there.As soon as we walked inOlder guy works there said no browsing more then 15 minutes.Me and my wife said we are not browsing we going to look for something we going to buy.The older guy works there repeat himself saying no browsing more then 15 minutestWe felt we not welcome there and can’t take are time deciding what we going to buy.Don’t go there not worth your money and time.Horrible customer service 👎

After my experience i would give -stars Im a local stopped in for a gag gift for a friends bachelor party. the short older man interrogated me which was off putting, I did show up at the store 15 till close so I get that, but was (progressively) rushed IN A NEGATIVE WAY..... I hope the owner reads this, by the way, the man that I had this experience with TOLD ME HE NEEDED TO CLOSE BECAUSE IT WAS 7MIN. TILL, AND HE HAD TO CLEAN THE STORE ALSO HE COMPLAINED ABOUT HIS JOB, NOT COURTIOUS at all... I wont go out of my way to extend this comment but for now il certainly bring it up if asked...................

The guy who runs the place is rude. Do yourself a favor and drive to Troy and go to Adam and Eve. Even adultmart is better than this place.

One thing people must remember about any special shops like this one is that there a laws that state, shops can not take back or accept returns on products. So do not blame the store for following the laws. Also, remember shoplifting in the area is a concern for businesses. Just be patient with the business owner, they are only trying to make sure they do not lose money.

We walked in, and the awful man who was smoking out front followed us in and immediately started croaking about a 15-minute time limit for browsing, so we walked right back out, and bought something at Spencers instead.

If you know the product that will not break easily then this is the right store for you they do sell some things that break too easy but its only cheap for on-the-go or one night thing basically but they have really good stuff and theyre very nice people

Got a vibrator from there same day tried to use it and it wont work. Called them and they told me to contact the manufacturer. I would understand if I had it for a week but the same day just threw my money in the toilet. Not good customer service

A nightmare please do not go to the store they accuse you of shoplifting Im a tourist they run the camera now chicken to say because her seat flips and thats what she was doing putting her seat back but I took him that long to come outside and apologize to her no but she was fixing to sit there saying that we will work in Partners on that I was what would they call that distracting her so she could shoplift please do not go to the store especially in pairs you will be accused of shoplifting
