I came into the store after not buying any new products for over a year. I was going to go to Hustler, because that’s the last store I’ve been to, but this store was closer and gas is a million dollars so why not try it out?I stood in front of what I was going to purchase for over 20 mins, reading boxes to make the best selection. The sales associate asked if I had any questions and I let her know that once I made my initial choice, I’d have questions about related products.Once I made my choice, I did ask for assistance. The sales rep talked me out of the “dong” I was going to purchase (The D, Doc Johnson $54) and talked me into the one I ended up buying (Cosmos, Explorotica $40). She talked up a “spine” and blah blah blah. In hindsight, I’m wondering if they get commission or something for selling this Explorotica brand. 🥴I hated the purchase. Yes, it does have a “spine”, but it does NOT stay in place how she stated it would. It’s rather pointless. I was LIVID! I didn’t even use it, I just took it out the box to check the features and put it right back! I hate going to a store multiple times and I hate doing returns. Guess what?! No returns, no exchanges…which, I knew that. But, if the sales rep talked me into something else that turned out to be trash…then what?!?! I went in the next day to purchase the one I originally looked at and expressed my frustrations with the first purchase. Do you think I was given an option to return? A discount offer? An APOLOGY? Nope. Nothing.In conclusion, I don’t buy products too often so I’m sure my money won’t be missed. But, as far as customer service goes, it’s a ‘no’ for me. I won’t be back and I won’t recommend anyone to go. Who has money to just throw down the drain? Not I.

Decent adult store. The varieties of what u want may not be in abundance. They seem to specialize in quickie items you may have an afterthought about. Enjoyed how the manager was dressed. Dressed in an outfit appropriate for the store and sexy enough to keep you focused on why youre in this place in the first place.

Definitely 5 stars! Went in here with my boyfriend to do some browsing. Had some items in mind to look at/purchase. The staff was super helpful. Willing to give you great advice and very informative. Kerry was superb! Not pushy at all. Great salesmanship. We had a blast. Ended up buying much more than we were expecting, however very pleased with our purchases and experience. Will be back soon. Also the store is very clean and makes you feel comfortable in every aspect. Keep up the good work ladies!!

Used to be much better when it was Total X. Arcade was great but Adultmart has removed the Arcade. Its in the midst of being remodeled but its going to be just like all of the other bland adult box stores. Good luck...

They are discriminating against people that cannot wear masks for medical reasons. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act discrimination for medical issues is illegal but they say that because they are a private business they can do what they want.

Stopped in (Total X Superstore) on a recent business trip. Was a little hesitant at first, but went inside anyway. Turned out to be a very nice store, kept very clean and really nice setup. So went out and got my wife to come in and she couldnt believe how nice it was. Was greeted by Samantha who was very helpful with getting my wife to feel at ease and able to help us with what we were looking for. I would recommend this establishment to all couples, because it was very much a couple friendly place. And thanks again Samantha you are the best.

Visitwd with my girlfriend on a Saturday.Clean store with a wide selection, the outside does not do it justice.The staff is helpful though they do shadow you like cheese on Marconi. That being said it is near the shady side of Dayton.All in all its a sold 5/5, Ill be back.

This place sucks. You cant shop comfortably. Staff think just because you walk in the door youre stealing. They watch you constantly asking if they can help you find something. I came to look with my husband. We ended going to the sex place next to the living room. Thankfully they dont think youre in there to steal everything. Ill never come back here or recommend it.

Roof Leaks all over. The Staff is kind of Harassing Peeping around corners, over the display racks always thinking someone is a thief even though they have seen you in there spending lots of money on toys.. Worst thing of all if your a Man the other Men that come for the video arcade rooms will harass you trying to get a date with you. The ladies seem pretty safe in there my wife never gets bothered while were there.

I walked in and was very excited about how clean the store was however the sales associates thought it was appropriate to discuss their sexual encounters very loudly and very provocatively as they stared at me the entire time I browsed. I asked a few questions about the products and they gave me very short answers as if they were offended I was interrupting their disgusting conversation, about the taste of one of her partners semen. I came in here prepared to purchase a pricey item however felt so uncomfortable I left without purchasing anything.

Went in place is clean except the Adult video Entertainment area, totally discussting.. And the extremely pushy staff will come up as soon as you step inside ask can i help you find something.. well pretty simple question an i answer no browsing rght now. i then said if i needed any help i would let them know.. For the next 12 or so minutes as i tried to look the staff lady stayed on me like glue making suggestions and what toys she likes... That is the worst way to get me to spend money or anything... not being seen

Ceiling is leaking. The employees don’t know when to stop being intrusive. Followed my girlfriend and I all over and kept interrupting our conversation to make some silly comment we clearly were not interested in. The mark up on stuff is outrageous and the size selection for the lingerie is a joke. Terrible experience.
