The cashier was really nice. I went in for Halloween stuff and they had a little bit but most wasnt my style. Overall, good but a some items were a bit overpriced in my opinion. I did buy some lights for my porch though, for $12, and it was 23ft so not too bad for the length.

Not crowded yesterday at 3pm.Didnt need anything but managed to spent a $100! LOLGreat Halloween decor......go get ya some.

The store is clean, well-stocked, & visually appealing! Literally making me want to purchase so many more items than I should! The associates were attentive to my presence & very helpful when needed! I will definitely return!!

It was pretty much what youd expect. A lot of items didnt have price tags on them, which can get annoying. Floors and shelves could have been cleaner. Ive been in much nicer stores, but also worse ones. This one is about average, I guess.

My mother ordered a chair online that was on sale and added a promotional one time only code to get more off. I went to this location just to find out they broke the chair and didnt have any more. Then they called another location that had one one available period so I asked if I could just use the code on my phone. The lady told me that they had to cancel the order because we bought the chair from their store. I ask the staff member if theyre going to honor the same price she said theyre still ringing up for $189. I said what about the one time promotional code that I used online. She said its up to that store manager to honor that promotional code which I do not have anymore. Then as I was trying to explain to the lady what the promotional code was for she went ahead and told me and I quote, I already canceled your order there is nothing I can do! Trust me she was very rude. and thats why I do not deal with the big lots in the airway shopping center in Riverside Ohio. Very disappointed that they would treat customers like this!

Blanche was very nice and sincere cashier. You could tell she really enjoyed her job. She found my rewards membership and added my phone number on there for me. Then we discussed the markdowns they had and the beautiful outdoor furniture. She really connects with the customers and makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. Thank you Blanche.

Furniture and prices are awesome

My experience there this time was a bit rough. Lady at register was no help and acted as though she had no patients. My online account was messing with my regular card account at store I had to reregister my card and everything. There online service sucks as well.

Big Lots is good to get the small stuff and sometimes cute cheaper decorations for any season. I love browsing the store.

I gave this store 2 stars because I do like shopping here and I have not had a bad experience until today.I go to the registers to check out and I tell the lady that I want to put this on my big lots credit card. I said I don’t have my card though. She said you don’t have to have it which I knew.She starts to look up my information for apparently the big lots rewards not the credit card. I did not know what she was doing but I do not have the rewards. Just the credit card. She tried every way to find my information but could not. I kept saying it is for my big lots credit card. I probably told the cashier Faye who has been there for 17 years 5 times it was from my credit card.She finally said oh you want to use your credit card? I said that’s what I have been saying the whole time. She said the credit card and the rewards are different. No kidding??!She tried to look up my credit card but was unsuccessful and called a supervisor? The supervisor got it and we left very unhappy. I think I stood there for 20 minutes.This experience was horrible and it will make me re think before I shop here again.

The store was clean and organized. There furniture section is a bit crammed but they do have good options. I bought a Lane Darhma couch which will be delivered.Staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend this Bug Lot location.

Purchased furniture that I was told was there and now is not there. Havent received any updates and when I called to check for and update they were very rude. I would definitely not shop there or waste your time.

Good selection of home and seasonal decor. They have a really good selection around Christmas time. They have really good pricing on storage totes, cheapest I have found in the area (and they are name brand too). I like to walk around the aisles and find unique things that I dont see at other stores.

I use to work here so some of the people are genuinely nice and are willing to help you. By far the nicest and well kept store and the manager makes sure of it. The bathrooms are another story😂

The store is generally clean and well stocked. Easy in and out trip. Reasonable market prices. They have food items, kids toy section, a myriad of household goods,furniture and seasonal items. Great customer service.

Make sure you have sufficient time to enjoy/ have a treasure hunt with the unusual groceries from around the world! Also understand you may never see the item again, so if you think you might like the item from pink Himalayan salt to fig preserves to various Matcha teas you might want to buy more than one. The exotic grocery items may be pricy, but the rest of the items from bed linens to coffee makers are a deal! More savings are available with a Big Lots discount card - well worth the time spent preparing the paperwork.
