Very impressed with customer service and the cleanliness of this store. I had a simple exchange and a bag of oranges to complain about and return. I was in and out with my refund and exchange under 30 minutes. Staff looked you in the eye, spoke kindly, were fast and efficient in both customer service and check out. Shopping carts were available and the parking lot was clean. Impressed.

Produce was very good but there were boxes everywhere. Its like they had just finished restocking every shelf and left the empty boxes out. It was kind of unusual.

DO NOT DO PICKUP ORDERING!!!! Very Bad experience. I know there are employee shortage because of covid but even pickup instructions does not specify proper pickup arrea. Not to mention inside employee after employee wondering around like they are lost. Only person willing to help was self checkout cashier. With three customer service people wanting me to stand by lockers with no one to show up.....

There is items all over in the wrong places and even the wrong departments. Come Om Guys and Girls I like doing good feed backs on stores. There is plenty of room in this Walmart. This store is the worst Walmart I have ever been too. The whole store was a hott mess. Merchandise thrown everywhere. Trash and food all over the floors. Carts full of all kinds of merchandise just setting in the middle of isles. I seen at least 5 associates in different departments just standing around. There were more than one associate walking around with their pants almost to their knees. Half of the associates werent even wearing masks.

Great selection, huge inventory, polite and helpful daytime staff. However, they NEVER close at 11:00 pm. Its always 9, or 7, or 8, and the night staff is belligerent about it! Shape up people, and Wally World, weed your garden.

The remodeling is taking some getting used to. Its both A gift and a pain in the rear.If youre in a rush this isnt the best time to come to this store. I hope they bring in more associates. Even if its just to tell people where they need to go. Whew!! Come prepared to be patient and kind. The staff was great, too. Super helpful. 👌

I found some great deals on clearance items.Grocery side was well stocked.I had to self checkout though.Bengals territory.I saw this car in the parking lot.

Worst walmart Ive ever been too. Product and stuff everywhere. Food on the floor in the produce and food aisles. 0 product properly stacked on shelves. Associates walking around with their pants sagging no masks or incorrectly wearing it. Also walking around on there phones texting pulling lifts and jacks. Awful place to shop.

This location was an absolute disaster in the clothing and shoes area. Piles of clothes, shoes and very clearly ripped open bags of underwear and socks. There was little to no shoes, and none of the employees were concerned. I dont know who their loss prevention team is, but someone needs to look at the cameras and train the employees more. It looked like a riot happened. I only took two pictures but that wasnt even the worst of it.

Glenn in electronics was exceptional. I was also helped by a lady at customer service regarding a bra I had to return because it didnt fit, but I sadly dont remember her name. They were both super kind and thoughtful while shopping today.

Walmart has the best selection amongst all of the superstores within my vicinity. The staff is welcoming every time I enter the store and Im greeted by nearly every staff member I cross paths with while shopping. I am definitely a Walmart customer for life.

It was fine until a woman I went to school with, we didnt get along back then. But were grown up now. And she not only wouldnt return my bd gifts or exchange for something different and made me and about 13 people waiting at customer service for over 45 minutes because I asked for a manager and she said she was the store manager and she wouldnt get anyone not even herself to help. And she wasnt the store Mgr. She was a department manager.

Ive always wanted this Walmart to succeed, but every visit seems worse. Its usually covered in trash outside and merchandise is usually scattered on the floor or piled high in carts. Every time Ive asked an employee for help they usually do a great job in helping and are very friendly, its just the facility thats disappointing. Hopefully the new remodel will improve the store overall.

The staff here are amazing!Stocked shelves and plenty of stockers. They only have 1 aisle with an actual check out person though,ball other aisles r self check out

This Wal-Mart at York Commons Rd. Is Nasty. Items are not in the right areas, they are all over. Double check your expiration dates in Food Side.

Hard to find product in store because of remodeling they are doing to the store , but they had what I needed !

This place is a disaster! Rearranging the store being done while the store is open. Employees are rude, if you can even get them to acknowledge you. Doing business this way is totally pathetic, Walmart is rapidly approaching the gutter in lack of caring about customers. Trying to check out of the store I had two different cashiers close the line before I was checked out. Unacceptable!!

This is a good store to shop Im here on a regular basis i really love this store and the workers.

Did a pickup order, the pick up signs were all covered so went inside, waited 15 mins for a associate to tell us to pull around by the pharmacy pickup. They should put up signs to direct people to the correct area.

Very nice and love the outdoor animals. They charge 2.50 per person or 10.00 per family now; but its worth it.

They keep this Walmart pretty cleaning stocked well, sometimes parking can be difficult to find for handicapped spaces but overall one of the better stores in the area

This Walmart usually has EXCEPTIONAL ratings from me. I make the 30 min drive to come to this specific Walmart. But today...I dont know if the employees in photo were all new or just having a collectively bad day. It took me THREE trips back and forth to pick up 6 pictures ordered for same day pick up. The only competent employee in the department this evening was the elderly lady who assisted me on my third and final trip while another employee stood by eating candy with a line of customers behind me. She located my photos, rang them up, LEARNED how to cash out with a gift card, all while this being her FIRST day in electronics. Shes normally a greeter. On another note, my trip to the bank was very quick and efficient. Everything was handled with the same professionalism and politeness that Ive come to expect when I come here. I debated about my rating, and like I said, I would normally give this store 5+ stars, but today I have to lower my rating. This still remains my favorite location, however.

Came for knockoff Crocs and they were completely out. Bought other shoes but had to buy a full size up but $10 comfy cute shoes cant be beat. Convenient, but, ya know...its wally world and the location leaves them constantly out of stock.

Theyre in the middle of resetting departments so dont rely too heavily on the aisle/department signs because theyre not correct! I spent more time walking around looking for items than I actually did paying for what I did buy!

I enjoy shopping there for a variety of things I need or want.

Doing a remodel that has took a great deal of time and its very hard to manuver and find what you desire. Definitely should leave stores friendly enough for customers to find their merchandise or better yet not change anything at all.

I usually always find what I am looking for and the Lord, God Almighty uses me to talk with different customers and employees helping them to remember who He is and to introduce them to Him and His Kingdom. Thank you for using a vessel like me, in Jesus name, Amen.

About the only decent bar left on the north side of the city. Good food good service. Good company. They still do active things in the community. All around the nice little Cheers bar. Although Im not a drinker I visit once a month. But really good friends of mine frequent the place. They call it their second home. Enjoy.

The reason that I dislike self-checkout. The employee that was working that lane was busy talking to her friends (other employees) as customers waited for assistance. You should not have to waive your arms to get the associates attention. (Training issue)

I came there to buy a bike. When I ask a male worker if he could help me. His reply was, I don’t work in this area but want do you want. Not what can I do for you or how can I help you.His body language said it all. He didn’t want to help me. He had a attitude.Actually he sucked to be honest. So I left because, I refuse to spend my money there. It’s so sad that people are only there for a paycheck.Not to mention the store was nasty.If not for people coming and spending money the store would close. I will not be back there. This reflects management. Very disappointed in Walmart. This was a unacceptable behavior & disrespectful.Furthermore my comment will be over look and it will continue to go on. They die not use housekeeping services the entire 19 days we were there we talked with management over and over but no service was used to clean our rooms we had to clean it ourselves and replace linen ourselves!

What can I say that you dont already know about Wallymart? They have every thing there is to buy and then some. However there in store prices can be sometime much higher than their online prices for the exact same product. Shop online if you can.I can say there produce is pretty lousy, lots of half rotten fruits and veggies. Only the pre packaged produce is worth buying, the single item pick yourself stuff is not worth buying, if you could see it through the flies and gnats hovering over it.And just like all Wallymarts the staff do everything they can to not be there to ask anything of, or if you can find someone to answer a question you definitely get an incorrect answer.4 stars just because Walmart is not worth 5 stars.

The store is almost naked, shelves are cleaned out in every department. Only 3 lines open and one of the self check-out areas open.I was NOT able to find everything I was looking for. Stood in line for 25 mines to check out. Not sure whats going on for the shelves to be naked and cleaned out from stock. Did the rich people hit Wally World?

My stop here was okay. I was in and out. There were a couple of long lines. Other than that everything was fine.

This is normally a good store however since the covid19 pandemic began it is hard to find a few items you may have otherwise been able to find in surplus. Staff has been less as well so the only 2 lines open are becoming much longer. Self service checkout lines are also extremely long here. Only using one entrance and closing down self service stations and check lanes due to it has caused a bigger problem than necessary. I know we all cant wait until this is over and businesses can open properly as they were prior to this mess of crazy scientific experiments.

I hate that place. Those kids are literally getting free checks they never help. Not only me but Ive seen them ignore elderly people. That store is never stocked and when it is it looks Terrible. I wish I could give this store negative stars worse place ever

Overall decent store. Produce could be a little fresher, but since there are a lot of factors that hit produce (consumers touching, supplier issues, etc...) I cant really complain.The store was simply laid out and the staff pretty knowledgeable about where things were located.

This is a poor excuse for a store even for a Wal-Mart and thats not saying much. Always understocked. Store lacks a good ordering manager. The whole wet canned food section is always completely wiped out. What makes it worse is knowing that the shelves are completely empty and no one takes the time to clean them! 🤔 Must be because the employees are always on their phones or twiddling their 👎

MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE JUST TODAY MADE ME NEVER WANT TO SHOP AT ANOTHER WAL MART AGAIN....THIS ISTHE SECOND TIME I ENCOUNTERED A VERY RUDE CASHIER..I BOUGHT 4 ITEMS MY SON BOUGHT 4 ITEMS HE HAD 2 OF MY ITEMS SINCE WE DID NOT HAVE A CART I WENT THOUGH SELF CHECK OUT THE ONE CLOSEST TO HIM I LAID MY STUFF DOWN ON THE SMALL COUNTER MY SON LAID HIS STUFF DOWN BY THE BAGS SO I CAN RETRIEVE MY ITEMS,,,THE CASHIER I GUESS WAS STARING AT US WELL WHEN MY SON MADE EYE CONTACT WITH THE CASHIER THE CASHIER AUTOMATICALLY SPOKE UP AND TOLD MY SON ...( I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE PLANNIING ON DOING AND MY SON SAID WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT THE CASHIER SAID YOU WERE PLANNING ON STEALING ALL THAT AND MY SON ASKED FOR A MANAGER THE MANAGER ASKED WHATS GOING ON AND AFTER WE TOLD HER SHE CALLED FOR A SECURITY GUARD TO GET US TO LEAVE

It’s a Walmart in Dayton, Ohio so don’t get set your expectations too high. Store was generally clean but understaffed when I visited. Produce is interesting and it’s clear they do not manage the inventory well (see picture of moldy fruit). It’s fine in a bind.

Still not well stocked and only 2 registers open. Both lines were almost 10 carts deep. This place needs new management, or at least a good spanking.

Found what I needed and check out was easy!

Id rather get Hit by The RTA than to step foot in that pathetic store again. I cant believe that those employees actually think theyre earning that paycheck when they do absolutely nothing. Managers are Invisible shelves are empty parking is a nightmare and those self checkouts are a joke.

Always clean and the employees are always helpful, kind and consistent. Products and prices are generally good.

Clean. Wide aisles. Clean restrooms. All doors are available now. Easy pick up! Easy delivery too!! Cashiers are very professional with the PPE and efficient as well as welcoming

This Walmart has gone down hill big time.the shelves always have empty spots. Good luck getting a cart cause the employees are to busy at front door chatting it up about there weekend to have any customer service drive and the store is just trashy looking

What can you really say about Ol Wally World?.. They have everything you need, everything you didnt know you needed and plenty of stuff youll never ever need as well. At any rate; youre always guaranteed some sort of tomfoolery at the freak show that is Walmart.

Really big and busy. Lots of people are shopping because of great weather. Can find just about anything here except printers. Very few available.

This is Miller Lane. And this is catastrophic. Where is store management. Where is regional management. I have to assume the lack of everything you went there to buy is a problem with China. Maybe the canal blockage. None the less instead of treating us like morons an explanation upon entrance would be nice. Most of us can read and are interested. Because when the largest retailer in the world is in such utter dishevelment maybe we better pay a little more attention to the condition of the whole US of A.
