Your typical target store. I generally do not like going to target, but often find myself there by happenstance. In this case, we went they are looking for a special dog food that their website said was available. When we arrived, it was not there. Still, the location is convenient and they carry a lot of stuff that makes shopping there easy.

This is probably my favorite target around. We do a lot of our non-grocery shopping here. They have a Starbucks as well as a cafe type area. Pretty typical selection of target stores. The store is laid out a little weird but weve never had trouble finding what we need. They seem to be pretty good about restocking and rotating stock.

Target has completely lost my business. I was charged twice for the same transaction, which apparently this happens all the time and they basically told me it was my problem and to take it up with my bank and tried to tell me it didnt actually go through even though Im looking at my bank statement and it definitely did go through and has not been put back into my account. Maybe if they handled it better I would be back, but just how non chalant they were over this issue AND this apparently happens all the time will not be back to have my money compromised again

Always love target, especially their drive up service. Its easy and faster than any other store.

Clean store, great staff. I’ve never had any trouble at this location. The aisles and shelves are always need and presentable. Prices good, app good, savings good. The staff are helpful and professional. Everyone seems to be in a generally good mood and willing to positively interact with customers.

Great checkout experience! The young lady at the check out desk was fantastic. She was fast and incredibly friendly and helpful. She was also a great multi tasker. She was able to scan my product and answer my questions simultaneously. Fantastic experience.

The cashier from my visit was exceptional! She walked me through the whole process of adding a circle account so I could save $10. I really appreciated her patience as I bumbled through my new phone. She really went out of her way to walk me through the process.

It was very easy to get through the store and get what we needed. We even found some new flavors of things we usually buy.

Target stores are always clean, organized, and full of staff throughout the store willing to address any concern. Target shelves are never empty no matter the holiday or season!!

Target on Feedwire sold me milk based expired formula with no apology April 2020. The first night my daughter got home from the Nicu I gave her several bottles before realizing it was expired (Jan 2020) she had diarrhea, spitting up. Had to pay for an extra visit to her pediatrician to get checked out. The female manager who answered the phone never apologized but instead talked over me, blamed me for not checking the expiration date, made excuse she was running on a skeleton crew and hung up on me. The male store manager never returned my call orapologized. Later I got a letter from Sedgwick in the mail. I didnt want to sue I WANTED AN APOLOGY!!! 15 months later I still havent shopped at any Target. Horrible company

I love the little dollar section. And they have a very cute birthday card selection. I recently went here looking for a birthday gift and ended up just looking at everything. I understand why people say they spend a lot here. Even their board game collection was great. I ended up getting a The Office themed board game and I can’t wait to give it as a gift. Overall the store was very easy to shop and navigate through and every time I walked by an employee they greeted me.

Very friendly staff! Slow at restocking. Fairly clean other than the few Starbucks cups left in carts and on shelves. There are occasional paper towels in the carts as well, which is kind of gross. Nice layout. Very helpful. VERY annoying people at the self checkout who always bug you. I do not like the change of location for the pet supply, at all! Nice toy section, considering most toy stores are shut down/closed. The electronics that I purchased have NEVER worked! I have had to return all of them and buy new ones. Grocery depart is never stocked. On the RARE times the grocery department is stocked it has good choices.

Target is amazing for finding everything I need and more. Their pickup service saves me a lot of time, (and money when I dont stop to look at everything) with getting back to my day or getting home from a long day faster. Always happy to have a starbucks coffee too when I do take the time to browse. Always such a variety of what you need to meet every season for clothes, accessories, gifts and whatever else you may need. Love shopping here, always have. I have to give Target major props for their smart marketing and layout of the store. Their app makes finding items you need easy, you can find extra things to browse and stock is usually always available. Holidays are the only time I see shelves getting bare and I love that the stores are always well kept and clean. Best place to shop, much much better than competition, hell comparison wise there is no competition in my mind because I dont go to them. Yes, I am very bias but I just love shopping at Target.

Shopping online was extremely easy. Having a Target member perform my shopping and have my selections ready for pick up is a huge help and time saver.

I used to think the people who worked at the Feedwire Target were friendly and approachable, but after several unfortunate encounters, Ive had to start calling customer service for resolution because the cashiers are unable/unwilling to answer basic questions and help clear up confusion. A lot of this has been related to the updated circle app that neither loads nor recommends coupons correctly. I think cashiers are simply over trying to figure it out.

Target employees. They are always available, polite, and very helpful. One woman worked as a line buster even, letting me skip the line to pay. Also, the store is always clean.

Was verbally threatened by manager Charlie on 12/17/2020. He said move or I will move you! We were waiting for a sports card vendor to visit 4341 Feedwire Rd, Dayton Ohio. Prior to his altercation another manager moved us from an aisle to the main aisle plus enforced the 6ft separation.

Because they make you wait in line for all the returns when I ordered to save me time. Would have been quicker to walk to dept and pick it up and pay at register. Need separate person for online order pick up. Lady doing returns was very rude in front of other customers because I walked up to the pick up desk. Wont use again.

There was a rude manager I saw treating other employees poorly on the sales floor in front of customers, which I found very unprofessional. I happened to see his name was Andrew. Im never returning to this Target ever again since they treat their employees poorly.

Very disappointed. If you are a big guy dont bother with Target for clothes.I need a size 13 shoe, this Target only had up to size 12 with what I wanted.I need a size 33 or 34 in length, they only go up to 32.I need a size 40 waist, this store only goes up to size 38.But boy do they have a bunch of skinny jeans for Jr high school kids.So I decided to at least get a CD Ive been wanting, only to learn Target only has about 30 CDs to pick from. And of course not one of those CDs is something I would be caught dead with.Okay Target, you dont want to carry clothes that fit me or music I like, I no longer have any reason to enter your store.

WOW, what an awful experience at Target on Feedwire in Sugarcreek Ohio tonight. I live about 35-40 minutes away from my nearest Target so I was super excited to learn they were open until 10pm after working late at my own job. Picked up my daughter from the sitter and headed there to pick up some items before we leave for vacation on Wednesday. And they had milk for my 13 month old daughter, no additional trip to a grocery store, WRONG! Apparently, if you are checking out later than 930pm the new policy is that you have to use self checkout. What an awful policy! I had a crying baby trying to get out of her seat and the associates are saying you need to use self checkout. I said really? I have a large order $300 at least, can you not open a register, all of this will not even fit in the self checkout. The response, no this is our new policy! No one willing to help me I told the associate she could all my items back! I couldnt check myself and watch my baby! Literally not one associate willing to help! VERY poor customer service if you ask me! I will definitely not be back! And I will tell everyone about my experience. Target used to be one of my favorite places to shop, not anymore! I know other stores have similar policies but if you have a large order they open a register! Target is not set up to have self checkout for large orders. They need to rethink this new policy!

This is my hometown Target store - and its kept up well. Im not sure though, why there are so many handicap parking spots here. Parking is always silly here. They do have a Starbucks inside to make walking around in the store a bit more enjoyable. The store is kept up well, but there are not very many clearance end caps at all at this location.

Great selection! The store is always clean, well lit, and well stocked. I can generally find what I am looking for without assistance. Checkout is generally quick and easy! Its a nice store to shop.

The employees are very nice and helpful but avoid talking to upper management at all costs. A couple times Ive had issues with an item and requested to talk to a manager. Ive talked to a lady named Rainea and a guy named Rick and both were incredibly rude. I dont even understand how they are in the customer service business. On the plus side, the Starbucks inside was one of the better ones Ive ever been to, very fast and the drinks taste great.Overall, avoid this store if you dont want to deal with rude upper management.

This review is not for this particular store, but for Target in general. For the first time, I ordered online from Target. I had received an email from Petco about dog food being on sale and was going to order from them. During the course of this, I decided to do a quick google search for the dog food I was going to purcahse. I saw that Target had a slightly cheaper price for the exact same dog food plus I would get cash back from Befrugal making it even less expensive...plus Target was offering free 2 day delivery...plus I couldve saved another $1 by having it all delivered together (but it would be 7 days later instead). I was surprised at the discounts I was getting by ordering from Target! Awesome. So thanks, Target! The prices were great, the ease of ordering was great, the order and shipping notifications were great, the shipped items were packaged well and received 1 package 1 day early and 2 opthers on time! And, I have no complaints! Great job!

I have always found that this Target is clean and organized and I have never had issues with team members there. Even when I did have problems with check out or finding a particular product, the employees have always been professional and helpful.

Went in for some toys for the kids and they always seem to be stocked and keep up to date things. Never had issues with customer service. Everyone I have encountered is nice and courteous.

I’m very upset with Target Stores and will be taking a break from visiting and purchasing goods. The reason is that I have been continuously over charged. A dollar here, a dollar there. The advertised price has not been what was rung up. The latest example is Schmidt’s deordant in lavender. The aisle price says $4.99 the rung up price is $6.99. I have twice, taken a picture to show them discrepancy and was told “there is nothing they can do about it.” This one of at three experiences I have had in the past month. I if took something for $2 from Target, It would be shoplifting and I would be prosecuted (rightly so) when Target does it, they are able to get away with it. I have shared this story and my recent experiences with others and will continue to do so.

Checked availability of an item online, and it was listed as in stock. Called the store to double check and was hung up on. Drive to the store and was told they were out of stock.

This Target recently got new store management after they completed the remodel earlier this year and it’s never been the same. This store used to be very clean, organized, and had the shelves stocked. Now this Target has merchandise all over the floor, items in the wrong location so you don’t know how much it is, and entire shelves not even stocked with basic items like lotion and lip balm. I brought this to the attention of a store associate, but they said that it is because of the holiday season. However, I completely disagree. This store was in the same condition it is today how it was in October. Also, good management would realize that the holiday season was approaching and would prepare in advance by hiring seasonal employees and preparing the store. However, this store compleltely failed to prepare in advance at all. If you want to shop at Target, I suggest going to the store at the Dayton Mall or Fairfield Mall. They are much more clean and organized and how a Target should be.

I generally really prefer to do my shopping at Target. However, checking out at this location is a huge hassle. Less staff is dedicated to normal checkout lines now that theyve added self checkouts. It should also be noted that there is a structural support directly next to the first self checkout station which blocks use of the other self checkout stations. Generally speaking if I have more than a few items the self checkout is not particularly practical. The other day when I was at this store there were three target employees standing by the self checkout while the normal checkout lines were quite long. Rather than one of the three employees opening another checkout lane they awkwardly kept repeating that there were self checkout lanes open.
