This is the worse company I’ve ever had to deal with. 1 month after my order for my commercial gym they call me to tell me they didn’t have a bunch of things I ordered. A month after that when I finally get my shipment the dumbbells rack was missing pretty much everything, when I call them back to tell them Adriana tells me that I have to ship the rack to them in order to exchange for other products and that I have to pay for the shipment and if don’t pay for it that they won’t do the exchange. I’m already spending thousands on equipment and I also have to pay to fix their mistake? Worse service I’ve ever experience.

Great communication, easy pick up from warehouse. Couldn’t ask for more! Oh wait! The great deals too!

I have bought several items and I am more than happy and satisfied with the quality, really good prices and customer service plus if you live in Miami you might go to pick the products up after 11 am and start your fitness goals with no excuses!!!

Incredible customer service, and I mean fantastic, when UPS failed to deliver my order, the owner himself came to my house to deliver a set of small dumbbells, highly recommended.. also great selection of quality fitness products
