I went to the store as a beginner looking to learn what kind of racket would be best for me to start with. Chris and his team educated me and took the time to explain the differences about each brand, racket, and their performance on the court. Also the different shoes on the market and how they perform on different courts. I highly recommend this tennis shop if you are looking to learn about tennis.

Horrible! I was so disappointed!!! I went to buy a racket and ask one of the employees about the string, she right away tried to help but then got called by someone and I guess they took her away where I was left with someone who really didnt know anything. Like really? Dont you train all your employees equally? Not blaming the rep but the company. And on top of it, they never have anything at the store, they always have to call other stores to see if the have the item needed.Not going there again... will find somewhere else.
