We were immediately sent to Gus because Johnny was very busy! Gus had just finished with someone. He was terrific at completing two people’s requests at once and leaving and going back seamlessly! He took me thru patiently the whole process for new iphone, ipad and even the next day yet another device which was incompatible, my old iwatch! So while I was there he fitted all three and explained everything perfectly in record time! The choices were fully explained and I had every confidence I was making the right decisions.
