Free quote in a couple days. Price was competitive for local service guaranteed in-person. Alternatives, like Best Buy warranty claims or manufacturer mail-in repair options take way more time. Guy at Darien was professional. I did not get repair but I might if animal screen crack problem worsens on my laptop. Employee brilliantly suggested turning off touchscreen option to avoid negative experiences due to conflicting feedback between the keyboard touchpad, mouse, and touchscreen. Good service. Location is moving to Stamford (consolidation?).

Great experience! Made super easy by the employees to get my computer screen fixed snd they were very patient and informative when explaining my options.

I thought my screen was cracked on my phone, so I called them. Jonathan was super helpful on the phone. I brought it in and Jomar helped me. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They limit it to three customers in the store. He was just as patient with the one in front of me as he was with me. Turns out, it was just my screen protector hat was cracked. They were able to put on a new one quickly and they had a nice selection of cases so I got a new, more protective one. I would definitely go back to them and would highly recommend them.

My son cracked his iPad glass and we needed fixed ASAP. The staff was very receptive and accommodating to turning this job around quickly. Although I did find a price to be very high… i’m still grateful for the professionalism and turn around. Highly recommended

Big call out to Jomar and Kevin. On a Saturday afternoon, I tripped over my computer cord charger; the tip broke and lodged in my charger port. I imagined a weekend with no access to my laptop...a simply horror-filled proposition. Jomar and Kevin removed the tip, verified that my backup charger worked, and I was back in business...all in 10 minutes -- and at no charge. Thank you! Youre the best!

Jamel is incredibly helpful and a great example of delivering professional and empathetic customer service.We had a water damage issue with a laptop, and I tried to file a claim with Asurion, which was rejected. I explained my situation to Jamel regarding my disappointment in the arbitrary claim rejection and accepted the situation as is. Jamel, who disagreed with the rationale for the claim rejection, took it upon himself to advocate and facilitate the appeal of that claim, and successfully got Asurion to cover our claim, which resulted in close to 260% savings on the repair.I was very happy with the overall experience and would recommend this UBREAKIFIX to anyone, and specifically appreciate and thank Jamel for his help and open communications throughout the process. I thought I was going to need to buy a new computer. (I was entering a Zoom, and the screen had pinhole vision, eventually becoming a black screen that wouldn’t turn back on again.) I gave it to uBreakiFix, and they fixed it within hours, free of charge. They saved me well over a grand on a new machine. Highly recommend!!

Horrible store...worst experience ever....Adam(Technical engineer) is very friendly...apart from that the rest of it is horrible. Gave wrong information and cheated me for more than 150$. Actual cost of hard drive directly from Samsung website directly was 40$ where as they quoted 210$. They did not indicate that this price included labour costs. I even had insurance which covers the labour costs. Staff at the counter are not well trained.

Just walked into Darien location with an iPhone where the charging port didnt work anymore. Chris took quick look under microscope and found some debris in the charging port. After removing it charging port worked fine again. No charge. Happy Customer!

Second time I’ve used this Darien location and I went out of my local drive zone to do it! They are patient, informative, and fixed my iPod, and iPhone before that, with efficiency and no charge because they were problems related to my not understanding my devices’ updates. I highly recommend them and have spread the word to my friends. They will get all my device business.

I went to this location because the battery in my Surface Pro was not keeping a charge as well as it used to. They put in a new battery. The price and customer service there is incredible. I highly recommend this place to others for any tech related issues.

Friendly people who do a good setup call. I had a phone with an old battery that needed to be replaced. The battery was waiting for me when I dropped off the phone. The only issue wise is somehow they got their hands on the wrong battery, so I had to wait two days for the right one, took an extra trip. Update: phone is 2.5 years old, but it is running like new, battery is right on spec at 3,200 mAh. Im pleased.

Everyone is great at uBreakiFix!! They are honest and helpful and courteous. I’m a paralegal and I’ve worked with a lot of IT people fixing my computers and this is the only place that has not charged me an arm and a leg and been honest with how I can take care of it myself or order a plug online which saved me money. If they can’t fix it they don’t charge you this is unheard of in California from where I come from. They also are very prompt in calling you back and leaving you messages or email you. This is the place to go if you have any needs for your phone or your computer issues!! So impressed and thankful!! Thank you all who work at this business!!!

My son was at his friends house and he dropped his iPad and it cracked the outside of the screen and it was bad cracks on the screen and they fixed it incredibly good and I see no cracks at all.
