Went in the store had a one minute wait in line the manager jumped on the register to ensure that the customers had a Swift experience in waiting in line she greeted the customers with a friendly smile and ensure that their items were bagged properly and she provided excellent prompt and courteous customer service she is an excellent manager I visited the store on 10/15/2021 around 1:30 p.m. awesome job keep up the good work the store was clean and well stocked and the staff was very friendly. I must also note it was plenty of stuff available for Halloween great job guys!!!!!

I want to come out and say that Linda, an older lady that was the only cashier working. Let me tell you, I have felt the pressure of long lines and being the cashier. I feel it for her having to be the only cashier. But I want to reach out to her and give her a big hand for not only keeping her cool but keeping line going down. She did her best and honestly people might not see that. When someone doesnt want to wait in your line or is loud about why arent there more people working, there are A LOT of people who dont want to work or even bother showing up to the job they do have. Leaving those, like Linda, to fend for herself and do the best she can. I am extremely proud of her from a cashier to another. You did an outstanding job.The manager was caught up doing something and jumped on the register when he had a chance to help her, his name is Matt. Appreciate these two for their hard work!

Half the lights were off and couldnt see . So hot inside my candy bar was soup. Cashier was pleasent.

Love Dollar Tree, but I used the bathroom at the Mt Cross location in Danville, VA today, and it was disgusting. Holes in the walls, filthy sink, ceiling tiles out above the toilet, no soap or paper towels. This adversely affects my shopping at this location.

Associates are nice well stocked

This is the worst Dollar Store I have ever been to, and just my luck its the closest one to my home. The floors are often dirty and cluttered, the shelves often have large empty sections, and they never seem to get the speciality items in on time, at least not according to the emails and fliers I receive. The 2 stars are for the nice lady at the checkout counter who waited on my and my son the last 2 times we were there.

Very junky. Stock in boxes blocking aisles. However they did have people changing out their coolers/frozen food equipment which attributed SOME to the messiness. The Danville store is NEVER as neat and clean as the Brosville store. But hey, everything is a Dollar 😁

The older gentleman that works the register is very friendly and efficient at what he does. The store is okay, definitely not the best one I’ve ever been in. As far as the bathroom goes..... less than 1 star! It’s absolutely disgusting. The water was leaking, a cockroach was crawling on the floor when I walked in, toilet paper everywhere and there’s a hole in the wall which they use to put the plunger in🤮 umm no thank you. Can’t believe they’d even let people in there.

Great selection of products. Service could be better. Its almost impossible to find a staff member on the floor and they never have enough registers open. If youre looking for quick and convenient, look elsewhere.

Busy but great place

Everything is $1 or less. They have snacks and cooking supplies, toys, bathroom products, decor hardware, cleaning supplies and more! Recommend you go check them out if you never have. I guarantee you wont leave with nothing.

Im absolutely obsessed with this store ❤ Where else can you find good-quality dinnerware for a cheap price?! Everything you really need, they have it here. From food, to toiletries, and even big bottles of laundry detergent for just $1. I used to pass up on this store off but now, I always look forward to going there whenever I can.

Dollar tree has a decent selection of general goods. They also have some grocery items. Everything in this store is a dollar, so I wouldnt expect much of certain items. Great place to get party decorations.

What can you say bad about the Dollar Tree , where everything is a dollar?! We saw a bicycle lock that we just bought for $14.99 at another store and there it was the same exact one for a dollar! Very nice cashiers too.

Amazing store! I got there about once a week. Recently I found NeverWet, a water repelling spray. This stuff retails for $10 or more but here it was only one dollar! Make sure to look down every aisle if you go here, because often times you can find lots of name brand items for a quarter of the price that youd pay if you had gone to walmart.
