I just went to Big Lots on Route 1 to get a few things but of course I bought more than on my list. I found 4 out of the 5 items I intentionally went there for. The only thing I dont like about that Big Lots is there is generally only I register open and if you have a carriage full of items you hold up the whole line.

Got a few things. Inventory is low. Prices could be lower.

Its not a fully stocked store but im sure thats covid related. Theres never a line and always an employee to help. No big complaints....decent store.

Lines are always real long with usually 1 register open.Cant blame staffing issues on a cashier...understandable though during these times.

This store is much more organized than it used to be. You will get great deals on medium quality products. No high end items here (except some of the food items). Its a browsing store because you never know what you may find. Definitely worth a look.

Its just a big waste of time coming in here, I had all this s*** in my carriage and I started thinking and came to the realization that I can get all of this stuff at Target or Walmart for far less. I will say that the laundry detergent and cleaning supplies are reasonably priced, other than that its nothing more than an oversized family Dollar?!

I wasnt looking for anything in particular but did find an item I needed. I also remembered something else that I was thinking of purchasing but there were none in stock. Good prices but selection can be tricky

I came in on April 30th and wanted to purchase a gazebo but they didnt have any left in the store. Dave the store manager tried to order one online for me but, unfortunately they were unavailable online as well. He then called several stores trying to find one for me and again to my disappointment everyone was sold out. I was so bummed because Dave had helped me open a Big Lots credit card to purchase the gazebo and he knew how disappointed I was that they were sold out everywhere. I asked him if they were able to sell the floor model and he said that eventually they could, and that I would definitely be the first person that he called. He took my name and phone# and sincerely apologized to me. I let him know that he had gone over and above for me and that I have never received such great customer service. I received a call tonight 5-3-19 at around 7pm from Dave letting me know that he got the ok to sell me the floor model gazebo. I was extremely happy and grateful that Dave once again followed through on his promise. I immediately went to pay for the Gazebo and drove Dave crazy with which light I wanted to buy for the gazebo. This man is a saint...he was up and down on ladders showing me the difference between the lights. He walked me up to the cashier and made sure that everything went smooth and assured me that the gazebo will be dismantled carefully and all parts and directions will also be in order. We decided that Thursday 5-9-19 will be a good pick up date. Big Lots is very lucky to have Dave representing their company.Best Regards,Angela Clavette

Its Big Lots you know what to expect you know what you get if youve ever been there before its certainly a case of you get what you pay for but I love Big Lots who doesnt.

Medium sized big box store with eclectic offerings of food, decor, and household furnishings.

No lines to get in.Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and hand sanitizer.Short line to check out.Only issue was the people going down the aisle the wrong way and stopping in the middle to browse!

We had a very disappointing shopping experience at Big Lots at the Danvers store on Rt1 , the weekly ad online showed that they had toilet paper in stock 2 per customer, there were non on the shelves, I asked a store employee at back of the store near the stockroom when they would get some in stock she said Monday, then I looked over into the stockroom and noticed a full pallet of Charmin 9 roll packs of toilet paper and when I asked her if I could purchase one pack she said those were for nobody and shut the stockroom doors, if i could give this store a minus rating i would, SHAME ON THEM .
