The usual dollar tree experience. A large number of snacks and household goods for the amazing price of $1.00. This location feels a bit larger than some maybe because it is narrow and long. The shelves were stocked and the registers were staffed so the small line moved quickly

Shelves were empty but customer service from gentleman was great.All these business thinking humans can do it all and give no hours to stores are crazy

I feel like this location doesnt get a fair deal as its always very busy anytime you go and the store just cant keep up. The employees work extremely hard at this location and just cant keep up picking up after people that leave product all over the place.Also customers tend to leave their kids running around the store throwing merchandise all over the place and just causing chaos. I give the employees a lot of credit cause I would be chasing all of them right out the door...

Has everything you need for $1. Plenty of parking. In a shopping mall. Next to route 128 north n south. Next to fast food n restaurants. Next to hospital n drug store.

Work at a different store, so wanted to go into this one to see what’s there. I was absolutely disappointed and disgusted!!! The store was such a mess!! There was empty box red and shelves EVERYWHERE the store was not picked up what so ever, there was expired food on the shelves, they had u-boats full of boxes right in the middle of aisles and very hard to walk around no space at all and terrible customer service!!! I was so ready to freak out and start cleaning it myself because it was so gross. Never again!!!

I work for dollar tree in danvers. No matter how anyones day is going, we always manage to make our customers have a good day. Most customers are a little happier when they leave compared to when they came in.

Good place to buy little things. To much time waiting to checkout. But worth it.

I was very disappointed. I was waiting in line waiting to check out and they told the cashier to shut off his light at the time there were two other long lines... in my line there were one order in front of me and one behind me....we had all got into line approximately at the same time well before he was told to turn off his light. The cashier turned off his light and tells the customer ahead of me he would be the last customer he would check out. Im not complaining because I think Im previledged but I totally thought he should of checked me and the customer behind me (who was the end of our line) out before he left the register.

The shelves were messy and items were thrown around. Looked sad in here.

It was a slow day but it looks better then a few weeks ago thats for sure.

A fun place to shop, where you find things you never knew you needed. Was very quiet there today and found most everything I needed/wanted. Clerks very helpful.Still no hand sanitizer, gloves, or masks, but they do have Tylenol (generic).Felt safe going in there during these trying times.

Bob is the worst cashier ever very slow left the register to put air in balloons twice while theres 8 customer waiting on the line both sides my son wants 2 items but we waited 16 minutes ... never shop there...

Well the place is crazy awesome! Tonight I found exactly what I needed cheep.The place was a perfect wreck but the people are so pleasant that work there. Whats to dislike. Kudos to Dollar Tree Liberty Tree Mall!

Cant find anywhere online to file a complaint, (literally clicked on the link to give me an email address, got redirected to a diet website) so I guess Ill share publicly here.I dont think theres a manager at this store, that must be problem because its always something when I go here. Today, an old man complained to an employee that they didnt have a bathroom, and that was against the law. He was probably a little annoying about it, but seriously not that bad. The employees response was This isnt my normal store, I dont know what to tell you, its not my problem. The old man mentioned it again to his cashier, (different employee) and I didnt hear her response.The moment the old man walked out the door, that second employee said loudly, with many customers around, thats why I wish it was alright to just punch a guy out, you know what Im saying? Just punch him right in the face. He was so disrespectful. So not ok to say in front of so many customers.Regardless of today, this store is always a mess and Ive literally never had a nice cashier, theyre always rude even when youre nice to them.

This particular Dollar Tree is one of the better ones.They still have Ajax and Fab 32 loads available. They have Vlasic pickles, Pillsbury cake mix and frosting.Lots of name brands.Staff is very friendly.

This dollar tree was absolutely disgusting. I was honestly shocked. Really can’t blame the employees, most likely it’s understaffed.

I love this store! I always come out buying more than I intended to buy. Great deals on books, nice cards, gift bags, puzzles, paper goods, tin foil pans, and cute seasonal decor.

Messy store, but lots of inventory! Employees looked like they hated their job though, except what looked like the manager. She seemed nice, talking/acknowledged customers.

Lots of new stuff for the holiday and old standby favorites BUT the customer service is severely lacking. So many customers waiting to cash out, that the line stretches back into the aisles and yet only TWO cashiers open. With several employees in the front of store just shooting the breeze watching us watch them.

Everythings a dollar what can you expect,a messy store and annoying cashiers that tell you their life story......
