Samantha was great. The finance guy was great. Very good experience ( other than the usual back and forth haggling but that’s expected).I reached a good deal on a low mileage used truck. Negotiated very solid trade-in value as well. This is my fourth vehicle purchased at this dealership. Always very professional.

1. Only there to sell vehicles and do not check anything else. 2. Told me that i had to come back knowing I live 45 minutes away and can only come after work (after 5:30p) because the registration form was not done. So now, I am driving a vehicles without a registration form and only receipts to prove the vehicle is un fact registered. 3. When I test drive the vehicle, the vehicle had car mats but when i took the vehicle it didn’t have car mats. Alfredo is now ordering it. 4. I was told that before I drive the vehicle they would buff as many scratches as they can and clean the interior and it didn’t look like any cleaning or buffing was done. I have pictures to prove. 5. Car has A LOT of dents, scratches, and stains for a used car with only 15,000 miles on it. There was even a new scratch that wasn’t there when i test drive it. 6. After two days of driving the vehicle and getting the ok from Alfredo at Kelly Honda i got a call from my car insurance stating that my car is not properly registered because my license plate is under a different name than the car it self. So I had been driving a car that had no insurance even thought I was told I could drive it. Thank goodness I didn’t get into a car accident during the time. I am very upset and now I have to Pat out of pocket for a rental.

Had a great experience buying a Tiguan several years ago. Had a very poor service experience this evening which became disastrous when Said Bousbaa, who lied and said he was the GM (from the website its clear hes an assistant), because abusive. He is a shameful representation of the values that Brian Kellys ads promote. Boosbaa was insulting, dismissive, disrespectful, and imperious. I am deeply skeptical of any organization which would employ someone of such poor character.

Ive had nothing but great experiences at Kelly Volkswagen. Most recently, I had my engine light checked and the service department was able to determine and fix the issue quickly. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They gave me updates and an explanation of everything they did, and returned my car clean and sanitized. I felt safe because everyone wore a mask and they have both outdoor and indoor waiting areas that are comfortable and clean.

We make it easy, thats the Kelly wayNo exactly.We have been shopping for a certified pre-owned Toyota Rav4 or a Honda CRV for a few weeks. We decided on the Honda CRV.Kelly Honda in Lynn had exactly what were were looking for, a 2018 Honda CRV.We made an appointment to test drive the car on Friday March 19 at 5:00. We were greeted by Amy and introduced to Pedro, the sales manager who would be assisting us. Pedro was great. He was very polite and professional. We test drove the car and at 5:30 we told Pedro we wanted to purchase the Honda CRV. We told Pedro we were going to pay with cash so we did not need financing. We also told him we would not be trading in a vehicle. This appeared to us to be a very simple transaction. He told us to have a seat in the waiting room. He processed the deposit and told us to remain in the waiting room. 5:30 became 6:00, then 6:30, then 7:00. Pedro said he we had to wait to talk to the finance guy We questioned Pedro as to why we had to talk to the finance guy, we would not be financing the car. We were prepared to pay with cash. He told us we had to wait.At 8:00, there were only four people left in the building, my wife and I, Pedro and the finance guy.They started turning off the lights.Finally, Pedro said the finance guy could meet with us.We sat with the finance guy for three minutes, signed a few documents and we finally could go home.I am pretty sure The Kelly Automotive Group views us as their worst customer. They saved us for last because we were not going to finance a car or trade in a vehicle. There would be no extras for the dealer, so they put us at the end of the line.Its very unfortunate. We chose Kelly because we currently own a Nissan Pathfinder. We have received excellent customer service at Kelly Nissan in Lynnfield when we bring the vehicle in for service.We received no apology or thankyou for sitting in waiting room until it was time to close the building. As we went to leave the building the doors were already locked, Pedro graciously opened the door to let us out.Needless to say, that is the last vehicle we will ever purchase from the Kelly Automotive Group. If we were going to be sitting there until the building closed, perhaps they could have informed us so we could have stepped out to grab dinner or ask us to come back the next day to finalize the transaction. We felt as thought the people at Kelly Honda had absolutely no regard for our time, they only cared about themselves.

Love the Used Audi Q7 I just purchased from them.However, when I picked up the car, and drove off, we realized when we got home that they only provided one key for the car. We are a family and my wife and I frequently switch cars.When I called Kelly VW back the next morning, and inquired about the key, they stated that they only received the car with one key.When I asked if they could provide another key, the sales rep said he would be happy to send me a link to a website where I can purchase a key, and it would only take about 1 hour of maintenance to get the key tied to my car. Well, THANK YOU very much.I have never received a car from a dealership with only 1 key. They are a dealer, would have been really easy for them to get a key, dont you think?I had a great experience with a car at Kelly 6 years ago, this was my second time and LAST time purchasing a car from them. So much for making it easy....Great job mgmt - you should be proud.UPDATE; Just spoke to the manager Jack - when I said it was not disclosed there was only 1 key - on the sales sheet - he said, sorry.
