I made an appointment for an oil change, and at the end of the call, I asked how much it will be. I was told $59 and change. I arrived for service, and was told between $49 and $59, consistent with the quote on the phone. I asked if they will wash the car and was told yes. I asked how long to wait and was told 1 hour. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, I was told the total was $117! Double the price!?!?! I was told that this is because it is special oil and I will not find a better price around for this, and I should already know this! Why was I not informed of a doubling of price before service was started? Terrible business practice and needs to be addressed. Finally, the car was not washed as promised. All around a very poor experience. I will never be back.

The parts department has a large inventory of parts for the do it your self car owner. The staff was extremely helpful in idenifying the proper parts needed.

Chris Sapanaro is one of the most nicest professional individuals I’ve ever met. I went in feeling very nervous about my car and the repairs needed. He made me feel at ease and assured me they would make every attempt to diagnose and come up with a plan to get my car back up to par. The technician Mike Rugen is extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnosed the problem when the diagnostic machine couldn’t . While modern technology is a great without an experienced knowledgeable technician it can easily be a lost cause. I honestly believe I would been pulling out my hair not knowing when and where I would get stuck. Mike was beyond thorough and was able to solve my problem when the diagnostic tool couldn’t . Many thumbs up for the best service ! I wouldn’t trust anyone else!!! Great staff!! Thanks Ingersoil!

Savuth is awesome...he is extremely knowledgeable and took his time to go through everything with the car. I cant say enough great things about him. Time and time again I keep being failed by the service department at chevy. I have had horrible experiences with Blasius and Ingersoll Chevy.Work done at Blasius Chevy in Waterbury Ct - Had a simple oil change, check noise in front end of vehicle, thats it. They found a issue qith the tie rods - changed both sides - gave the vehicle a alignment ( FWD ON AN AWD VEHICLE). Ever since they touched my vehicle, my back tire loses air, 3 out of my 4 tires have worn on the outer part of the tire only. I called Danbury Ingersoll to have it looked at so they can correct what Blasius had done wrong. Explained the entire story - was told they can handle it even though the work was done at Blasius. When i arrived for the appointment - was told I have to go back to waterbury Blasius. That was a complete waste of my time as this is a work vehicle. The guy at the service department in Danbury told me they would look at the other noise for me that has been an ongoing issue and tighten my e-brake as I requested. It was supposed to be a 1 day repair - not a single phone call and now it is Sunday and they are closed. Thank you Ingersoll service for not keeping me informed of what is going on. I didnt know it takes 2 days to tighten a e-brake and check for the noise.When Blasius had it for service- i was supposed to pick it up late Saturday- had prior arrangements to get it. It wasnt ready till Tuesday. Who can I bill for the waste of my time and inconvenience??? They have to understand - yes its covered by the warranty - not the point - I need my vehicle for work.The million dollar question I have for everyone is - can any chevy dealer service dept fix an issue the first time? Without creating more issues after we pick up our vehicle. My wifes car has been in the shop for the same problem 4 times - do you think it has been fixed the rite way?? Nope still have the same issue.What happened to quality control? Are there supervisors checking up on them?? Doesnt seem like it to me.Long story short - danbury chevy told me they will not cover the tires bit i can buy them.. does that make sense ??? Who ruined the tires ? Who did the wrong alignment on the vehicle?? Thats why i am a little confused on why i should pay for the tires and new alignment.. its very obvious what the problem is. I had a friend who is the auto business at another dealer look at it and rite away he explained the problem. It all makes sense.And why wont chevy take care of it????
