I called and was able to bring in my car same day to get an estimate on a scrape and dent on the side of my car and was given a run down on pricing as to how my car would be repaired and the process that would be used. Carlos was very friendly and answered all my questions/concerns about the work that needs to be done. He was nice enough to offer a service free of charge!!!! I took my car to extreme to have it fixed from an accident I got into 1 1/2 year prior. I was very nervous about the price because my deductible was $1000. I didnt have the money and I called around I could not find a place that would accommodate my situation. I did a Google search and found Extreme. I looked at the reviews and I was amazed. It was like this place was perfect almost too good to be true. I called and the owner Carlos was amazing. He listened to me and understood what I wanted. My car slipped off the sloped driveway and hit a tree on the side panel, bumper and trunk lid. I didn’t carry collision insurance so this had to be out of my own pocket. Although mostly cosmetic damages, I had plans to drive the car for a few more years so needed to get it fixed like nothing ever happened. Can not have someone just pull the dent out although it’s cheap that way. Can not take it to dealer/some body shops because the price to fix the car was close to the remaining value on this car! I read the Google reviews about Extreme, stopped by the place, talked to Carlos and liked him and his guys. They were genuine and trustworthy. Toni the receptionist was also a very polite and respectful person. I was informed on the progress of the repair along with problems they had. Although it took longer than expected to get the car finally done, the job was done right – by looking and feeling the previously damaged areas I could not tell something had happened to this car! The paint quality was great, too. It cost me less than half of the quote I received from another bodyshop (which also had good ratings).I would definitely go back again if my car needs other work, and recommend this place to people that I know.
