Very nice staff here! I made an appointment online for tire service (my tire was leaking air and needed a patch) for later that day. Soon after, I got a call stating that they probably wouldn’t be able to service my car that day but I could leave it overnight. I chose to leave my car overnight, but got a call a few hours later saying that my car was ready. I went the next morning to pick up my car and was out of there in no time!I tried to go to Costco, but the LINES!!! I paid $30 here versus $11 they charge at Costco but honestly I’ll pay extra if it doesn’t mean long lines and a stressful, crowded place.Great customer service here, very communicative. Highly recommend!

Bought tires there about a year ago, emergency situation over holiday weekend. Ended up buying lifetime tire rotation/alignment. I schedule appointments to have service done but although you have appointment when you drop off car and wait you are always told it could took take hours. So why make an appointment if you are treated like a walk in? Also scheduled appointment to have brake fluid changed which takes 15 -30 minutes and again told how busy they were and when questioned them they said it can take up to 1 1/2 hours! I had manager and another man behind counter tell me that things are different in California. Felt as a woman they thought I had no idea about brake fluid service, how long it took, etc. Once assertive with them, my brake service was started at 11 am and service was completed in 30 minutes! They also gave me estimate to replace cabin filter amounting to $120.00. I bought best filter possible for $12.00 and it took me less than 5 minutes to replace! I might be blonde but I am not stupid nor will I be taken advantage of.

They are thieves stealing my gift card. And thinking they did nothing wrong. I will never go back to waste my money there

So disappointed with this place. They offer free tire pressure check but everytime you come to ask one of the guys in the garage it feels like you’re a burden and that you’re disturbing them. I wish they were more helpful and welcoming but they seem to need training in customer service. One of the guys is the old asian guy. Who will honk at you to move your car as if he owns the place. Now I gotta look elsewhere to get help because this place is not helpful.

Terrible. The scheduler put in the wrong day so I waited 7 hours for an oil change. Looks like they either didn’t replace or didnt screw tight enough the brake fluid reserve cap which is gone. Dangerous and irresponsible. Also didn’t put the caps back on the tires after checking air pressure. Would not recommend unless you want to wait 7 hours for an $88 oil change and then spend another $40 replacing parts that were missed or fell off because of their sloppiness.

Brought my brand new wheels to be installed and they scratched my wheels. I brought them to the shop same day as I received my wheels and before taking it to them shop I inspected them and there was not a single scratch. Just be aware before going to this shop.

Overpriced, went in for a tune up, walked out feeling robbed. Basically they are charging Dealership prices for labor and putting in generic parts. $600 for 4 sparkplugs? Thats $150 per sparkplug!Long time customer, frankly I am through. No more Wheelworks Skyline.Not to mention that their workers cant do math. Next oil change is a Million Miles?

Bad customer service. They broke my friend’s whole tail light assembly by accident while trying to replace the bulb. Now my friend end up borrowing my car coz they ordered yesterday for replacement for the whole assembly but it didn’t arrive yesterday hope they will be able to fix and replace it today June 2, 2021.

If you want to be invisible, go there. No Service Advisor will see youre standing right in front of them for whoknows how long.

There’s some hella bad reviews on here but they honestly did a great job with me. Popped a tire and needed it completely replaced. My tow truck was so late I lost my appt somewhere else and when I called they told me they would take me anytime but it may not be done until the next day. No problem though, when I came in the guy was super nice and helpful (I know nothing about cars). I added an oil change and my car ended up being finished that day, about 4 hours later. Quick, efficient, and my car is running great. Recommend 10/10, people need to just realize that you’re on their time not yours lol they busy

The worst customer service ever. The guy at the desk was very rude, did not provide any information, and talked as if he didn’t care for the world. I had high hopes for this place but definitely taking my business elsewhere

I had a battery go bad, bought it from the Firestone near Serramonte and apparently the folks there misspelled my name. Not sure who the guy I dealt with was at WW, but he gave me the 1800 number for Firestone and they found my receipt in 10 min or so and I got a new battery. Thanks.

Some staff members are really rude. I dropped off my car at 7 am for a brake inspection. I called them around 3:30 and the person who picked up the phone was not helpful telling me anything about my car. I got to store around 4:20 and a person who I was talking to an employee who was very nice to me explaining and telling me what I needed. Unfortunately, I did need brakes and they determined that I need to replace my rear tires. I wanted to do tires the same day and person who was helping started the process. But in a few minutes, there was a really rude employee talking to me like I was his friend or something. He told me “there is only 2 hours left, like couldn’t you tell us that before” in a really rude way like I was his friend. I do realize it’s the end of the day but I didn’t get a call until 3. He told me “ Come back tomorrow morning”. He told me in a way like I work for him and I need to do what he tells me. They charge 200 dollars an hour for labor.. don’t bother going here unless you like being ripped off because they have no interest in anything but screwing people over.

Ken is SUPER helpful. Staff is nice. Sometimes there can be a wait. But you can make an appointment online. There are lots of shops, restaurants & grocery store here. Parking is so so.

These guys are great! I came to get new tires. when they saw me carrying new wiper blades that I had just purchased at the store next door, they offered to install them for me at no charge. They are courteous and efficient.

Very bad customer service, the guy in front was incompetent, he told me your next in line and I was clear with him on the wait time he told me one hour and I had work to do , after the hour pass and it wasn’t finished he told me the guys will go to lunch. Really you should have told me that from the beginning. I will never come back again .

This place is terrible they let you make an appointment only to let you know they cant accommodate that appointment time. Made an appointment for 4pm arrive 20 mins before and they literally have me waiting til almost closing and still havent worked on my car.

HORRIBLE customer service! I saw the bad ratings of this place, but it’s close to my house so wanted to give them a shot. BIG MISTAKE. I called and spoke to “Kai” who quoted me $14/wheel to dismount my tires and recycle them. I told him my car information and tire/rim size. I called again to confirm my appointment and the price. When I got there with my wheels Kai looked at them and said, “ I need to charge you double because it’s not worth it for me to do it for less.” When I tried to discuss more, he walked away and told the other sales rep the price was firm. Never going back! Stay away!

The workers and supervisors are very irresponsible. The mechanics can be very inexperienced most of the time and they do not professionally handle the cars. When they can not fix something, they just start getting rough with your car and start hitting at places hoping that will fix something. That was what happened with my car. I went here to change my fix one of my tire, and change another tire. Before I went there I was using the spare tire on my car, and I asked them to put it in its place back, but they could not pull down the chain from the car to put in the tire, and they just start hitting about the pipe near the chain. It just broke the chain that hold the spare tire completely. When I went to talk to them about it, they just do not take responsibility at all for it and they try to charge me to fix it even though they are the one who broke it. I do not recommend you to go to this place very often, they may scam you like they do to me when you are not paying attention.

They take pretty good care of stuff here. Theyve actually done good alignments on my track car without messing stuff up so that wins 5 star service. Staff is nice and courteous

It was a very terrible experience about the tires services I have got. A month after They replaced the new tires, My Auto Mechanic asked me to go back to wheel work for fixing the tire because of their inexperienced installation. I just used it for a month. It was an Emergency situation but they still said will fix it couple days later. Since that I needed to cancel my family reunion plan. That was so frustrating. And they are also irresponsible and push the responsibility to the other and charged me another installation fee. I recommend you to go the others since I absolutely sure you don’t expect to have the experience what I got.

I have mixed feelings about this place. One of the service managers (Kenny) is great - super friendly and always applies the coupon discount without me having to show the coupon. However, there are some not so friendly folks here as well like the one who just hung up on me after I said hello......

I agree with one of the reviewers. You need to talk to Kenny whos the manager over there and is very friendly knowledgeable and can get you the deal. The rest of the employees sound beat down and a little kurt. Theyre not rude but theyre just not friendly. One of them is Mauricio. I hang out there when I get my tires installed to talk to the technicians and I find they are more friendlier than the staff at the counter.

Generally good. I use them often because its walking distance to my house. They are up and down in service likely because of turn-over of mechanics. Try to use them inky for basics - tires, alignment, maybe a tune-up

Today I had a wonderful experience at Wheel Work I was initially very dissatisfied but it was more of a misunderstanding on my part. Fortunately, Mario was very professional and very patient with me so the end result was very good. I had gone in over a month ago to have my headlight checked out because it was not working properly and I was told it was an electrical problem. This month while getting an oil change at another place, I asked them to check out my headlight, they said they could not take the casing off because it was broken and whoever had looked at my light last must have broken it. I was madder than mad, so I called Wheel Works and told them what was said . Long story short, Mario fixed my headlight, my casing was not glued on. Everything turned out good!!!

After my last 2 visits with them I regret ever have given them my business in the past. Idk what changed the used to be decent and close to my house. But as of late between the horrible service, and bait and switch pricing Ill never go back.

Drop off the car to have oil change (no appt) at 9am. Then they tell me to pick up the truck at 1pm. 4hrs to do a oil change? How is this kind of company still alive. If you want to waste your time then this is the best place to go.I have a life so am going somewhere they can do oil change in lessdone 4hrs.

Pricy maintenance charge - oil change $49.99. Parts expensive - a single headlight for $89.99??? As a new driver, I didnt know that they overcharged that much for a headlight. I should have done more research...and their battery is pricy as well - $149 and above... you may find something cheaper at local auto store.

Went in for a tire repair. 6 hours later they fail to repair it. Was quite inconvenienced.

Changed my tiers here and when I got the car back my subwoofer was broken. Whoever placed my spare back in the trunk was careless and tire the connecting wires. Had to do half the fix myself and went to them to do the rest because I didnt have the proper tools. They made the fix but it took some convincing. Tire change was done well but the rest of the experience was unpleasant.

I bought 2 tires for my Benz on Sunday 2 days later one of the tires blow out on the freeway on my way home the most scary moment of my life . They sold me a defect tired and charge me like a brand new one . BAD BUSINESS!! Do not recommend!!!!

Wont ever be returning, last time I came, hoping to get a quick oil change, came super in the morning (8am on a weekday) with no customers around and was told itll be ready by 4-5pm. Seriously??? Thats over 9hrs for an oil change? No customers in sight and still have to wait 9+hrs? Are you kidding me? Stated there are other vehicles in line, uhhh.... 4-5 mechanics standing around and maybe 2-3 vehicles jacked up for service.I am customer of WW, got my tires there because Costco didnt carry the size. But to wait 9+hr for an oil change, forget it. Last time here. I went to Sears instead, took less than an hour for oil change, no appointments needed.Sad customer service. BTW, Kenny was out that day. Whoever covered for him, well...they should learn from him.

I called in advance to find out how much the cost would be, and to make sure they had the correct tires for my car. The person on the phone said Sure, we have them, quoted me a price and said I could come by any time. This person told me their name was Jimmy, and told me to ask for him. I repeated Jimmy to the voice on the phone before I hung up and received an affirmation on the name. When I got there, and said I had spoken with Jimmy, the guy behind the counter chuckled and said There is no one working here with that name. I rolled my eyes because I could tell what was comming next. I showed him the number I had called on my cell phone, and said Is that not the number here. He told me it was not. I repeated myself, and he said it was not the number, and after a moment added It might ring here. He repeated that twice. So he starts giving me instructions and trying to take information from me and such, and I said Im going to need to know how much before we get started here. Sure enough the new price turned out to be $100 more than the fantom had quoted me over the phone. I called him an a**h*le and left angrily. Maybe they think irritating customers is funny. Im not done yet. Ill be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well because bait and switch is an illegal business practice. What a thoroughly irritating experience.

After picking a friend up from the airport, we realized I had a huge bolt in my rear right tire. Thank goodness I have 24-hour Audi roadside assistance. The guy who came to change the tire was super nice and suggested I go to Wheel Works. They told me I needed a new tire and they didnt have my brand in stock, but would put a comparable brand on. I was so frustrated that I just said ok...thinking the worst part was going to be having one tire in a different brand. Thank goodness my friend called her dad to ask what he thought (I should have called Audi). The first thing he said is NO...an all wheel drive car must have the same tires or the treads need to be within a certain diameter of each other or the car can be misaligned causing more damage to all of the tires and the car. WTH? I am so mad at Kenny at Wheel Works for not knowing that...hello, isnt it your job to know tires and cars?

Say away from this place. Laksa Daisy no sense of urgency. I called and if was busy, they said no. Should I make an appointment? No. Came in 5 minutes later set in the waiting room for 15 minutes before they could check me in. They told me it would two hours to change 4 hour tires.

I find this place a good choice in getting your car fixed as the service is done into your expectations. This place is in Daly City area where I live.

Came in for an oil change with a coupon they mailed to me, turns out my service was one penny short of qualifying for the discount. Then, after the ensuing price gouging they delivered the vehicle with a brand new two inch long half inch wide gash on the top portion of my left front quarter panel. Pointed it out to the manager who of course denied they had done the damage. Bottom line is they have lost my business forever going forward.
