Great tire shop!! I recommend to all of my friends and even people Ive just meet

Although I really wanted to buy from them. They wanted me to go buy my tires at Costco and bring them so they can charge me for installing them.

Old school tire shop. A++++ service.Thumbs up!!!!! Places like this seem to be a dying breed these days replaced by all corporations and their outlet stores. I cannot tell you how satisfied I am other than just telling you how absolutely satisfied I am!

The price was definitely reasonable & they changed the tires without me having to make an appointment The used tires look brand new!Will be a return customer and passing this onto friends.

You can definitely get good tires here. Pricey though. I only go here when I have no other choice. Tires are half the price anywhere in Vallejo.

They were nowhere to be found over an hour after they were supposed to be open. Obviously nobody answered the phone when I called as I could hear it ringing inside the office when I called them.

Id give zero starts if I could. I called them and was told they had the tires I needed only to arrive and be told that they didnt but would order them and have them in a week. WHILE MY TRUCK WAS ON A FLATBED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET. Thankfully my tow driver was cool and took me to Americas tires. Couldnt have been happier. Dont waste your time here, go to a professional tire shop.

Highly encourage you to avoid this tire shop!I Came here to change the tire. I was asked if I want new or used tire. The used tire seemed as a new one to me, so I told used one. We installed it and next day a got a flat tire. I had to come back and spend my time to fix it again. When they took this tire, they found out that there is nail in tire. I was like “ok, doesn’t matter just install another one”. They told that I need to pay full price again. For what ??? They started telling me that I got this nail when I drove home (I live 5minutes away) yesterday. I told that I’m not gonna pay for anything here. They just put my wheel back and let me go, continuing telling me that it was my fault and I got the nail yesterday while driving home.

Polite over the phone, they were able to order tires for the next day and get me in asap. Pleasure to deal with. Will return.

The guy used a wider tire than the rest of my tires. I went back for an exchange and he refuse to do it. He told me it was ok to use a wider tire. Now I have to travel to Texas and I can not do a long trip with a wider tire. I have to buy another one.

Horrible service. Gave a certain price before and at the end another. $40 just to fix a nail puncture in a tire. I was waiting for about an hour because they gave preference to friends who arrived after me. 2 new boys with terrible service. Me and other friends had the same problem in this store. I do not recommend this tire shop to anyone 👎

Randomly went there because I was told that I had a nail in one of my front tires Leonel gave me a good price before checking it out. However they checked both of my front tires and saw that nothing was wrong about it and refused to change my tire if nothing was wrong with it. Greatly appreciate the honesty and professionalism...I will definitely come back here if needed!

Amazing work from the guys here. Very fairly priced with a free consultation. Got my front brakes and rotors replaced in under an hour and a half! Definitely worth your time & it was best price I got in the whole Bay Area after calling every shop around.

In and out in less than 30 min.I came in thinking I needed a new tire. My front right tire completely blown out -- to the point where it was actually off the wheels. My AWD was riding on the rims for a few seconds on the freeway before I could pull over when it occurred.The mechanic inspected the tire and described the issue in detail. It sounded bad. So I asked him the price for a new tire. To my surprise, he told me that its fixable and it would only be $25, a $5 premium on their usual repair service, because of the size of the area affected. My check tire light was off within 5 min of driving off the lot.Other tire shops told me that I will need a replacement, and since my vehicle is AWD, all 4 tires needed to be replaced if one is. This place saved me $1k. Totally recommend.

My dad recommended this place, but they were never there. Called and went here two days in a roll during the week. No service. Not sure wat happened here. I did see a lot of tires.

I always have my tires mount here for 10 ea tires with out balancing which is exactly the cost if you google it, yesterday i was being charge 25 per tire with out balance, that is soo hilarious this guy think im stupid, dont go here these guys

Guy was rude and unapologetic that he lied. If I could give zero stars I would.Got a flat tire around 4pm. My car has no spare tire. So when my run flat got a hole in the sidewall, I had limited time to find a replacement. I called this guy and he said he had a replacement tire and I should come right now. So I drove right over and got there in ten minutes.When I got there I pulled up and he rudely told me no and to go away. I explained that I had just spoken with him and that he told me to come over. He said he was way too busy and said I would have to wait at least an hour at which point he would already be closed. He said if I wanted the tire to try back tomorrow. I told him my run flat wouldnt hold until tomorrow and that my car has no spare and he didnt care at all.I ended up going somewhere else last minute and putting a non run flat on instead.The next morning I called to ask if the tire he had for me was still available and he said he didnt even have that size tire in the first place.The guy was rude, and a liar. I dont even know how he stays in business.

Great people and good prices. I have no problem taking my car there, I just had a complete brake job on the front and it has no problem.

These guys were the lowest price on a flat tire repair. They were open on a Sunday and were quick to service my vehicle. Unfortunately my tire was beyond repair and they informed me that it was severely damaged. Unfortunately due to my extremely rare tire size I had to order a replacement.

They charged me $70 for a used tire, come to find out it was the wrong size than what was indicated on the sticker in my car. called back, they refused to give me a refund. he claimed “we usually show the customer before we put it on” which nobody did. interesting way to do business

I called in to ask the current wait time, the lady who answered they had no cars and it would take 10mins, it took me five minutes to get there and they were busy. I tried talking to the lady who answered the phone but she ignored me for about five minutes and then I asked how long she was rude to me and loud talked me so I left.
