I ordered packaging supplies from Dallas Packaging Supplies, and they sent me something other than what I ordered. I asked them nicely to remedy this, and instead of working with me (a long time customer) they answered very aggressively and in horrible English basically saying what they sent me is better than what I ordered, and if I have a problem with that they are ready to play dirty. Wow. Thats one way to lose a customer.
