You better call before you try to come to this location. Took a Lyft to ship 2 packages, arrived at 1:30pm on a Saturday when they should be open and they had a sign on the door that they would be back at 2pm. There is no place open to wait for them so Im literally sitting on stairs across the street outside waiting. Go somewhere else! And it is now 2:30pm and they still haven’t reopened. Unacceptable.

STAY FAR AWAY, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! Absolutely awful experiences at this location. One incident where the manager reggie, was very rude to me to the point where I felt uncomfortable going back to collect some items I’d asked to be printed.A second experience was much worse. Had a courier pick up 7 large pieces of luggage and bring them here where the shipping company we were using had been in contact with them. Pre paid shipping labels had been sent to them, they claimed not to have received them but when pushed, they had actually received multiple emails with the labels. They then tried to charge the courier to print out the pre paid labels. An associate from the shipping company also called to assess the situation and the fedex associate Hung up on him. I thank the goship associate who ensured everything was sorted out and the courier who went above and beyond and stayed an additional HOUR at this location to make sure everything was completed satisfactorily and that the luggage was handed over directly to ground transport. Again, STAY CLEAR. This place employs people who don’t know the meaning of customer service, professionalism and common courtesy.

Reginald, the office manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He said he would only accept my prepaid and labeled box if I was okay with the package being marked as damaged (Although the package was in very good shape). I had to drive down the street to a different FedEx where my package was immediately accepted. Reginald, not only gave me terrible service, but I sat there for 10 minutes while he did something on his cell phone before he even asked if he could help me. Reginald is a rude human and terrible employee. FedEx could hire a better manager off the streets.

Never actually open. Similar to the last review, whoever works there just puts up a sign saying theyll be back by some specific time but they never come back. Been by three times to drop off packages, at different times in the day, and they were closed all three times. Dont bother.

Yeah I dont really care about FedEx the company, but Wesley at this store is phenomenal at his job. Hes very patient with his customers even when we ask stupid questions.

Adrienne was FANTASTIC!! She greeted me the moment I walked in the door. She was kind, patient, informative and extremely helpful.I needed to have two forms printed and she provided me with shining customer service & follow through to get the job done.She verified that the appropriate pdfs were the forms I needed printed as well as confirmed the quantity needed.Thank you Adrienne! If you LOVE to get AWFUL customer service and talked to like your an ignorant pos and receive unnecessary attitude and be talked to crazy then you’ll definitely LOVE this storeY’all need to hire PROFESSIONAL people not rude hood ratsJust called never shipped anything before I asked about shipping rates said that it isn’t packed yet the man kept asking how big is it I said I’m not sure maybe a pound or two he continued to say that’s not what I’m asking how big is it ( with ALOT of unnecessary attitude ) I again said like a pound It’s a small object I’m not sure what you mean which he replied with rudely as possible in an elevated tone “THATS NOT HELPING ME THATS NOT WHAT IM ASKING” at this point I got upset because of his unnecessary unneeded rude ass attitude I said sir I don’t know what your asking that’s why i called with questions because I haven’t ever shipped all your asking is how big not in detail what you mean I have no idea what you mean but your rude attitude is unnecessary and you don’t need to talk to people that way he then told me have a nice day and hung up in my face I tried to call back now my calls are ignored

Horrible experience. DONT USE THIS PLACE FOR BUSINESS! Laurence was extremely rude and impolite. If you walk in and he is there, run. I would take my business 5 miles away to avoid this place and how they treat the customer. If he is the owner, hes giving Fed ex a bad name. DONT USE THIS OFFICE - THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!If Laurence is working in the store run! He probably owns it but its obvious he doesnt care. If he does not own it, shame on the owners for keeping this guy around.I went in and there was no one in the store. I waited for 20 minutes, during that time many others came in. He was rude and impolite.Bottom line is STAY AWAY from this store unless you like being treated like a fool.

The best customer service ever!!! I came to this location a year ago and experienced a bad customer service, but today, Nathaniel changed my mind about FedEx. Yes there are some professional and great guys at FedEx. Nathaniel is one of them. He was very helpful and friendly in getting my prints done. Awesome customer service. YOU ARE THE BEST!

Terrible customer service. I shipped a package a few weeks ago and lost the receipt for the tracking information. I called fedex customer care and was told the store could help me reprint the tracking information. when I went to the store, and was helped by Nathaniel. He said he didn’t have the time to go through that and I told him that I called fedex and they told me he could help me but he said he wouldn’t look it up he completely refused. Worst customer service ever!

In short, stay away from this FedEx location. I suspect they are involved in possible theft.My parents shipped me items from Dallas to Houston. The employee she dealt with at this location was not only rude, but he discouraged her from sending the box overnight. My parents proceeded to complete the address form, provided it to the employee and paid the fee. The package to this day has never arrived at my address. I spoke to the FedEx claims department roughly a dozen times and everyone seemed to read from the general script, providing no real assistance or insight into what happened with my package. Finally, I spoke to a claims agent that found it suspicious and worth noting that the employee at the Bryan location, this location, did not use the address form that my parents provided. Instead he completed a form that only listed the apartment number, city, state and zip. Obviously the package wouldnt be delivered without a complete address. However, no one at FedEx felt compelled to return the package to the sender, my parents. I believe this location to be involved in theft. They try to make it appear as if the shipper did something wrong when in fact the FedEx employees are engaged in stealing plain and simple. Im now going through the claims process which will certainly yield a predictable disappointing return. But every chance I get I tell this story in hopes that other choose another shipper instead of FedEx and I always encourage people to stay away from this location at all cost. The employee number on the receipt appears to be 1880. Thats of course if he provided the correct one.

Usually have great service in here, but today I was told that I could not use my own box that was brand new and in perfect condition for shipping my item because u-haul boxes were against FedEx policy. When questioned they took the item anyway and shipped it so errand done, but I do not appreciate employees making up their own policies on the fly. Will not be using this location anymore.

Employee talked on the speaker phone to his boss about a raise... Then proceeded to take make a short personal call about a bill. Played on his phone while we waited for my email to come through. Answered a customer call after third ring (while playing with his phone) on speaker with a sigh. I really feel bad for this guy. In addition to the unprofessional customer service, I sat for at least 20 minutes waiting for (multiply attempted) emails to be delivered to them so that I could print something, and they never came through. Successful test emails to myself prove their technology is so inefficient, Im walking out of the store with no assistance whatsoever. I dont know why I ever come to FedEx Office.

Laurence and Jaquita helped tremendously with a complex job to print, bind and ship. Laurence provided confirmation at every step and everything went off perfectly. I was really impressed with the support, this is as good as a virtual office gets.

Im not sure why everybody feels that they need to bash Lawrence. But theres other reviews he told the reflect the negative of this place. I recently dropped off of very expensive package Lawrence package it with no questions asked assisted be in every direction and answered all my questions politely I gave this place Five Stars based off my interaction and the organization itself at this location.

FedEx is almost no help at all. They no longer carry FedEx Air Bill shipping labels in their facility. I had to leave and return to my office just to get one. Once I returned to FedEx I asked if the could do an account lookup for my account number and of course they couldn’t do that either. If I ran my business as poorly as they run theirs I’d be out of business. Now let’s just hope they can get my delivery to its final destination on time - based on this experience so far, it looks doubtful.

The same guy named Lawrence simply refused to help me generate 2 prepaid Fedex envelopes. We dont do prepaid envelopes - he said to me. When I pointed out that I use prepaid fedex envelopes about twice a month, he simply repeated WE dont do prepaid envelopes.I guess this location has very selective service. Never again.

Went with 2 packages to ship but only ended up sending one when I found out the price of a large item I wanted ship. After I told him I just wanted the one sent I paid and left and walked out, but I noticed he stapled my receipt to the shipping label is cancelled. I went back in and pointed it out, he went in the back said he had accidentally switched them but had fixed it..... or so I believed. Sure enough, package went to the wrong address and I spent the next few days fixing it and apologizing to my customer as to why their rush delivery was now taking a week to get to him.

I just found out Laurence has been up-selling me on boxes i have not needed. My guess is that it is either because it is easy to take advantage of a new customer to Fed-ex that does not understand proper shipping requirements or because he is ignorant of shipping details and/or does not care to do his job efficiently. Also Laurence is unfriendly.Laurence failed to inform me that if you are a Fed-ex member than Fed-ex will send you packing materials for free upon request.

Was greeted rudely by a man behind the counter of Lawrence, after he ignored me for minutes. He was laughing by himself because he had just gave some customers some complicated instructions that did not make sense and was rude the whole time to them. Then when i told him i needed to ship a package he snatched it from me, and got mad and gave it all back to me when i told him they were multiple items. finally i got them packaged and sent off but was very weary as he was rude the entire time. The next time i went in I used this Lawrence character again, he screwed everything up from the beginning tried to overcharge me, scoffed at me, made me do useless stuff, im a long time, almost daily fed ex customer, but this 2nd time, i Took MY PACKAGE AND LEFT I DONT TRUST THIS MAN HANDLING MY STUFF OR WANT TO SHIP USING HIS SERVICES!! LOVE FED EX AND THE LOCATION OF THIS STORE BUT UNFORTUNATELY I WONT USE IT BECAUSE OF THIS HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE THAT GIVES ME UNEASINESS ABOUT PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD

The fax number they provide when you call in is wrong. When we went in to pick up the fax, the worker was extremely rude and would not admit that their number was wrong. He then sent us to a different locations which wasnt correct either. Terrible customer service and a waste of time.

Had a horrible experience today with Laurence. He was very rude and gave me a huge box to put a small purse in. He then tried to charge me $20 for everything to ship the tiny purse GROUND about 45 miles away. When I told him I no longer wanted to do it, he STILL CHARGED ME $2.50 FOR THE BOX! Never going in there again.

The manager was very rude. I was in a hurry to print a document and he purposely took his time knowing that I had to be somewhere to submit that printed document. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
