Awesome store for us pregnant gals! I was greeted, my husband was seated, and I was helped by the salesperson! She was super friendly and helpful. I tried on maybe 8 items without feeling like I was being rushed. My fitting room was started immediately and everything went smoothly from entering to the purchase. Thanks!!! Ill be going back to get my baby shower and maternity photo dresses!

Sooooo many maternity clothing options!! I felt like it was a candy store for a pregnant woman. I was able to find a great dress for my baby shower. They also sell bathing suits, night clothes, and have a decent clearance section. Military and teacher discounts are taken, and the staff was very friendly and not too pushy.

They have a very big selection of clothes and the staff is very friendly and helpful in assisting you. I was happy with the jean selection and undergarments available to choose from. Just keep in mind, the pricing is a little high, similar to Gap or New York & Co prices for comparison.

I came in looking for a dress I saw online. They didnt have it. But the two ladies in the store were very helpful and I was able to find something else that I liked even more. The area for children kept my little one entertained.

I had a really hard time finding maternity clothes that fit me right until I came here. Sales are great, huge clearance section, and the staff is very attentive and helpful not just with me but with my fiancé as well. Left feeling much more positive about my pregnancy body than I did before.

I received superb service at this location while returning a portion of an online purchase. Honestly, I wish the service at the Motherhood Maternity in Fairview was as friendly and helpful. If it wasnt such a drive, Id certainly shop here regularly.

You can almost always expect a sale on anything. Clearance is worth it when you buy it at an additional discount you just have to dig thru- designer and motherhood brands are separate so you can stay within budget.

The majority of their clothes are not big enough for a lg pregnant woman. They dont have a way of tracking what stores have so i ended up running around to 4 locations in one day trying to find just 1 pair of black slacks for work. The staff was mixed, some locations were ok and some were awful. All were extremely unhelpful. I either needed to be my size but 6ft tall or i needed to lose 30 pounds and be my real height of 5 4. Most locations are poorly stocked at that, im guessing cause of the lack of a inventory tracking system. I found what i needed online, for much cheaper, but you have to pay 15 for shipping if you want the item within 4 days. And you could not see what store had it in stock. You would think the leader in maternity clothes would make shopping easier.

Employees were very attentive without being excessive and made sure I found what I needed while offering sales. If it wasnt quite so pricey I wouldve walked out with much more, but still plan on returning for a more special occasion closer to the holidays.

I am really not sure how I remained oblivious to this store for 6 months of my pregnancy. It is very difficult to find stores locally that have a decent maternity selection and ordering online is a bet every single time. My friend took me here when I had been all over the metroplex looking for clothes. I was frustrated and upset that it was taking so much effort and then, just like that, we were in an entire store full of cltohes that covered a large variety of styles and a huge selection. Its not a small closet like the boutiques I had visited around town, it was a normal sized store.They have a great method to organizing their clothes and offering a variety of price points. They also had an expansive selection of sales attire that was really cute. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and helped to find everything we were looking for. The staff was very attentive and incredibly patient as I wandered around like a kid in a candy store. They brought us water (or juice) as we shopped and helped to find alternate sizes and styles. She even called several other stores to help me find the size I was looking for. It was so nice to be somewhere that cared about helping me find something that fit and was comfortable and treated us so incredibly nice. We were there right up until closing and never once felt rushed or unwelcome.Thanks guys! My only regret is that I have wasted SO much time hunting for clothes all over DFW over the last 6 months. I wish I had found you sooner!!

Forget the mall locations this is where you need to go. Great staff and plenty of choices.

I was there yesterday around 5:30 pm. to buy couple of things for my wife since we just had a baby. both the store sales representatives (an african american lady and a guy) didnt know what customer service is. when I walked there were no greeting, they were just talking to each other and didnt even bother to welcome me or just even to say Hi. I walked towards them and asked for the item that I needed. they showed the item to me and walked away, they didnt even bother to help me out with the items. I waited few minutes nobody came back to assist me, they were just doing their own thing. it was too much for me so I just walked out without buying anything. I would have bought several items if they were atleast nice enough to assist me. So I wont be stopping at this one anymore, neither anybody who would want to go to a place where they have good customer service.

I must not have been showing enough for the sales staff to feel that I need assistance. I had a horrible experience at this store. When I explained to one of the sales staff that I was looking for a bathing suite, they commented, You certainly dont look like you need one. I was a little taken aback by this but continued and explained that I was taking a trip in the next few weeks to Costa Rica. They helped me with locating the swim suits in my size but then walked away to go talk with one of the other sales staff. I found a changing room and after trying on some of the suits, I found I was missing some pieces and the ones that I could try on didnt fit well. I went out and had to interupt the conversation between two of the sales staff to get additional help finding what else I needed. After trying on the other items, I was still not pleased with the fit. One of the sales staff asked how it was going, and I commented that it was not going so well since they didnt seem to fit well. She came in the room and asked what the issue was. I explained that the two piece bottoms hugged too tight causing a muffin top around my waist. She then explained that it was low because when I have a belly, a belly from baby not the belly I had now, that it would be in a more comfortable spot. She then said I was just not far enough along and that I was just big but not big with baby. Never once did she ask how far along I was so assumed I was just not far enough along. Again, I was a bit offended by her comment but continued, explaining that the one pieces fit me on the bottom well, but the tops werent supportive enough. She then just said, well, youre just big. Then spent some time explaining that bathing suits for pregnant women arent made to fit pregnant women well, and that it is almost impossible to find one that fits well when your pregnant since the body changes so much. At that point I was convinced that I wasnt going to be able to find any clothes that were proportioned right for my body, let alone a bathing suit. I also felt that because I wasnt far enough along that the staff didnt feel like I needed as much assistance. It was a very dissappointing experience. The next day, I went to Motherhood Maternity in Denton, TX and had an amazing experience. I spent over $200 that trip and will be going back there many more times in the next 4 months. The Destination Motherhood store on 635 has lost my business as well as receiving a bad review from me when talking to my friends and family. This location can learn a lot from the Motherhood Maternity location in Denton. I live in Plano, Tx and am willing to drive to the further location in order to get the better service.
