Ive been a hearing air wearer for over 30 years. Ive also been a loyal (well almost loyal) Hearing Aid Express customer for most of those 30 years. Ive tried a couple of other places over the years thinking I could beat the price or get a better deal but I always go back to HAE. They have treated me great. I cant express how happy I am with them. I now go to the Marsh Lane store in Dallas and I work with Vicki. Shes the best ever to work with. Ill never go to another specialist again. I have been going to Hearing Aid Express on Marsh Lane in Dallas for at least 25 years. I love the staff and especially Vicki Ford West. They are like and treat me like a family member. Vicki is very professional and educates me on the latest technology in the hearing aid world. This is very important to me since my career deals with the public on a daily basis. Hearing Aid Express has been great. I have gone there for years and have been satisfied on each visit. The staff is very pleasant, helpful and courteous. They are always willing to clean my hearing aids, change the ear piece and even check my ears for wax.

Great!! Best hearing aid fitting in Dallas. Will work with you to make sure aid fits properly ~ also really up on current aids ~ especially the ones that work with Apples iphone ~ can stream to ears while talking on phone or listening to TV or music. The best!!

This is a very professional operation. Service is excellent, product knowledge superior, problem solving above the norm, friendly and helpful staff who communicate well with each other. Receptionist has great telephone voice...Im sure it helps bring people in. Have had great success with the hearing aids purchased and serviced...have recommended to others. And theyre bilingual!!

The entire staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile right when we walked in the door. They are very knowledgeable and honest and we really felt they were there to help us out. I highly recommend them!

Had my hearing aids programmed by Maria Maturino on Friday and the programming didnt work as only one of 6 programs was functional and it was wrong (way too loud). Called the next business day to have them re-programmed and Maria said sure come in at 11:00 and Ill fix you up. I was appalled when she charged me the full price to fix what wasnt done right the first time! I said to her: are you sure you want to charge me for something you did WRONG? She said yes and was insistent, so I paid and told her and the manager(who was listening) that I would never use them again for anything. This was outrageous and I will shop elsewhere from now on.

I have been a customer of HAE for many years. I have always been treated as the employees friend every time I visit them. All of the staff are wonderful. Both of my parents used HAE & they always received the same warm service as I have. I have had no problems with my hearing aids ( just bought my 3rd. set of hearing aids ). I recommend them to anyone who is having hearing difficulties. Its amazing to hear & understand conversations.

It is indeed my pleasure to endorse the wonderful service and attention to any of my needs for over the last 20 years from Vicki West and ALL the staff at the Hearing Aid Express location at 11888 Marsh Lane. She keeps me aware of the many improvements since I first was tested many years ago. I am 78 years old and suffer from severe High frequency hearing loss. I presently use a pair of Resound hearing aids, equipped with a Bluetooth feature so I can hear any phone calls in BOTH my ears and also a Resound TV attachment that lets me listen to my TV without having to turn up the volume to disturb others. My present set is around three years old and working wonderful. Yes, of course these are improved versions available today, however since I live on a fixed income I will just have to wait a while to take advantage of the new ones, HOWEVER, Vicki has offered to let me try the newest ones any time I want to.
