He works with you every step of the way to ensure that you are satisfied and achieve the outcome you are looking for. The entire office is completely patient and satisfaction centered. Walked me through everything step by step and he really showed how much he cares for his patients and their overall health. I had been wearing hearing aids purchased from a big box store for years and, yet, was never able to clearly understand speech. At a recent check-up, my internist, Dr. Michael Valachovic at Baylor Scott & White, referred me to Miller Audiology. I was skeptical that another set of hearing aids would be of much use to me and was wary of stepping into a hard-sales pitch. Nonetheless, trusting my internist, I made and kept an appointment with Dr. Steven Miller. i discovered him to be thoroughly professional in every regard. He performed extensive tests of my hearing. He diagnosed that my brain is highly deficient in hearing and interpreting consonant sounds. It is this deficit that has been preventing me from understanding so many spoken words. He fitted me with a loaner pair of customized hearing aids that are produced by a renowned European manufacturer. The improvement they make in my ability to understand speech is astounding. These hearing aids have too many state-of-the-art features to mention here. Equally important is this firms commitment of long-term support in the form of periodic adjustments to my hearing aids, warranty of the product, and other intangibles of having a professional audiologist on whom to rely. My wife is a pleased as I with my improved hearing. She no longer has to repeat herself or raise her voice when speaking to me. On the other side of this coin, I can no long claim a defense of not understanding what she wants me to do.

Lovely group of professionals to work with. My husband was so hesitant to make an appointment saying they will always say you need hearing aids.
