Not a bad place but I would never buy a gun from them again. Purchased a gun and was told it came with (3) 15 round magazines and when I got home I noticed it had (1) 15 round mag and (2) 10 round magazines. Not a big deal but when I called and explained to the salesperson what had happened he promised to make it right and mail me 15 round magazines. He also promised a follow up call on Monday because it was close to closing time. I never received that phone call nor the magazines. I purchased my new firearm from them because of the poor customer service from Cabelas, it wasnt a much better option.

I took my wife and two girls shopping today and we stopped in at Beretta in Highland Park to look for a birthday gift for me.After selecting a few gifts for others, we waited in line behind just one shopper for 15 minutes - NEVER acknowledged until a very nice Mr Mays cane to our rescue.So the rude sales gentleman working at the front register, not the one in back selling firearms or Mr Mats, have a very poor Berrta experience to our family.

I have made several purchases from the Beretta Gallery. People are always great and they did a great job setting up my over-under shotgun just how I wanted it. No fuss, no debates, just helpful with your questions and then do what you ask.

Polite and helpful staff. Even waived my FFL transfer fee for Christmas.

Excellent service. Twice have brought guns in for repair in 2 years. Have yet to be charged as both times was something very minor with gun. Would recommend anyone with a Beretta to come here first for repairs.

I know the gallery isnt the regular retail side but every site I can find thats associated with the name will have to be guilty by association. Very unresponsive. Their IK-231476 analog muffs are junk. They never returned a single phone call. I purchased because of the name. Apparently they arent the same company as in my fathers generation. Quality can suck, just make a buck! I guess you cant post with 0 stars.

Every time I am in the area, I try to swing by. I have made several purchases and everyone is friendly and helpful. Some items very pricey, but you are buying quality. Half of my wardrobe is from Beretta! I have purchased one firearm from the Gallery and hope to buy another one soon! To all the bad reviews about item pricing: just like with electronics, you get what you pay for. Beretta is a company that has been in business for over 500yrs. Very trusted with superb quality.

I am a Beretta fan for the past 40+ years. Excited to discover a Beretta Gallery right down the street from my sons University. The merchandise was spectacular. However, unlike everywhere else in Texas, the employees were rude and unwelcoming. What an absolutely disappointing experience. I am still a Beretta fan. I am not a Beretta Gallery Dallas fan.

Great firearms by Beretta, amazing clothing, art, jewelry and much more. Beretta gallery also carries signed copies of Texas Aa I See It, the coffee table book.
