Great experience. Our server was Manuel. we went in during lunch time. They had good options on the menu. The food was very tasty and better than expected portion size. The ambience was nice, but there werent many people in there. I think this place gets busier for dinner. Definitely going back for dinner.

Went here for the first time to meet friends for happy hour and let me tell you I was blown away by this place. They probably have the best happy hour menu Ive seen in DFW yet. The drinks werent the normal water down ones you get at happy hours they were awesome. And the appetizers were off the charts good. Youve got to try that meat thats been aged so long its phenomenal and the place is beautiful. Bartender was friendly with good conversation will definitely be back to this place.

Very authentic spanish dishes, the restaurant was small, quaint and modern with a lively crowd. They have an upstairs bar/lounge and patio on both levels. We definitely went with plan to try the the cured meats, that is a must! We had the spanish olives, anchovies, jamon croquettes, burrata salad, octopus and the jamon experience which offers three choices of their premium ham and paired it with a cheese and baguette platter. Everything we had was delicious, would have liked a spread or a fresh element to go with our meat and cheese selections. For dessert you must try the spanish cheesecake, it was decadent but not overly sweet and fresh made. Overall a great experience, and excellent service from Manuel, will definitely be back!

Fantastic brunch! What a fantastic experience for Sunday brunch. The service was attentive and friendly. We chose Estrella Damn and a mimosa for our drinks. The beer was cold, light and smooth. The mimosa was well balanced with just a splash of juice. We started with the Spanish Boquerones. They were delicate, served with a flavorful cilantro, lemon and olive oil dressing. Our next dish was the Galician Octopus served with crispy potatoes. The octopus was two large, tender tentacles with smoked paprika and delicious. The shrimp & a asparagus omelette was beautiful and savory. It was served open faced, similar to a crepe, with perfectly cooked shrimp and tender asparagus. The Ibérico Benedict was creamy, rich and lovely. It took Benedicts to a new level. The chocolate croquettes were crispy delights filled with warm, melty, decadent dark chocolate. A cappuccino balanced the richness of the croquettes perfectly. A completely delightful, relaxing Sunday respite. We look forward to our next visit.

Good restaurant for tapas and drinksFood: Overall the food was good, but not exceptional. The calamari and croquettes were worth trying, but not the potato Spanish omelette. The pork was good, but nothing earth shattering. The paella had a great flavor, but the rice did not have a sear. So the texture was off. I like the two cocktails that we tried. We had 3 appetizers, 2 mains and 3 drinks which costs us about 150 dollars including tip.Service: Very kind and helpful.Decor and atmosphere: Place looks great. But some customers can be quite lively.Bottom line: While it did not break into my top 10 restaurants in Dallas, it’s solid place to get some good Spanish tapas. If you are in the mood for some Spanish good, give this place a try.

I think the paella for 2 is over priced. 1 shrimp each and a couple of mussels over rice. I also tried the crispy pork and it wasnt crispy at all and also priced way more than comparable restaurants. Skip both and go for the tapas. Atmosphere is nice and the rest of the cuisine is tasty and reasonably priced.

This is the most ridiculous and unprofessional restaurant in dallas the manager or so called manager Zeno is very not capable. I had a party here first of all the air-conditioning was terrible it was extremely hot and the host had no other alternative.secondly the food was at best average However I felt like the team was by all means trying to hustle me as the tried several time to hike the price of their drinks and everything else @ every opportunity they had. Excellent service. We ordered pick up got everything on time and as promised. We also learned a lot while there, like Dallas is currently the only US location currently and will have a second location in Miami soon, but they have many world wide. Easy parking. Your able to see you meal being prepared behind a large window if you dine in. Suggest business casual attire and reasonable cost of under $100 for dinner for two at this wonderful restaurant. That was for two portions of thier highest priced item on the menu plus 3 other dishes including dessert. I recommend the chocolate croquettes!! They also offer a selection of other items great for gifting or indulging in as you enter. We will be back to try more dishes very soon! Great for dates too.

I would like to give 5 stars but the reason I did not, was the service, the inattentive waiter, he had no suggestions about the menu when we asked him, he had no knowledge of the food that is served, he said that he only put the food in the table. Sun, 8/8/’21 - PARKING was a little challenging. With tip, tax, to go deli ham and meal, my total was $135 for just me. ENTRANCE: First, I carefully reviewed the menu. I was greeted right away, hospitable. SERVICE: is wonderful, friendly and professional, ask for Manuel the waiter – great good guy. The two deli ham ladies brought me samples of the famous ham Iberico and kindly informed me of the three types; I chose ½ pound of the $ “reservado” and “bellota”. FOOD: YES, Excellent at these exclusive price points. Only one disappointment: the Cesar salad with anchovies was way too salty; solution would be to use half the amount of the most generous shavings of the high-quality parmesan cheese. Also, Cesar salad was drowned in real Cesar dressing and only needs half the amount of dressing; I need to also taste the lettuce. Wish they would use their own bread for croutons instead of plain pretzel bits. IMPRESSIVE highest quality; home-made from scratch; and they use fresh REAL food. (They do NOT use fake artificial food or food from a chemist’s laboratory that has been canned or frozen with chemicals, nitrates, sodium and preservatives shipped across the nation. Other places use disgusting “rubber” meat. Other places use fake artificial so-call cheese made from processed oils.) Wow WONDERFUL, Enrique Tomas uses expensive REAL food. I also ordered and enjoyed the sliced ham Iberico and cheese appetizer; the octopus entree was tender and cooked to perfection with amazing potatoes (Not spicey hot) in sweet red paprika. This establish performs, delivers and EXCELS. This restaurant gets an A. The ATMOSPHERE and decor are too cool chique style.

If I could give this place a- 5stars I would. I brought all my friends here for my birthday thinking it would be a great experience. The serve was rude and ignored our requests. The food was below average and when it came time to pay he brought one single bill when we requested individual checks. 30 minutes after we began paying he brought a SECOND bill that was $100 extra. We spoke to the manager about the situation and he said he wouldnt charge us the $100. The server came back and still charged one of us an extra $25 without even asking. He simply out it on our bill. Needless to say it was the WORST birthday dinner Ive ever had.

Terrible experience from the minute we arrived.Firstly, the waiter at the front desk had no clue if there was a table for us or not, then he tells me maybe I can just wait as my tableIs not ready. Then he directs me to the upstairs area where there was a party / function happening and sits me on a bar table and tells me that’s where I’m having dinner. When I refused he then takes me downstairs to speak to his “general manager”When approached by me, he very rudely says my table is not ready and I have to take the table upstairs where the party is. I said I booked dinner with my husband, and I would like a dining table. He then starts to tell me how the world has Covid19 and they can’t accommodate me. And said: I can’t accommodate you even though you made a booking online!!!Then I said I booked a table I’d like to be seated somewhere. He then tells me “ you can book another night if you are not happy with the table upstairs”!!!I had to get upset, and distressed by this so called general manager. Who sent me upstairs again, to get a drink while my tableIs ready. Then he mumbles to his waiter friend ; you can tell and complain all you like I don’t give a s%##T!!!!Thinking I had not heard. What a rude human being. And working at a restaurant??? That’s a joke!As soon as I walk the stairs again, they then tell me my table is ready. This is simply disgraceful that your restaurant/ business think they can go on WITHOUT Customers.I have never been so badly treated in a restaurant in Dallas before. If I was the owner of this establishment- I would carefully choose who your “general manager” is. Hence he went hiding when I asked to speak with him again when my husband was there. He never came back.Absolutely TERRIBLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME -Food was average too.

The food and service are generally good, but I dont get why they dont promote Spanish wines when they have wine promotionals (seems like there are instead trying to sell inventory that is obsolete). The upstairs bar, which we used to love (including the great DJ), has turned into a trashy college party. Unless they change the concept, this place wont last. I wish it was differently managed. Even the bouncers seems tired of the drunk college kids (btw, who needs bouncers ar a supposedly upscale restaurant?). At least, I wont take my friends from Madrid again.

First we did a reservation for 4 people and they gave us a table for two (thanks GOD our friends were late), they dont have the bottle of wine we choose from the menu and the waitress was mad because we took time to pick another one. It looks like they took the waitresses from the old restaurant (Mesero) and dont trained well with the concept. The food is not real Spanish food or at least poorly elaborated. And the cherry on top was seeing one of the waitresses (an Asian one), cleaning a table with water from our tap water bottle he took from our table minutes before. Of course we leave the restaurant as soon as we can and we dont come back or recommend this place to anyone! Go and expend your time and money in good places in Dallas (there are really good ones)!

My best friend and I were so excited to come try ET. This was her first outing and my second since the pandemic, so 5 months. Everything started off great, and honestly the food was amazing. There’s only one reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, so read on. We tried almost everything, way too much food for two but we were hungry, and craving outside world food. We are both lovers of tapas. First, we tried the mushroom croquettes, which were AMAZING. We also tried the olives, which were good, nothing wildly amazing. We tried the manchego cheese dip, which oh my gosh, so good, the presentation was beautiful too! We then tried the patatas bravas, but asked for the jamón shavings on the side because I don’t eat meat. They were good, I’ve had better but nothing there to complain about. We then asked for paella, but asked for no seafood and substituted veggies instead, they came back and said it was made with I want to say chicken broth, so we changed our minds. We ordered the Mediterranean salad, which was incredibly fresh, my friend got the cantaloupe with jamón, which she liked! Needless to say again, a lot of extra food but we had to try everything we were craving. I WISH there had been a vegetarian option for the paella, but everything else was very well worth the visit. Now for the only downside; our waiter seemed nice, when we first got there, we were the only ones there trying to avoid crowds. My friend mentioned this was her first time out, and he went on to talk about how after nov 3rd the Covid-19 issue would be resolved, obviously hinting at the election. My friend was very clear that she’d rather be as safe as possible and not keep going out until there was some kind of vaccine, he went on to say that the influenza vaccine took 27 years to come about, he even asked if we’d rather live with faith and not wait that long or live in fear. My friend has two small kids, and she was very clear in how being safe is more important than anything. He was a bit combative and sort of annoying. These are trying times for everyone, and you’re entitled to your opinion, and honestly while he was trying to get us to have faith and go out, I was just trying to get to my patatas. This was our first time out together since the pandemic and we’ve clearly read and heard enough about elections and faith and whatever else, so we weren’t interested in his strong willed opinion. We left a nice tip and suggested on our note “please don’t talk about politics”, and left. As we walked to our vehicles, the general manager came out after us and apologized, so I appreciated that. Let’s leave politics, personal opinions, and religion out of our meals please. We will be back, and hope for a more neutral waiter next time!
