Woke up having a bad day this morning. I forgot my bill was due and missed a very important call due to a non payment. I know it was my mistake so was pretty upset with myself. Walked in to this location to process my payment was greeted with a very warm and nice smile. I can honestly say this young lady knows the exact definition of customer service. We had a very heart warming conversation after my bill was payed. I can say that for a couple minutes i forgot that i was even upset. Round of applause for this young lady keep up the good work Ms.Tracey!! Will be back anytime i need help and to pay my bill hopefully on time! Had a great day after leaving this place.

Came in to look for a case for my old motorola and the representative offered me an awesome deal i could not say no to. So apparently after 90 days of purchasing a phone you can qualify for an upgrade. So basically you get a way better phone for a cheaper price than its normal price. Walked out with a Samsung A10e for an amazing price. Plus she gave me the case and screen protector for half price. I am very pleased because i was never told i could even upgrade after 90 days. Super satisfied with the service i was giving by this lady i believe her name was Tracey. Definitely will be making this my Metro store to pay my phone bill. And let me tell you this store was extremely nice smelled like clean form the moment i opened the door she was so kind she offered me a water bottle as i waited for my new phone to be activated. Plus their purple couch is very comfortable.

Love the young man name Sherry. that works here he is always willing to cut you a deal and take care of you!!! Best metro in this area to go to the others are rude and dont take time.Even gives out food on some days and has cookouts in front of store.

Was in the area doing some shopping for my store and noticed this Metro By T-mobile so decided to stop by and check it out. Immediately was wowed by the way this store is set up. Hands down like no other. Long story short ended up taking them up on their 50% off on accessories walked out with a new phone case a Bluetooth head set and a new car charger that was very much needed. Will recommend anyone to come and check this guys out they are amazing.

Highly recommend this place. Saw a promotion deal they posted on Facebook about their accessories being 50% off. Walked in to see their stock and these guys have some awesome stuff. Got 50% like they promised on their post and got amazing customer service.

Good products. Worth the drive. I live about 30 minutes away from this location but i assure you its way better than the one i have 3 minutes away from home.
