Got my delivery order wrong on Ubereats. I called and they at least admitted it and offered a replacement but I would have to go there in person to pick it up. I don’t have time unfortunately. Also, unfortunately the order I received was not good at all. Won’t be ordering again.

Today, I went in and got yogurt. I’ve been in there a few times lately and the service was a lil shotty. But today, it was great. The lady at the front was right there waiting to help me and also very courteous. I was definitely impressed!!!

This is one of my personal favorites. I love the soft serve as well as the toppings. Im giving this a 4 star because the ice cream selection wasnt too big compared to places like Baskin robins, still would recommend it though.

The yogurt is pretty good. But I just cant get over how dirty it feels. The place just seems a little neglected. It makes me wonder if they clean the machines as well as they should. I dont think Ill be back.

Wonderful lil dessert shop that the wife and I enjoyed after dinner. Good selections and good service was a bit slow so service was a little laid back but overall good place for a quick dessert. 🍨🍧🍦🎂

I Heart Yogurt...super nice owner and friendly staff!!Went here for dessert after eating at Craft for dinner. The owner was really nice. He stayed open for a group of us, so my friend can get an order of the blue velvet cake. The desserts are delicious. Cookies are chewy and yummy. Not too sweet. Visited on Sunday afternoon and really enjoyed it. Store was spotless and they were really practicing all safety procedures. Yogurt was super good!

The frozen yogurt is amazing and so are the toppings. But the staff there seemed to want to be on her phone more than bring out a can of whipped cream for the kiddos to spray on top of their Froyo. Also, the place smelled like they mopped with dirty bleach water saved from days before.

THE place to go for ice cream and desserts! Good thing Im not really a sweet tooth type of person, but boy am I glad I live close by, this way when I do have a craving for some yummy dessert or ice cream, I become like a little baby crying for some I Heart Yogurt!!!My favorite is hands down the Blue Velvet Cake... I mean with that cake, Im up for the blues any day, bring it on!

Found street parking in residential area.Both times I came here, the line was long. Seating is also limited, and the interior is small.Huge selection of shakes, malts, ice cream, coffees, and of course, I Heart Yogurt (and choice of flavors). Red Velvet Poppers were so adorable.Good service, good selection, tasty treats.

I love this place but when it comes to customer service its the worst. Ive been to this location many times and its great until I decided to go in the morning service its horrible a few weeks back I stopped by and the opening staff was eating at the location which I dont mind but before she started eating her breakfast or lunch she needs to make sure to have fruit bar ready for us customers to enjoy, I asked if she had any fruit available she said no so left disappointed because I had to eat my frozen yogurt without toppings, so I gave it another try today and same thing no frui bar ready!!! it was 11:10 she was barely setting up her cash register, she didnt even greeted and I had to wait for a few min for her to realize I had a question. I asked her how long it will take her to have it ready she said 30min !!!!! So plan your visit after 12.

Ive been twice now and thats enough. Ive tried shakes and cookies both time and just found myself disappointed in having stood in a long line and paid a premium price. The cookies were so sweet they lacked flavor. The shakes lacked an essential which is simplicity. A shake or malt should be a smooth creamy affair. Milk puts so much nuts and other crunchy sugar candies that its like having halo-halo. I keep my sugar intake low so when I splurge I want it done right. I would have been happier at baskin robins.

I have tried several fro yo places and by far this is the very best in I have tried staff is so nice clean and yogurt actually tastes way better so take my word dont waste your time or money going anywhere else I love I heart yogurt !!!!!!!

I normally love this place.. i take kids often after schoolthe last three days we went and walked outthey are out of chocolate sauce.. i asked lady atcounter every time.. she shrugged and says she has no refill..Well report to someone to bring more. obvious she is not interested!!That is bad customer service.

I read some of the reviews here and am convinced its for the wrong place. Some of the things said dont make sense for this location and thats why i decided to write my own review. I love love this place. I come here at least once a week with my kids. They have new flavors every week. Lots of toppings choose from . I definitely recommend i heart yogurt!

Put out the street sign so people can see you are open

Hi, my friends and I encountered an unprofessional and dramatic employee. After sampling one flavor, I decided to purchase toppings. This lady slapped the topping spoon out of my friend’s hand and proceeded to curse at her using the F word, which i find very disturbing and unacceptable. Then, to make matters worse, this woman told my troubled friend, who suffers from self-esteem issues that we resembled elementary aged students, and acted completely discusted.

This is a Starke must that you cant miss when driving through. Think classic 50s or 60s drive thru. It has great ice cream that is super creamy. Very inexpensive.

I can almost 100 percent say this place is so clean and staff is so friendly some of these reviews are for the wrong yougurt place there’s never a long line there’s no parking in residential area . There is another yogurt place down in the other shopping area and I know for a fact it is getting confused with I heart yogurt it is right next to the older movie theatre . I go here weekly with my kids never ever not once a bad experience ... FIVE STAR....

My friends and I showed up at 9:18 pm tonight (1/7/18) knowing that this location closed at 10 pm. When as we arrived, a group was leaving. As we tried to enter, the female employee locked the door in our faces WITH A SMILE. 40 minutes before it was supposed to close. She then got in her car and drove off before we even left the parking lot. Ive never left a bad review for anywhere before, but this was not okay.

THAT ONE STAR IS A N E G A T I V E STAR!! The manager RENDA who “manages” this location is absolutely RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! Whoever hired her, I’m sorry that you were fooled by her 2face self! She does not know how to have a conversation without looking at you like you are from a different planet! No respect what so ever!! I loved Iheartyogurt but believe me that THANKS TO HER I WILL NEVER STEP A FOOT IN ANY IHEARTYOGURT LOCATION!! Save your money because it is better off being spent elsewhere! Ohh & let’s not forget EDHITA! You ask her for even the simplest question & she gives me just as much ATTITUDE as RENDA! Horrible service hands down!! Please change these individuals as all they will cause is more loss of business.

Has a good selection of flavors and toppings. The place is always clean.

Seems like a reoccurring issue with this place closing earlier than the posted hours. Doesnt matter if you arrive 10, 20, 30 or even 40 minutes before closing time theyll either lock the doors or purposely put away the add ons to the froyo. Save some time/money and go somewhere else for froyo!

Horrible service at this place its literally empty and the time in order for you to get checked out is insanely long

The yogurt is good but it feels a little heavier compared to pinkberry. Also, not a very large selection of toppings.

They hace a decent frozen yoguet selections but they were a little runny, good variety of toppings available, overall not bad...but not the best.
