I ordered my wedding cake from Cheesecake Royale and was so pleased with the results! I was able to choose from a variety of flavor combinations and they were so patient with me through the whole process. In the end the cake came out beautiful and so delicious! We are still receiving compliments on it from family almost a year later.The shop is also great to stop in and get great treats. I havent tried a thing that I dont like.

We had ordered their tiramisu and it was great so I decided to order a cheesecake for a graduation lunch. I had called ahead to ask for a graduation decoration and after a borderline annoyed/condescending phone service response, they said they could do it for me.Well, when I got there and asked to pick up the cheesecake I was rudely told oh yeah, YOURE the graduation order. I politely described the decoration I wanted again because she had not made it. I waited 40 minutes for a small fondant piece to be made all for it to break on the drive home despite me carefully handling it. The fondant hadnt set and because it was placed in a plastic container, it bent and cracked. I couldnt use it for the lunch and was very upset bc I waited so long for it.Just overall disappointed in the customer service.

First time there. I was looking for Tiramisu for my sons birthday. I bought a cup for taste testing. It was perfect!!! Really great coffee flavor and perfect texture. I bought the pan. Really friendly woman told me about their fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it.

LOVE this place! New fave. The woman working was so cute and attentive!!! We got the petit fours and a slice of Black Forest cake, 10/10. So moist?? So flavorful??? So soft???? I am in love. Everything looked so cute; it was such a treat!

Amazing! I’ve been a fan for almost 20 years. There is no need to enjoy any other cheesecake. I recommend the sampler for your first visit but turtle is my favorite. Cheesecake Royale won’t disappoint. It’s the best!!!!

We love this family owned business! Shelia the owner is such a lovely person and we love supporting her. Their cheesecake is more affordable than Cheesecake Factory and exponentially better. We love their sampler cheesecake, our son requests it for his birthday every year. Their brownies are also fantastic.Parking is easy with a lot in front of the store. You can call ahead and order or walk in. This would be a fun place to go after a day at the arboretum.

If your looking for the good, heavy, homemade cheesecake not going to find it here. If you want the light fluffy kind at the buffet your in luck. And for $4.50 you’ll get a tiny little piece. If you want great go to Saltgrass. Fantastic cheesecake. Now the cakes at Cheesecake Royal are very good.

I really enjoy the New York cheesecake and I think the rich flavor itself made it the the best cheesecake in Dallas (better than Val’s anyway). The environment is soothing and the owner is really pleasant.

Goodness I just left from there and purchased the Italian Cream Cake balls and NY plan cheesecake... When it comes to sweets I’m very hard to please because I’ve had some not so good cakes and cheesecake. But goodness those cake balls were so delicious and soft I’ll have to keep you guys in mind for my kids birthday in March..... I was highly pleased... I haven’t tried my cheesecake yet so we will definitely update about the cheesecake soon.

Stopped by...The lady was really helpful, I bought a cheesecake and a few cakeballs! The cakeballs were fantastic not overly sweet and so tasty ! My husband is beyond hooked on the cheescake! We will be back very soon!

I went in to get some sweets for a bridal shower Im throwing for my friend. Mark was super helpful on the phone when I called in and when I came in he assisted me in finding exactly what I needed for this event. Best cakes in Dallas. We have been buying cakes here for family and business events for long time. Always satisfied with product and service. Most rescent order was an Italian Cream cake for our moms birthday party. Love this place and this family. They are so pleasant to shop with.

Im so in love with this place .The place has the best cheesecakes. There is so much of variety and theres truly no flavor that is not prepared by this bakery.I got a blueberry cheesecake for my mom on her birthday from this bakery.She was so delighted to have it .Not only it looked really beautiful , but also it tasted so good.Since then , Ive been their regular customer and visit them frequently. Ive tried so many of their cheesecakes and everything has a perfect amount of sweetness and softness.

So creamy, so indulgent, so delicious... do yourself a favor and get one of the samplers, it’s a great way to try a lot of flavors. It’s hard to pick a favorite but the Black Forrest, key lime, and turtle were probably my top three!I would say though that I like a thicker crust and the crust was rather thin on the cheesecake but that is a preference thing and has nothing really to do with the overall quality!

Get the sampler, you will love it.

This is the Best Cheesecake In Dallas. Many years ago, this cheesecake was in the Neiman Marcus Christmas Catalogue. I shipped a cheesecake to San Antonio for Mothers day!! Stopped in today after months of driving by. I was not disappointed, the cheesecake was delectable. I had a slice of the cookies and cream and it was delicious. Be sure to ask if there are anymore slices in the freezer as there were only a couple out front.

Yum!! We got four little cake bonbons (chocolate and red velvet) and a slice of spumoni cheesecake. The cake bonbons were very moist, decadent, and artfully decorated. I was amazed by the perfection. The spumoni cheesecake was also absolutely amazing, we both inhaled it. Ive never had anything like it! We will definitely be visiting more often (very interested in trying the tiramisu).

The cheese cake was not fresh as stated...it was made almost a month ago...and it messed my birthday up because I expect a fresh cake...had to go and purchase one else where...and when I asked for a refund they gave me a replacement cheese cake tht was the exact same. They keep them in a freezer and tht is not considered fresh do not go here

I made my first purchase here today- a Reeses Peanut Butter & Chocolate cheesecake for my sons 16th birthday and I am IN. LOVE. The inside is very clean and well decorated, the man that served me (owner? manager? not sure really, but I would guess Owner) was incredibly nice, personable and professional. Their menu is full of tempting treats and all VERY reasonably priced. This will definitely NOT be my only stop- I will visit again, and I suspect, often! Overall- QUITE IMPRESSIVE!edit: Finally made it back today (June 26, 2020)for another birthday cheesecake! My sons girlfriend turns 16 this weekend and we were thrilled to be able to get her one of these delicious cheesecakes this year; she chose her favorite flavor- the cookies n cream cheesecake. Thank you for helping us make two 16th birthdays great!*They are currently offering curbside pickup as well as in store shopping and pick up (facemask required). I was glad I chose to go inside because I ended up buying some delicious looking banana bread for my husband too.

I have gotten dozens of cakes from this bakery over the years. The Tres Leches is AMAZING as are all of the cheesecakes. They occasionally run out of sizes and flavors, but I can always find something that suits the occasion.

I recently ordered a cake for 80 people and had awful reviews from my invitees. I was pretty embarrassed! The cake was melting in the middle of the party, Im not sure if it was supposed to be fondant but had patches and it was supposed to have my sons pictures around it, but the pictures were backwards and if I say they were an inch is too big. I gave this place a one star because no vomited.

Horrible parking and the cheescake was well below average. I ordered both they key lime,and origianal with blueberry topping. Pretty dry and not creamy at all. Ive had better Jello instant cheescakes. The male attendee was very helpful and friendly. The tiramisu was pretty good. Perhaps the name should be Tiramisu Royale..Dissappointing.

My husband and I went in and the only thing they had out was a few cake balls and a snickers brownie. On the menu they had all sorts of desserts, I wanted the 3 layer mousse cake but they only had Italian creme cake. On top of all that the lady at the front was VERY RUDE!!!!! We will NEVER go back!

I didnt get a chance to buy anything because first of all as soon as I walked in 3 ladies were standing on the back and saw me walking in, and I still waited about 5 minutes to be asked what I wanted to buy, the customer service was bad and one of the ladies even rolled her eyes at me for not deciding what I was really looking for. Forgot to mentioned this was my first and last time walking into this place
