If I could give zero stars I would have. We used this company to build a new dental office. The quality work they do is horrible and the standards are low. They do not stand by their work and what should have taken a couple of months took over 9 months to complete. I will NEVER recommend and I will NEVER use this company or Scott Perry again. When I had issues with the equipment they installed they would get an attitude with us and say we broke something. Then they send us bills when it should have been a warranty repair. HORRIBLE company and HORRIBLE OWNER. Attached are just a couple pictures of the work. One of the tile work and one of the bad paint jobs. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT QUALITY!!!!

I used SWMD to build out both of my offices; one in 2000 and the other in 2016. My experience with them was above and beyond on both occasions. I can highly recommend them!! Dr. Mark Davis

This is a TERRIBLE company. We hired them to do our office remodel and we have had CONSISTENT PROBLEMS even years after. The only do INCOMPLETE WORK and have caused re-occuring issues in our office. I would highly advise anyone thinking about using this company to RUN in the other direction if you do not want to have the constant headache of having to deal with the unprofessional staff, promises made and never delivered and incomplete work that you have to pay thousands later to complete by another company that is actually trustworthy. I only wish I had done more research before hiring them, but hopefully future possible clients will do their homework and chose another company.

Used them once liked it. Used them twice, liked it. Third time, they wont come out, wont cancel. When I called to reschedule, the manager Nikki was very rude and seemed like to not want any business. I told my doctor and he called and she was very rude to him also. My doctor asked for the owner or someone higher to speak to, she doesnt comply and hang up. Where is the owner ?????

Southwest Medical and Dental has been in business 26 years and they have always taken care of their clients. I dont understand these negative reviews, they have never been a construction company Im very confused.
