Good quality, no problems, just wish they had some form of digital tracking so we can check cases online. :)

This is the worst lab Ive ever worked with. The communication is terrible, through phone or email. They are slow getting their products back to our office.

My dental office said it would take up to two weeks for my implant to arrive. 3 1/2 weeks later, no implant and all I hear is it is out of their control since its in the hands of the lab and they have no way to know when Reliable will get the work done. In the past when my regular dentist had a crown made it only took a couple of days. Very slow and no updates.

My appointment to have my implant put in was a disappointment because they lab had forgotten to put in the screw.....which is VERY necessary. My second appointment to put in the implant was today and the screw had arrived but there is too much space between the implant and the neighboring tooth so it has to be sent back.....I am very frustrated and stressed ......I think my dentist should find a more reliable lab.

This place is incredible! Extremely professional and extremely nice people working here! I had a great experience today! Super easy process to get my bridge made, they listened to what I wanted and made sure to write down everything I was saying.

Michael was great and did everything he could to make my teeth right. Very much appreciated! Thank you!!

I would not recommend Reliable Labs removable department.They over promise and under deliver. They would tell me the case would be back in certain time and it would come back much later. Communication is poor and delayed. Both my patients and myself are unhappy. The lab fee I was originally quoted and the amount I was billed for the case was significantly higher by over $1000 and I wasnt informed that it would be more than the original quoted lab fee per case. Go with another lab, I just saved you many headaches and patient upsets.

It was an amazing experience with Ariel today. She went above and beyond to take care of my patient’s needs.

Multiple tries and they still cant make a custom night guard and day guard that doesnt tear up my mouth or make me drool.They want me to drive from the Dallas Medical District to Garland to their lab so they can see what they did wrong. I had 6 molds made, and one of them removed a crown, so I got charged for that too. They can look at my dental molds and see what they did wrong!Im tired of wasting my time trying to get their custom products to work.

Awful lab that cannot stand by their work and will charge you twice for the same thing. I would have given zero stars if I could
