HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WASTED 4 hours of my time. They left a sensor on a pair of pants so had to drive an hour to get it taken off and then while I was there I bought boots and they forgot to put it in the bag so I had do drive another hour back again! They didn’t care at all and the employees are horrible. No phone number to call them because they don’t have one at their store (wanted to make sure the boots were still there). DONT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL!!!!!!

Horrible service, and always racially profiling customers. Absolutely no “southern hospitality “. The sales associate are super rude, unfriendly and not at all helpful. They walked passed my sister and I multiple times, pretending not to see us and ignoring us. The company already doesn’t have a good reputation yet they continue to train staff to racially profile people.Please have some human decency and respect.

I had no plans on buying anything when I walked in but the longer my girlfriend walked and shopped the more I walked and shopped. The clothes were stylish, funky, and eye-catching; not overpriced. The only thing we could not find was any size larger than an 8 in their jeans.

Employees are completely different, Lazy, Rude, Disrespectful, Entitled and they forget that all things that go up come down as well! This is the first and last time I will go to this store. The majority of the employees were very rude and looked very unhappy to be there. Because the dressing rooms are STILL closed, I guess from Covid, my sister asked what the return policy is. The girl she asked seemed annoyed that my sister was even talking to her, let alone ask her a question. The people at the register walk away if approach the register before they call you. Extremely unprofessional and unfriendly people. They all need extensive training on how to interact with people.

Their fitting rooms are STILL CLOSED. Their excuse is they dont have enough staff 🙄. Depending on the day the registers are packed (mainly the weekend) and they have several ppl on the floor all of the time 🤔. You mean to tell me you cant spare one or two ppl for the fitting room? Thats lazy!!! I live 45mins away & God forbid I buy something & have to return it. I have to buy it, take it home & if it doesnt fit return or exchange and if that doesnt work return or exchange it AGAIN. If I have to return something to Zara once I just get my refund. Things would be so much easier if the fitting rooms were open.

The worst...this Zara is so poorly staffed and unable to manage customer service appropriately. Due to COVID restrictions, theyve closed all dressing rooms forced customers to purchase items to try on at home and return if it doesnt work. Consequently, the purchase/return/exchange transactions are funneled into long lines on both levels, with one, possibly two person, customer service support. Since dressing rooms are closed, there less need to manage floor merchandise, and they need to make purchase/return/exchange much more efficient. Ive left the store twice, without purchases, because I dont have 30-45 min+ to waste stand in line.

The dresses in here are frayed, ripped, dirty, and falling apart. They’re scattered all over the floor so when you spend 45 minutes picking out a dress just to try it on and notice your $75 dress is damaged and you wanted all that time, it’s frustrating. It’s cheap material, expensive price.Won’t be returning.

I bought a skirt online that did not fit. So I wanted to exchange it in store for another size. I called customer service and Blanca told me there are no exchanges, just returns since I bought online. So I went into the store prepared to return the one that did not fit and buy the same skirt, just different size. The guy at the register named Ever deserves five stars. He helped me find my online purchase barcode and exchanged for me. He was very patient and very helpful. It made my shopping experience wonderful!

Be sure youre aware of the return policy!! Its too rigid in this day and age, and for such a major retailer. You have 30 days to return an item, period. After that, there are no refunds/exchanges/store credits. Especially during Covid, when you cant get into the store to make a simple return without waiting in a ridiculously long line for other shoppers to leave, the return policy should be loosened/extended. I found my overall experience to be an inconvenience and not worth going back.

Staff have major attitude. The cashier was handling my return. He said just followed the instruction on the credit card terminal. The terminal said insert your card. So I inserted and it said remove. I removed. I was standing there and waiting. The cashier was like a robot. Just standing there. Didnt say a word. I asked what am I supposed to do now? He said follow the screen. So I inserted the card again. No response. So we just stared at each other. He didnt help at all. His attitude was worse than my teenage kids. I guess my teenage kids will not respond to me or anyone like this because they are well taught. I am sick of these cashiers at Zara, you think you are too cool to talk?

Worst costumer service. I showed up to pick up (ordered online) Christmas gifts early when the mall open and the staff was there and had a sign at the door that said noon-8 pm. I came back at 5 pm and a very rude person was pointing to another tiny sign that said they closed at 4 pm. Unacceptable, update your hours online and don’t have misleading hrs by your door. I won’t have the gifts for my family. Worst staff ever.

Very discriminatory. The associate with the tattoo removal butterfly behind her ear is very rude and suggest that asking about markdowns/sales is unrealistic as she replied “we never do sales” which is a bold face lie. I’ve shopped at Zara for years. The manager is not personable either and refuses to give proper refunds after you’ve spent money at this store.

I like Zaras clothes but will probably never go back to this location. I just waited in line for an hour at checkout when there are about 20 employees running around that could be assisting or directing you to checkout elsewhere. Upon checking out, the credit card machine broke and instead of someone hopping on the one right next to it, they made me continue to sit while they called a manager, figured out what was wrong, and rebooted the system. I really hope they figure out how to manage their checkout line and communicate properly.

Return warning!!! If you purchase something in the store and have it shipped to you, you must go in person to return! You cannot mail a return. No options. Even if you live 3.5hours away from the nearest store. Customer service rep, Angelis, was very unhelpful. Crazy return policy. Just be warned. Especially unhelpful when they aren’t allowing you to try any clothes in in store due to COVID. Good luck!

Zara is known for its terrible customer service, whether at the store or their corporate customer service. Employees aren’t trained to greet customers or offer help in the store. Cashiers move at snail speed, while creating huge lines that stretch out to the doors. Not to mention low quality craftsmanship of their clothing. I’ve stopped buying things for myself there because they tear at the seams like paper and most are already damaged prior to even getting to the cash register. The only reason for two stars is for the fashionable kids clothing, which are really good quality, BUT still often badly crafted and poorly sewed and tend to tear at the seams. Oh and one other IMPORTANT thing, you don’t always get your money back on your bank account after you return stuff, so BEWARE of your returns and check your bank statements!

I love Zara (in other cities). This Zara seems to focus all year long on really tiny sizes and frumpy looks. I have been to Zara stores all over the nation and out of the country, so I know there are different choices made in inventory. Terrible customer service, an employee was extremely rude to customers for standing in his line, demanding us to go to another cashier.. There was not one employee on the floor helping in any way , no one in the mens department, no one directing where was available to check out. If any one was working here they were blending in with customers and not trying to help anyone who needed it. So then i went to a worker and asked if she can tell me the price, she looked it up on her phone and told me that it was 19.99. I decided to buy them so when the cashier ringed it up she told me that it was 49.99 without a price tag. As others have said, very poor customer service. I had to exchange a piece twice due to quality. On the second exchange I was assured that my 3rd was not the original. Lo and behold, it was the original item.I spoke with Kimmy and Patricia (manager) over the phone. Patricia assured me this was not the same item I returned. She straight lied, and then told me they would ship the item to me for free. Patricia also stated I should go to another store for the item. At 5:54 pm. On a Sunday.Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Be wary of the quality and craftsmanship of their apparel.

This is a great place if you want to buy jackets. The store is just so full of jackets even in the Texas summer.Choice of shirts and trousers and other clothing is limited.Jackets are everywhere and so is all other type of clothing.Make sure you go through each section because everything is spread out compared to different sections for different items.
