Love shopping here. Positive energy. Friendly staff. I literally walk in there and just observe the positive energy. Small selection of crystals, as well as books and tarot cards. Either way you’ll most likely buy something even if you don’t need it lol

Nice store with pretty and hype jewelry and decor. The stuff is a little overpriced for things I can buy cheaper at other stores.

I go to Earthbound stores every chance I get. I walked into the Galleria Mall Earthbound and the rudest lady EVER approached me and was so rude I walked straight out. I’m totally disgusted. I expected so much more, even the merchandise wasn’t adequate as I’ve found the other store to be. Such a pity.

I LOVE EARTHBOUND. Unfortunately the one in my city closed, but I visited this one in Dallas and Ive missed it so much. All their products are so nice and pretty to see. I love the Dreamcatchers.

Please don’t get the rings they automatically turn green 🥲 don’t waist your money

If youre interested in anything that is minimally devoted to spiritualism this would be the place. However I am not interested in that spiritualism aspect I just happen to like some of the products. So far they got some cool journals and lots of crystals good incense burners and oils if you really want to make the place smell better and definitely they have some really cool jewelry so if youre interested in having something to give thats really cool this is it. And yes customer service there was quite nice.

One of my favorite locations just because of the staff! Super helpful and friendly. Such a fun place to browse. I find myself getting lost in the jewelry section and jewelry is not my norm! And don’t get me started on the cute pants/ maxi skirts! LOVE!

Earthbound is an awesome store with unique things from all over the world that you will not find anywhere else all in one place. They have clothes, jewellery, accessories, health items, crystals, aroma spa, household, decor, and gifts.The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The energy in the place is awesome and the almost always have diffusers with organic essential oils making the stores smell wonderful and inviting.

The metaphysical vibe in here is really cool. Lots of stuff to browse and look at. Nobody cares if your just window shopping which is really appreciated. Had a few questions, got my answers. Ended up leaving with some cool stones for my room

What a great store. The employees here are second to none. Customer service is a priority and they know everything about the products they sell. The staff pay attention to what you want and help you way beyond what normal stores do. This place is by far one of the most fun shopping experiences thanks to the selection and the employees.

Went shopping at the Earthbound in the Galleria today, and met some of the best people! Everyone that was working was so nice, and went out of their way to help me and my husband, despite the busy atmosphere. Definitely going to have to drop by again!

My boyfriend took me shopping for my birthday yesterday and I was getting discouraged at every other shop that we went to.. After at least 4 different stores, we went into Earthbound. I had JUST stepped into the store when Amber (the store manager) asked me if I needed any help.This wonderful human being voluntarily walked around with me and helped me shop as though she were my personal shopper.She took me to every part of the store, got a dressing room set up for me with my clothes ready and checked the back of the store and brought me different sizes as I needed them. She did all of this while continuing to help other customers to her full extent and checking on everyone who walked in the door.Im still in awe of the customer service she provided. Not just to me, but to every single person in that store.Thank you for helping me feel comfortable in my own skin and bringing me happiness on my birthday.

This location is fantastic. Yes the selection is probably the best Ive seen but its the customer service that is astounding! On my first visit I was lucky enough to meet the manager not only was she incredibly helpful but she was very efficient and fun!

What a place, man. What a place. So many cool and beautiful things! Only downside is that its a bit pricey, but definitely a good vibe.

This past Saturday I decided to just stop by and see what they had, and ended up having one of the best shopping experiences I think Ive ever had. The young woman who helped me, Amber, was so energetic and lively and was always quick to help me when I needed her. She was moving around the store with the other customers and employees, and really seemed to make everyone feel comfortable. She had patience with my girlfriend, walking her through what the different chakras, and even showed her how to use a pendulum to read chakras. Amber helped to open us up to crystals and everything that comes with them. Went in just to see, left with crystals and insight.

It was first time going in there, and I already was amazed. It was so gorgeous, and they had so many unique jewelry pieces and clothing. I bought a rose quartz stone and a white quartz necklace. I love them, and I am definitely going to be returning!

Love this place! They have a little bit of everything. Great place for gifts when you have no clue what to get someone!

Could do better with a little bit more of the metaphysical and spiritual items in store less gimmicky junk. But all in all good stores good people never had a bad experience.

Great stuff but you cant really shop in peace. The manager was a bit too clingy, and it just felt like an excuse to just hover around me. The whole time she talked to me, her eyes were on my bag. In the 15min I spent browsing the store, maybe 3 of them were on my own. It legit felt like she was shopping with me. I looked at a bracelet for a sec, and that prompted her to almost force me to buy one. You NEED THIS. You gotta have one, me and my hubby have one, so you should too! Look how pretty it is! Cmonnn! I had to tell her firmly NO THANK YOU because she wouldnt take a subtle hint. This sort of behavior has happened in the past two visits as well. Ive never made it to the back of the store because I just feel smothered and profiled that I just leave. I like this store but its too much.

Cool stuff and friendly employees. My girlfriend bought a ring though. And after we left the store the crystal popped off. So we went to return the ring. Or at least exchange it. At first the employee said that was fine. So my girlfriend went and picked out another ring. Which happened to be $2 cheaper than the previous one. BUT the previous ring was discounted due to there Buy one get one 50% off discount they had going on. But that didnt apply to the new ring... So she ended up paying 3 extra dollars... Which isnt a huge loss. But its more about the principal of it. We bought something from Earthbound. It broke not half an hour after we left the store. We go back. Spend 3 more dollar getting a replacement. Like... your stuff broke... annnnd the customer is paying for it? Thats just disrespectful guys. I just wish they would have taken there head out of there computer and looked in there heart instead. Its not a big deal, but cmon... they just bamboozled my girl outta three dollars! Were good! But earthbound may have some bad karma coming there way.

I am only giving this store 2 stores because the selection is larger than any of the other earthbounds in DFW. But, since this store has moved to a different location, I have been followed in the store, accused of stealing the sunglasses that were on my face by the manager. I buy most of my cheap sunglasses so usually I have them on my shirt. But I am sitting in the store right now and the young man with the man bun slide to the back and has circled me about 5 times in the past 10 minutes. I have had it! I will not be coming back to this store, Id rather drive to the Frisco or Mesquite store where they are friendly and dont profile. I know if my skin did not have so much melanin and I didnt look like Id fallen off an urban outfitters truck, I would not encounter these issues at this SPECIFIC earthbound.Love the product, not the galleria managers and staff
