Very nice employees friendly courteous great experience in a small town

I was shopping around and saw someone from osl said she was their phone specialist.What a joke couldnt help me with getting a new phone. Ended up switching companies and went to Boost Mobile here in Dallas better service free phone and cheaper plan for unlimited

Clean but always low on stock or out of stock on items. Very limited selections. Limited variety. No child chairs in restrooms so that parents can use bathroom. Sink temperature always ice cold. Very tough to resolve issues with management. This stores solution to every issue with any customer is to ban them from returning instead of working to resolve the matter.

Checkers are very rude . If youre not a people person you shouldnt be waiting on customers. We dont deserve your bad attitude

Good staff, lower prices, but the aisles are very narrow.

I got tires for my new SUV here and they were done speedily and saved me money.

We all know we are in for a long visit when we shop here. Can we get more than 2 checkouts open? Give the elderly workers some help.

Your shopping experience here depends on the crew. Some are great, the others either ignore you or are rude. I choose Dollar Tree for the little stuff because theyre always courteous.

Super store is a bit of a stretch. Stock is much more limited at this location, I often cannot find what I need. Somewhat difficult to navigate as well. Staff has been pleasant though.

Helpful staff good prices products placed plentiful and easy to find

All up front parking is for pick up. If they want folks to bring there stuff to the car. Why do they get front row parking? Disabled folks need that parking. Not folks that just order and wait for deluvery.

Me and my Husband and my Big boy went to Wal-Mart to return Garys old truck battery that I bought in April! That for some reason it just died it wouldnt take a charge or anything. The guy their at the Dallas Wal-mart in the automotive was good man. To replace it with out my receipt cause I lost it. Thanks again man. Thanks to the Automotive manager who gave me here own water bottle! when I asked if they had some where I could fill my dogs water bottle. They are very nice and helpful 👍 Thanks Dallas Wal-mart for being so nice and helpful.

The mens restroom was out of order thank goodness there was another one even though it was all the way in the back of the store

Honestly, this is one of the best Walmart’s I’ve ever been in! It’s clean, tidy, well put together, the staff is always so helpful. I went in for some new pants, walked out with more than I could carry! Pleasant environment, pleasant people, I would recommend to anyone who loves Walmart!

I have said many times Walmart is the great supplier of America but this one goes beyond that theyre very nice people to try very hard to see what they can do to help stop by and visit sometime

When I went to check out, they only had one register open. The line waiting to check out went way back into womans clothes area. I used the self checkout just so I wouldnt have to wait in that long line but those registers only took card payments and I wanted to pay with cash but changed my mind so I could just get out of that store... frustrating.

The service was great.The pancakes were hot and were so good!!! My husband had a plateful of delicious looking food and it was gone before I finished my pancakes so all in all it was the highlight of our trip to the coast!!

Im not a big fan of Walmart. I refer to them as the China shop (see photos). They dont sell much thats not made in China. They do have some good prices however some of their stuff is way over priced. Make sure you price shop before you buy there.

Auyo department Fixed our flat on memorial day. Talked to Young man on phone while waiting for aaa and he said to come on in and after a 2 hr drive he was there to greet us. Remembered us and took great care of us. Thank you.

Not very big but has a nice clothing department

Honestly, I was just along for the ride at this point in my day. I had a mind numbing migraine, just dropped 60 dollars into a video poker machine...... So, I stayed in the car. My friend went inside for chocolate milk... and she came out with so much more than that... lol and in only a few minutes. She said one of the employees asked her if she wanted a basket. She declined lol. Summary: Walmart is a helpful employee establishment where you can almost always find more than what your looking for.....And a friend can sit in the car with a migraine while you shop. Keep up the good work, 👍

This store is simply not big enough for this area. Its the only other major store besides the Safeway and Grocry Outlet. Walmart Court needs to expand the size and variety of items offered

It was almost perfect there was a little bit to much miscommunication between staff and customers. But other than that is was pretty good overall

Great Walmart for any gardening/homecare needs. More of a selection is available than at others. However, it does not have the selection in other services that can be found at other Walmartd within a reasonable driving distance.

Meh. Im not a huge fan of this Walmart.Every time I go in to buy smokes, there is one lady at the checkout counter who always makes some comment about how I need to quit - I dont come in to buy smokes and get a health lecture. I also dont smoke because its good for my health. Im well aware of the consequences, and im there to buy what I need and go on with my day.

It didnt have all the items in stock. We should have stopped at the super center in Salem.

Can’t complain too much about good old Dallas Walmart. Staff is usually preoccupied hanging out with other staff, but that’s the same at any Walmart you go to.

Great place to get all ur needs except for the light bulb I needed cause they were outa stock but the only bad thing is the the people taht go there, they are the most idiotic people ever taht smell and look weird.

Got tires and was quoted one price I left my car to go get lunch and upon returning Walmart tire center charged me $15 more than Their quote, the same place broke my centre cap and instead of being honest they threw it in my back seat and lied that it was broke when I brought it in, I just bought them they Never made it right or offered any form of discount towards any further service

Most of the people are actually nice. However the guy named Henry. He dont work registers he does the cleaning. He is very disrespectful and rude. How can he continue to work there being so rude and disrespectful towards customers.

I prefer this Walmart over Salem. They are not idiots who lock up essential hygiene items or laundry detergent. You can usually find at least two cashiers at registers.

The employees could be a little more helpful to the customers. A simple Can I help you find anything when they see youre looking for something would be nice.

Good enough basic Walmart. its often out of things I need specifically like its some kind of curse... not sure why. Also the customer service is VERY hit or miss. Youre either getting someone sharp knowledgeable and helpful OR someone with what seems to be absolutely no common sense 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️

Normally I dont leave reviews for businesses on here, but I guess tonight is an exception. I ordered a pair of wired headphones for a tablet that I also bought from here, and one of my friends had picked it up for me. I had gotten $25 on a Walmart gift card so that way I could buy stuff for myself, so I really like this place. Also, it was the last pair of headphones that Dallas had, so I snagged myself a good deal! ~ Swifty

Long waits at checkout, people with two carts, only 2 checkers, and self checkout. 20 min.(at least). Not a convient as it used to bed....😕

Huge store hard to navigate in an electric chair

There were too many empty shelves, not enough product.

The service manager John over in the auto department was incredibly friendly and truly professional and knowledgeable about his job. He doesn’t waste any time and gets right to work. He got me everything I needed done supper quick even when they were really busy. The experience was good. I would recommend taking your car to Walmart for any light mechanic work you might need done. Make sure you ask for John.

Pretty upset that i went to buy a game clearly marked for $15 dollars on the shelf and it rang up as full price on the register they wouldnt honor the clearly advertised price for the deal. Yes the item was in the correct location. *Update* Customer service called me back and honored the price.

Worst Wal*Mart Ive ever been too! This store isnt even a normal sized Wal*Mart. Its about half the size & Im not talking about supercenter size! Also, this store has the worst selection of items & IF they have what your looking for... It will most likely be out of stock. It is incredibly inconvenient to drive 30 minutes to the closest Wal*Mart & unfortunately this means taking $ from our community. Id much rather spend money local & create more local jobs. As far as customer service goes... Its a 50/50 chance you will be treated well. 😞 Lastly, the hours at this store are terrible. It closes at 9pm & 8pm. With this being our ONLY department store I feel like it would make sense to stay open till 10PM, Or 11PM on Sat & Sun. Not all community members work a 9-5? If I have to drive to another town...When I need to drive 30 minutes because our local Wal*Mart wont stock the items I need or wont stay open... Then I take my business to another establishment I have to travel to.

While at the self checkout today, I observed another customer needing help. I let the cashier know and at first she did not respond to me, then she was very rude and told me that she already knew. I told her I was just trying to help and she told me I was rude. I proceeded to purchase my items and as I was leaving she started complaining about me to another customer. I requested to speak with the manager, Bill, and let him know what had happened. I am sad to see that they have someone interacting with customers that has such poor customer service.
